A charming pub with wonderful hosts who put their heart and soul into their work! Food takes a little while as the owner works alone, but it's worth the wait. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. Smoking is allowed.

A super small and cozy pub. The owner still cooks here herself. The restaurant was opened especially for our group despite it being closed. A big thank you! We give it 5 stars for the super good yet relatively inexpensive food, the friendly service, and the extra service mentioned above!

It's wonderful to still be able to experience something like this... A pub just as you'd imagine it. Super friendly service. Everything is clean and a fantastic place to unwind. Prices are really fair (almost too cheap). Come and feel at home... We say THANK YOU for everything!!!!

It's great that something like this still exists! A quaint pub with a special charm. It's a smoker's pub - but that shouldn't bother you! When I was there, the ventilation was so good that I didn't even notice the smoke. The nice lady is very friendly and prepared my meal fresh. The schnitzel was incredibly delicious and the prices were reasonable. What more could you want?

We stumbled upon this little pub by chance. The food is plentiful, tasty, and very reasonably priced. The landlady is very friendly, so we immediately felt so comfortable that we returned on the second evening of our visit to Dresden.

We were here on May 1st, 2025 because the whole nonsense in the city center and Brühl's terraces bothered us. We registered by phone and were then warmly welcomed by the owner. The menu is quite extensive for this small pub and, above all, affordable. There was nothing to complain about in terms of service, the boss is obviously still at the stove herself and everything we had was very tasty. At the regulars' table, which is the program for the restaurant, people smoked, you should like that or not be bothered by it. We hardly noticed it because it was well ventilated. All in all, a recommendable alternative to the chic on the Elbe terraces. Note: everything was very clean and well maintained.

If you're looking for authenticity, look no further. Delicious, giant portions, very nice old school atmosphere.

Truly food like your mom made it!!! Very friendly and reasonably priced. Smoking is allowed, which is something to be aware of. Even as an occasional smoker, it bothers me that where there's food, there's no need to smoke. I inquired beforehand and accepted it. But we had good food and drinks. If we visit Dresden again, we'll visit the regulars' table again. Another little tip: Try Pupen Schulze's beer... delicious.

Absolutely recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Cozy and informal. Hostess is very nice and available for a chat if time allows. She cooks everything herself and you can wait a while for the food to be delicious. Portions are also large. Attention... it is a smoking restaurant... If this bothers you, you should go somewhere else... Missed a lot though. Thank you for the great evening.

A great restaurant that we found by chance. The landlady is very friendly and the food is freshly prepared. It takes a little longer but it is also very tasty. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable for Dresden. Please note, however, that smoking is permitted in the restaurant and it is not advisable to visit with children. Non-smokers must say “No Smoking” at the door

It was close to our accomodation so we stopped for lunch. The offer is sufficient, waitress was nice and kind. The portions were big for good price. Kids under 18 are not allowed because there is smoking area inside (we didn't smell anything). I recommend this place as it's good deal and food is tasty. Just the location is just behind the Asian restaurant, not as the location on map says

A jewel within Dresden. The prices are good and the food is fantastic. The whole ambience is lovely and just drips with traditional old charm. Anyone who wants to support good home cooking should visit this restaurant. You won't find this atmosphere these days.

Rustic, cozy pub with fresh, cheap and delicious food just like your mother's. Here the landlady cooks herself. Don't let the area put you off - it's anything but chic. BUT: if you like to mingle with locals and if you like it authentic, this is the right place for you. Don't be surprised if one of the regulars takes an order or serves it. If the shop is full, the landlady can't share. And so her regular guests simply help. THIS is TRUE hospitality!

Einzigartige authentisch hervorragende deutsche Küche! Frisch und lecker zubereitet und das alles im Charm als würde Mama mit viel Liebe für einen kochen! Auf jedenfall in Zukunft die erste Adresse zum Essen wenn ich wieder in Dresden bin.

Die Gastwirtschaft ist eine gemütliche Kneipe in der man gerne bei einem Feldschlösschen versumpfen kann. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und hat eine überraschend breite Auswahl. Die Besitzerin bedient selbst, was die Herzlichkeit der Kneipe auch mit ausmacht. Es darf geraucht werden, dass aber bei unserem Besuch nicht gestört hatte. Das nächste mal schlage ich diese Gastwirtschaft auf jeden Fall wieder vor.

Eine Raucherkneipe, aber sehr in Ordnung. Das Essen war frisch gekocht und war sehr lecker. Auch die Preise waren fair. Leider etwas gewöhnungsbedürftiges Klientel.

Super gemütliche kleine Kneipe! Ich bin auf meiner Suche nach einem Abendessen über Umwege zum Stammtisch gekommen. Empfangen wurde ich Herzlich und war sofort mitten im geschehen. Es war ein sehr schöner und flüssiger Abend😅 Beim nächsten Besuch in Dresden werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Und eins noch.... das Essen war sehr lecker.... hatte eine lecker Lende die einfach Perfekt war. 👍 Und weiter so!

Dieses Lokal ist einmalig. Leckeres Essen und erfrischende Getränke zu sehr guten Preisen. Die Portionen sind ordentlich. Immer wieder aufs Neue ein wunderbarer Abend. Die Wirtin macht ihren Job sehr gut und dir Freundlichkeit, die sie einem entgegen bringt ist wunderbar. Top Lokal, Top Wirtin, Top Service.
