The food was average. The wine was not what the list stated. The salad arrived without a spoon to be served. The bathroom had no hand paper. In addition, the wine must first be presented to the customer and after he accepts it, then it is opened in front of him. Plus the very kind and helpful girl who took the order and the free choice of table.

Exceptionally good, absolutely wonderful and very original Italian cuisine. The menu changes almost daily, and little-known but traditional dishes are always offered (e.g. a lemon salad for lunch today). Friendly and quick service. By far the best Italian restaurant far and wide, if not the best north of the Alps!

Cannot recommend the meat menu option (minestrone + meat dish + dessert). Too little food in the basement. I think the minestrone was made from thawed vegetables. The main course was pasta with a little minced meat and sauce. The dessert was OK.

The restaurant is very tastefully decorated and has a small but very fine menu. The food tasted really good; exceptional dishes with fine ingredients. However, the starter (antipasti) portions were extremely small in relation to the price. The waiting time between starter and main course was just over an hour. During this time there was hardly any service at all. When we asked whether we had been forgotten, we received a brusque answer that the kitchen was working at full speed and we should be patient... When we mentioned the delay again, the friendly waitress (maybe the boss?) was just bossy, arrogant and not customer-oriented at all! Service and friendliness only work in this store if the guests put up with everything. Conclusion: Price-performance ratio is not quite right, there is a lot of room for improvement in the service area. You should probably be allowed to fill yourself up. This was not the case here. P.S. You should check the cloth napkins again and again: two out of four had holes...

We often walked past here and stopped by spontaneously yesterday. The food was OK, but not so good that we would definitely have to come back here. Then, without being asked, after about 1 1/2 hours of staying, we received the bill, which was basically a friendly eviction. Presumably to seat new, waiting guests at our table. We weren't even finished yet, we actually wanted to have a digestif. Apparently there are still restaurateurs who can afford such a “service”. Well, we saved the money for the digestif and the tip. We will definitely not see each other again after this experience.

Wir haben unsere Silberhochzeit im Stern gefeiert. Ein sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit einem tollen Ambiente drinnen und draußen. Das Essen war phantastisch! Alles war sehr fein und ausgesprochen lecker zubereitet. Das Team hat uns an diesem Abend sehr verwöhnt :) Danke!

A delightful place with excellent food and very friendly service. The pasta dishes and crème brûlée were excellent. Look for the golden star that hangs over its entrance down a small street in the old town near the church.

Stern hat immer besondere mediterrane Kreationen auf der Karte. Es ist immer ein Genuss hier einen Platz zu ergattern!😋Wie wunderbar, dass es nach so vielen Jahren immer wieder aufs Neue überraschende Gerichte - Zutaten mit genauer Herkunftsbezeichnung und exzellenter Zubereitung gibt. Ein Hochgenuss für Auge, Gaumen und Geschmackssinn!

Lovely and a bit fancy place to have some nice food. Lunch menu for two Person cost around 70euro(with one drink each) .

Preis- Leistungsverhätniss stimmt leider garnicht. Eine Getränkekarte für zwei Leute bekommen, nur jeder zweite Tisch bekam eine Tischdecke. Salat war nur mit extrem viel Essig und Öl angemacht, leider sehr geschmacklos. Portionen viel zu klein. Der Geschmack war okay aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Ich werde nicht mehr wieder kommen

Wir waren schon oft dort. Am Samstagmittag diesmal. Essen und alles andere war wieder sehr lecker.

We sat outside on the afternoon, so I cannot judge the service inside, but the waiters were extremely slow for the small number of customers who were actually eating. Despite having a reservation we had to wait 15 min to be seated, 20 to get our order, 10 for the drinks and another 30 min for the food, at which point we were starving. The pizzas were traditional and very tasty, thus the good rating. I will try to go more often to see if it helps with their understaffing problems.

Für mich das beste Restaurant in Tübingen. Immer frische Zutaten, wechselndes Menu, immer besondere, sehr leckere Gerichte, mediterrane Küche. Guter Espresso.

Lecker essen nette Leute leider zu wenig Platz!
