Great food, super friendly service and rustic ambience

Very, very good German cuisine. We've been to "Zum Römer" many times and have never been disappointed.

Best spiced meat in a long time, good service, good price for the food, highly recommended, will be recommended by us

I was at the restaurant for a celebration with 20 people. Due to the way our party tables were arranged, access to the restrooms was no longer possible for almost all guests, as it was too narrow for a passage. The other guests then had to use the restroom from outside (in rainy weather). That's unacceptable! We were also initially informed that all 20 of us couldn't order at the same time, or that the order would be split 50/50. If a restaurant can't handle large groups, they should be honest with themselves and limit themselves to smaller groups. In the end, we did share our meals. The first 10 and the second 10. Service and planning are different. The food was good so far. But here, too, there's room for improvement in terms of seasoning and presentation.

Everything was great here today. The friendly waitress warned us right at the start that our food might take a little longer because the kitchen was busy serving eight tables. We waited less than half an hour for our truly delicious meal. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I can only recommend this restaurant, everything was delicious and at good prices.

We were staying at the Radisson and had dinner here in the evening. Good, home-style cooking with a small beer garden. It looked quite nice inside, too. The service could have been a bit more attentive; we had to go inside once to reorder drinks. Otherwise, the food was good and the prices were reasonable. It's definitely worth stopping by and spending an evening there.

Simply top-notch, the solyanka is just like grandma used to make, the meat, the presentation, the taste, everything just like it used to be... Super friendly service. What we've never had before is children's cutlery, and here the little one got his own fork and knife. Top-notch. We'll be happy to come back if we're in the area again.

Cozy atmosphere, with lovingly decorated tables, modern home cooking, delicately seasoned sauce for the Vienna schnitzel filled with cream cheese, only the croquettes were a touch too pale. Service Kraft took a moment to thaw. Otherwise, this restaurant is really highly recommended.

We had dinner here today on the occasion of our dear mother/mother-in-law's 75th birthday. It was just perfect. Very tasty food in a cozy atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was impeccable. Particularly worth mentioning: dogs are very welcome. We'll definitely be back.

The service is rude, unkempt and argues with the guests without being asked!!! The quality of the food on offer leaves something to be desired. There was a lack of seasoning, poor meat quality, food served too cold!!!!

They still exist, the typical inns with a small but delicious menu of specialties from Saxon cuisine. You sit between all sorts of souvenirs and evidence of the past and feast on a delicious duck breast. Plus, of course, dumplings and red cabbage. Especially in the run-up to Christmas, this small restaurant, which is run by just a few people, has a special charm.

Google says they are open until 10pm. So we walked to the restaurant in the rain. We arrive at 8:30 PM. Are you waiting for someone to speak to you... well then you can wait a long time. The waitress or whoever it may be was sitting in the back of the place and was too busy folding napkins. When you then ask if you can eat with 2 people, she immediately looks at her watch with difficulty. No, the kitchen is already closed. No excuses, nothing can get rid of it. What a sad intention. No wonder there is no one in your restaurant. Not recommended!

A very nice restaurant, we were very enthusiastic about everything, even though the waitress was alone, she always had a smile and made a difference Visitors still took selfies, the brawn from the goose was awesome. Kudos to the chef, my friend was very impressed with her goose leg. I can only warmly recommend the Restaurant Zum Römer. Keep it up.

Despite Google Maps indicating that the restaurant is open until 10:00 PM, upon arriving at 8:30 PM we were informed that the kitchen was already closed. Additionally, the waitress displayed an unprofessional attitude towards the customer. Seriously disappointed with the establishment

Small, cozy and friendly restaurant. The food is simply great, the kitchen does a great job. The staff is friendly and tries to serve you quickly even when all tables are occupied. It is definitely better to reserve in advance.

Warmly welcomed, lovingly furnished. You feel comfortable here. Food was great!!! A clear recommendation. And we,,, will be back.

This restaurant is located on the outskirts of Radebeul with beautiful outdoor seating under large trees. The service is very friendly and quick. When it comes to food you can find a different selection of dishes, which I think is very good. But that doesn't make the decision easy. But it was very tasty and we enjoyed it. There is something on the menu for every taste. Nice restaurant that is recommended.

Ambience and service positive, negative aftertaste, for a baked potato with quark, 2 lettuce leaves and three tomato slices 14 euros. When I asked that I would have had no champions, the answer was that there was more salad and cream🤨

Unfortunately I can't judge. But you don't have to drive there and see that sign.

I wrote a good review a year ago. I have to take these back or delete them. I wanted to make a reservation by phone several times. It is blocked. You can't do it. Then in the summer from the chef: no, not today and vacation starting next week. Although there is nothing going on in the restaurant. Dear Römer: The customer is your security that your restaurant stays alive. You don't just alienate them. According to the menu, the prices have been increased significantly. We're talking about at least 20 percent. For this reason and for the reasons mentioned above, we now visit other restaurants in Radebeul.

Mein Hotel hatte heute Ruhetag, also habe ich Maps angeworfen und 8 Minuten weiter den Römer gefunden. Sehr gute Bewertungen, also hin. Uriges Ambiente, ein sehr freundlicher Kellner und richtig leckeres Essen. Als Vorspeise hatte ich ein Es Wald Pilz Cremesüppchen und sls Hauptspeise ein Schnitzel Gärtnerin mit Brokkoli Blumenkohl Käse überbacken, was soll ich sagen: endlecker. Habe direkt für den nächsten Tag nochmal reserviert, denn das Restaurant war am Schluss proppenvoll.

Das Essen war nicht sehr heiß 🔥 und der Geschmack hätte stärker sein können aber das ist Geschmackssache

Ich kenne nur den Aussenbereich, dort sitzt es sich gemütlich. Das Essen ist sehr gut, die Preise moderat und die Bedienung aufmerksam und immer mit einem netten Spruch unterwegs.

Im Römer gibt es leckere deutsche Küche und es schmeckt wie bei Oma (zumindest wenn man eine Oma hat die gut kochen kann). Einen Stern Abzug gibt es von mir, da auf den Tischen sehr viel künstliche Pflanzendeko steht und Radio lief. Da würde ich mir eine einfache Hintergrundmusik wünschen.

Wir waren überrascht und absolut zufrieden mit dem leckeren Essen und sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
