Gaststätte Hambacher Hof in Niederzier

Unfortunately disappointing. We were there yesterday with a group of 14 people. We had reserved a table almost two months ago. When we made the reservation, we weren't informed that we would only be given a small, scaled-down special menu due to the number of people. It should be noted that we were the only customers until we left the restaurant. Since there were two vegetarians with us, our choice was limited to one potato. The service was unfriendly and snippy, the beer in the first course was too thin, and it tasted like numb feet. In conclusion, we won't be back!!

On the way to Normandy I discovered: friendly welcome from the boss, nice contact with the cook. Very nice, attentive employees, super delicious food. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back.
