Gaststätte Zum-Sportplatz in Kelheim

I found the currywurst for €11.50 to be quite tasty, but the fries were rather (below) average, like you'd find in a fast-food restaurant with yellow lettering. Unfortunately, the sausage sat like a stone in my stomach, complemented by the greasy burping from the fries. The seating is pleasantly shaded, the menu is varied, and the value for money is a thing of the past. Drinks are moderately priced. Parking is plentiful, and there's even a charging station for electric cars. Restrooms are clean and wheelchair accessible. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Good food with large portions at really fair prices! Edit: No longer 5 stars because the amount of chicken in the portions has decreased; one large piece in the entire order is really weak.

Super delicious, fresh food. I had a large salad and a baked sweet potato for a small price, which was very filling. Good vegetarian cuisine and really friendly service. I would definitely come back :)

I don't know if this restaurant has undergone a generational change or a change of tenant, but the food and quality have declined considerably. Cleanliness (whether in the restaurant, terrace, or restrooms) is particularly lacking in every corner. It's a real shame, because I used to really enjoy eating there from time to time!
