After a day trip to Leipzig Zoo, we were recommended this little restaurant. The food is amazing, the portions are amazing, and the price is perfect! A little tip: Call ahead to make a reservation; they squeezed us in! Simply fantastic!

No, 2 hours waiting for food. Arrogant staff. You feel like a third-class guest. Never again... Reserved a table for 5 people at lunchtime at 12:30 p.m. The food was ordered around 12:45 p.m. After repeated requests, the food was served around 2:00 p.m. because priority had to be given to guests from a larger group. We had also reserved a table, but there were only five of us. That probably wasn't that important. The way the staff treated us made us feel like third-class guests, which is understandable, and it's understandable that this leads to dissatisfaction! Two years ago, we loved this place and absolutely wanted to eat there again. Unfortunately, the food tasted, presented, and served very poorly. The next time our relatives visit, we will definitely celebrate their birthday at a different restaurant.

We just ate there. The food was really good, solid, and tasty. We discovered the restaurant because it came third in a schnitzel test. What was really disappointing, however, was the service, for which we only give it one star. Even though the restaurant was only about a third full, the waiters seemed completely clueless, extremely snippy, and unfriendly. That was truly disappointing. The food was great, but we won't be coming back because of the abysmal service. My conclusion: Dear chef, find another team at another restaurant or replace the wait staff.

Yesterday we went to "Forget-Me-Not" with friends for the first time. A big compliment to the entire operating team. We celebrated a 60th birthday on February 15th, 2025 with around 30 people and EVERYTHING was perfect - coffee, other hot drinks and cakes, delicious food - well presented (buffet), selection of drinks, friendly and attentive service, decoration/ambience. There was also enough space for dancing and other activities. Thank you very much - we would be happy to come back and can only recommend the restaurant. Our guests also really liked it.

The restaurant is basically a garden restaurant plus. You want it to be understood as such. Accordingly, it is really solid, down-to-earth and good. Collection is also possible. Cozy restaurant with traditional German home cooking at reasonable prices. Family atmosphere. There is a large ballroom attached, as well as a beautiful beer garden and well-kept sanitary facilities. There are beautiful gardens in the area that invite you to stroll and linger. We have often spent lovely afternoons here as part of family celebrations and always enjoy getting together to enjoy the delicacies on offer here. Full recommendation!
