Unfortunately there were only 3 dishes, which in itself was completely ok. Unfortunately it wasn't fresh, it was warmed up in the microwave, so we received our food with a delay, there is probably only one microwave available. The chicken fricassee was almost inedible (lots of cartilage, chicken skin, meat barely recognizable) and with lots of fat eyes. The Königsberger meatballs or sauce are lumpy. Only the peppers were ok. Unfortunately for us it was a flop and not recommended.

Very tasty food, homemade. Pleasant atmosphere and service. Everything like in a village or home. They do not speak english, however we still managed to have pleasant experience. Also, we came with big dog, they did not have an issue with that and let us in.

Delicious home cooking at a fair price. We had potato soup with bockwurst and goulash with noodles. Landlady unique. Super sweet. Service is still very important here.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience either. The innkeeper was very nice, but that was the only thing. Our food was only lukewarm and the choice of food was 2 dishes. Unfortunately, it wasn't really our taste for home cooking either. It was also really overpriced. A shandy for €5 and a children's portion for €10! You can certainly eat somewhere else in town for the same money but with better taste.

I liked it very well. I will definitely come back.

Where in Germany can you still find potato soup in a gold-rimmed plate and saucer? 😍 great home cooking and nice landlady. One star deducted due to... Street noise, but the restaurant can't help that. Thanks and best regards.

The food was simply great! Just like my mom used to have at home. Everything was handmade and freshly prepared. Thumbs up, 👍👍👍

Very cozy, the boss is super nice, she lives for her small restaurant, she grew up with her, my respect for this strong woman. She cooks everything fresh and it tastes delicious 😋

No fine cuisine, but there is food like grandma's :-) we found it delicious, our son (6) also liked it; the prices are fair.

Since the reviews were quite positive, we wanted to try the food. The innkeeper was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the home cooking didn't convince us at all. The potatoes were gray. The soup a lump. The food wasn't really warm either. Maybe we just had a bad day. The indoor and outdoor environment takes some getting used to. In hindsight we wouldn't come here again.

Like before, delicious food at a low price! We will be back...

Absolutely top service and homemade food, just like grandma use to make it. I can highly recommend this place, if you want to try a piece of old school german food. Price is very reasonable.

Super Essen und liebevolle Bedienung, und das Essen frisch zubereitet, aber nicht in der Mikrowelle

Futtern wie bei Muttern oder aber Gastronomie ohne Schnick Schnack und Schnörkel. Es gibt das was frisch zubereitet wurde und das schmeckt man. Die Wirtin ist nett aber ein wenig mehr Ordnung wäre schön gewesen.

Hausgemachtes frisches Essen aus der "mütterlichen" nach hausrezept Küche zubereitet. Wünsche werden prompt erfüllt.

Hier macht Mutti noch den Kartoffelsalat selbst und dieser war Lecker. Gegen einen kurzen Stopp ist nichts einzuwenden. Aufgrund Kartoffelsalat mit Würstchen eine Speisebewertung abzugeben halte ich für übertrieben und überlasse es den einheimischen Besuchern. Für die traditionelle Handhabung gibt's dafür fünf Sterne.

Sehr nette Dame die sehr gute Hausmannskost zu fairen Preisen anbietet. Es war mega lecker und selbst der von ihr selbstgemachte Zucchini-Salat war mega lecker,obwohl ich das sonst nicht esse. Sehr zu Empfehlen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Einfache Hausmannskost, aber soooo lecker 🤩 Frisch zubereitet von der lieben, älteren Dame. Das beste Schnitzel mit frischen Spargel und einer wahnsinns Sauce Hollondaise, was ich je gegessen habe 🤤

Kein Nobelrestaurant aber eine gute deutsche Küche zu vernünftigen Preisen. Das Essen ist frisch zubereitet und schmeckt ausgezeichnet.

Uns hat es gut gefallen weil es mich an meine Oma erinnert hat und die Kaninchenkeule wie auch die Königsberger Klopse waren sehr lecker, wir kommen sicher wieder 👍👍

Richtige DDR Küche wie zu Kinderzeiten es war sehr gut. Hier wird noch alles selbst zubereitet

Dorfkneipe wie vor 30 Jahren, Essen war leider nicht so gut. Königsberger Klopse waren in der Mikrowelle erwärmt und mit einer undefinierbaren klumpigen Soße, Bauernfrühstück war sehr ölig aber ging halb wegs. Zu viert jeder ein Getränk und ein Essen insgesamt 56€ bezahlt.

Kleine, aber sehr gute Auswahl. Chefin kocht alles frisch und das schmeckt man auch. Auch ein vegetarisches Essen hat sie auf Wunsch gezaubert. Gute Hausmannskost zu sehr fairen Preisen.

Essen wie bei Oma. Absolut reichhaltiges und leckeres Essen. Hier kann man noch richtige DEUTSCHE Küche genießen!
