Gaststätte Jägerhof in Harsewinkel

We ate there and had our wedding reception in the adjacent "Scheunenträumchen" restaurant. The food at the wedding and in the restaurant was delicious, and everyone was very nice and polite. We'd be happy to go back!

We celebrated our wedding in the beautiful barn. The day was absolutely perfect, and the Jägerhof played a huge part in making it happen. The service and staff were 10/10 – super friendly and attentive. The food was incredibly delicious, from the finger food at the champagne reception to the extensive buffet and dessert, all the way to the currywurst at midnight. You can also enjoy delicious schnitzel in the restaurant itself; we had tried it beforehand. The owners of the restaurant are also incredibly helpful and friendly. A thoroughly successful wedding – thank you for everything!

Went there today completely spontaneously, super delicious food, very friendly landlord, a proper restaurant, pub atmosphere with a bar where the men from the area meet in the evenings for a beer, a regulars' meeting place, but still nice to sit and eat comfortably, beautiful covered beer garden terrace where you can definitely spend excellent evenings in the summer.

100% quality at reasonable prices

A while ago, I attended a wedding reception at the Jägerhof, and I have to say, I immediately felt at home. The hall has a cozy atmosphere where you simply enjoy celebrating together. I particularly liked how welcoming everything looked – there was plenty of space for the bride and groom and their guests to enjoy the celebration. As a photographer, it was fantastic for me to capture all the joyful moments!

We celebrated our daughter and son-in-law's baptism there. It was fantastic. The barn and everything around it were amazing. The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff was super friendly. We can recommend celebrating there to anyone.

Excellent meal in a typical German Gaststätte. No excess, not in menu choice, not in atmosphere, but just good and as it should be. In my case a Schnitzel with mushrooms, onion and Bratkartoffeln and of course a beer; typical German; Cheers and Grüße! 😉

Great Christmas party in a great atmosphere

Unfortunately, the food selection was very limited and consisted mainly of schnitzels. There was very little choice for vegetarians, and no options for vegans. I can't say whether the limited selection was due to the Christmas holiday or was otherwise in keeping with the size of the restaurant.

Always great... Today I had a pork knuckle during the Bavarian Weeks... Top product at a fair price.

Hallo, waren mit dem Womo in Harsewinkel und auf unserer fahradtour kamen wir an dieser sehr schönen Gaststätte vorbei , wir bestellten jeder ein Spargelschnitzel was eine sehr gute Wahl war,alle sehr nett incl.dem Chef,bitte weiter so wir kommen wieder Grüße aus dem Westerwald

Wir waren dort auf einer Geburtstagsfeier eingeladen. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend, bei leckerem Essen und guten Getränken. Ausserdem ist das Ambiente auf der Aussenterrasse sehr schön.

Versteckt im Wald gibt es dieses nette Lokal inkl Biergarten. Der große Parkplatz hat viel Platz für PKW aber auch Fahrräder. Wer mit Kindern hier einkehrt lässt die Kids auf dem Spielplatz ihre Energie loswerden und genießt anschließend leckere lokale Gerichte. Der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich und die bestellten Gerichte werden schnell serviert. Einfach nur Topp und definitiv eine Einkehr wert
