Gaststätte Treff 22 in Bad Nauheim

Absolutely underground. We had previously called and asked whether there were gluten-free alternatives, as my partner unfortunately had to resort to them for health reasons. This was confirmed to us by telephone. On site we were rudely told that they couldn't offer us anything. That was very annoying after we had previously been promised otherwise over the phone. In addition, the waitresses were unfriendly, except for one. My physically impaired mother was snidely told that she could get her own coffee, even though she had previously brought coffee to another woman. The price-performance ratio wasn't right at all, given the sparse selection at the brunch buffet. For example, there was only one type of jam and no milk alternatives could be offered. For the hefty price of over €50, we all definitely expected more. We all agreed that we wouldn't go there for brunch anymore.

No more Elke, no more "Herrmännchen" (little man)... but the #Herztröpfchen (heart drop) is a must when in Bad Nauheim! ps: "cup of coffee" (for 1.20!) as pictured wasn't available even in Elke's time.

The Johannisberg Restaurant in Bad Nauheim boasts a stunning location high above the town, offering a wonderful view of Bad Nauheim and the surrounding area. A truly special place to enjoy a meal in peace and quiet. The service was attentive, friendly, and very thorough; everything was pleasant and professional. The veal schnitzel was very tasty, but unfortunately, it was a bit overcooked on one side, which resulted in a slight deduction. Overall, however, a highly recommended restaurant with a great atmosphere, good service, and one of the most beautiful views in the region. We'd love to come back!

Good home cooking Schnitzel was fabulous, very nice courteous service staff
