An old restaurant in the disused Luckau train station, with decent food at reasonable prices. Great lunch. The ambiance reflects its age, but still has its charm. The owners are very friendly; I'd go back anytime.

Since the beginning of June 2024, you (or your wife 😉) can indulge in Ukrainian culinary delights at the "Zur Weiche" restaurant. The food is of excellent quality, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The prices are very reasonable, so there's something for every budget. I don't understand the one-star reviews at all. But someone always has something to complain about... I will definitely be back and continue to tuck into the menu... 😊👌 All the best and see you soon...

A quiet restaurant, the fries were a bit salty, and the staff were friendly. If you like old train stations, you're welcome to stop by.

A very nice restaurant with home-style cooking at fair prices. We were able to make a reservation for a larger group by phone, and we, 14 of us, were able to all sit together. No one had to wait long for the food, and it was plentiful and delicious.

Let's go back to the 80s. In itself a clocky restaurant. Unfortunately there weren't Ukrainian specialties as expected but a wild mix. The solianka was not to be enjoyed. The schnitzel was really good. It's a shame the new owners seem to be making an effort. Sometimes less is more. Greetings

We went to the Weiche twice for dinner in March. We enjoyed it very much and the portions were plentiful. It was warm and the innkeepers were friendly. If you like home cooking and a rustic atmosphere, this is the place for you. We'd love to come back.

We were warmly welcomed and ate well. Pork knuckle and beef roulade, solid home cooking. It's a shame for the restaurant that there is a lack of guests; then there would be more mood, light and atmosphere.

One of the last “rustic” pubs that still exists in Luckau. You should support them, station bars are a piece of cultural heritage that must not be lost. The couple who have been running the course since then Newly managed in the summer, is very friendly and even showed us the old hall etc. A traditional, good place.

Small but nice. In the old charm of a train station restaurant. After new management since June 2024, there is a small menu with predominantly German dishes. Draft beer is available in two types and other drinks are also possible. The prices are very good compared to other restaurants.

We ended up in the restaurant by chance because there was nothing to be found in the villages on the way back from Moritzburg. If you like it really Ostalgian, at least in terms of flair, this is the place for you. Time stood still there, original Mitropa train station flair. On the other side of the tracks there are still old DR train cars, locomotives and a piglet tax😍The menu is OK. We had schnitzel with fried potatoes, mushrooms and beans - that was great. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to the knuckle. Actually it was a wobbly pork knuckle and not a crispy knuckle. The sauerkraut was fresh but only warmed up. There's a little something that needs to be done. German cuisine is great but you should also master it. Service was friendly, prices were fair, I think we'll come back when we're in the area again. But since it tasted good and we liked the atmosphere (the good old days😜) we also give it a good 4 stars.

If you could give 0 stars it would be about appropriate. Drove there at 5.45pm on a Tuesday while passing through. In the guest room, very nicely furnished, we asked if it would still be possible for 4 people to have dinner. The answer was yes and we were sent to a very nice terrace. After another 25 minutes (there were another 3 tables occupied with a total of 10 people) the menu was brought to us. After another 30 minutes we left the restaurant thirsty and hungry; after all, we still had a while to drive.

Found it by chance on the way home. Great food with very good value for money. Nice location. Cash payments only, but the nearest savings bank is less than 10 minutes away. Warmest recommendation. We will be back! Until then, all the best to all the staff and thank you for the food!

We entered the dining room at 7:30 p.m. on a Friday. Instead of greeting us, the woman behind the counter just looked at us critically and astonished like "What do you want?" I greeted and said there were 4 of us. The woman just snapped in an unfriendly, indignant manner: "No, there's nothing left here today." We won't be coming back - of course - and can only advise against coming here.

Das Lokal haben wir unterwegs von der Autobahn gefunden und gewählt und lagen genau richtig 😅👍🏼. Ambiente wie ein Bahnhof vor 35/40 Jahren, aber URGEMÜTLICH!!! Sehr leckeres Essen, zB Matjes mit Bratkartoffeln 😋😋😋. Überaus freundliche Bedienung, „von hier „, also wirklich regional!! Gäste sind Stammgäste und klopfen auch bei Fremden auf den Tisch wie bei Freunden. Sicherlich nichts für das kleine Schwarze für die Frau und den Frack für den Herrn, aber Alltagskluft passt wie A… auf Eimer- ZUM WOHLFÜHLEN!!!! Möge es Lokale wie dieses noch lange geben 😌😇👍🏼👍🏼😅

Das beste Beispiel dafür, dass man sich von Äußerlichkeiten nicht abschrecken lassen soll. Leckeres Essen, freundlicher Service und ein witziger Wirt haben uns überzeugt, wiederzukommen. Die Soljanka war super lecker.

Eine gemütliche kleine Gaststätte mit sehr netten Personal, richtig familiär. Für etliche Stammkunden gibt es einen Speiseplan und wir haben ala Kart gegessen. Ich habe das erste Mal Grüzwurst(Tote Oma) gegessen und es war sehr lecker. Ich würde die Gaststätte wieder besuchen und empfehle sie sehr gern weiter.

Wir möchten uns recht herzlich für die liebevolle Ausrichtung zu einer Trauerfeier bedanken. Obwohl die Anmeldung dafür sehr kurzfristig war, wurde alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit bereitgestellt. Ich habe lange nicht mehr solch eine urgemütliche Gaststätte besucht, es gibt u.a. Soljanka, Würzfleisch, Bauernfrühstück, Grützwurst, Schnitzel, Bulette, Currywurst mit/ohne Pommes, Kartoffelsalat, Brot, Bratkartoffeln - so wie man möchte. Bedienung herzlich und umsichtig. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Endlich wieder essen wie bei "Muttern". Sehr gute und preiswerte Hausmannskost. Jedes Essen wird frisch zubereitet. Wer hier dafür keine Zeit mitbringt, ist hier falsch. Wir waren gleich an 3 Abenden dort und kommen Wieder. "Die Bayreuther"
