According to the airport on March 1, 2025, the restaurant is closed! It's just not stated anywhere.

Actually, one star is still too many! According to the opening hours, it's open from Tuesday, unfortunately, that's not the case! We came here specifically for something to eat, but there was nothing! And when you seek shade under the umbrella (terrace) in the 33-degree heat, you get asked to leave twice??? The explanation is that other people might come!!! (Even though no one was there) I will definitely not be visiting this place again.........!

Closed on Tuesday, even though it's supposed to be open. The landlady asks us to leave the terrace because it's closed today and we're not allowed to prepare our flights in the shade. I've never experienced anything so outrageous before. Once in Saarlouis, never again.

It was truly wonderful and relaxing. For wheelchair users, the entrance is only via the terrace. Unfortunately, the restroom was blocked, making it difficult for wheelchair users.

In addition to the fantastic view of the flight activity at EDRJ, you'll also enjoy cold and hot drinks from excellent service. The terrace is highly recommended in summer, and in winter, you'll find cozy seating by the fireplace.
