2024-08-20 Lovely staff, great menu and super cheap. Old-fashioned eatery and a must for delicious German cuisine. It was warm and the staff was very cooperative with opening doors and ventilation. We ate and drank together for only 20 Euro. It was Schnitzel evening: what a party! Free parking!

The restaurant is located in a place on the outskirts not in the centre, the people who frequent it are mainly local and we were the only tourists, the food is very good and plentiful and the service excellent, they speak English and are kind, especially the waiter whose name I don't know. I recommend it!

We chose this restaurant because of the good reviews and tons of photos of delicious prepared food. Unfortunately, we were disabused of this when we arrived at the location. No trace of dumplings, which can often be seen in the pictures. Of course that's stupid when our visitor is really looking forward to dumplings. We decided to eat there anyway and chose something from the clear menu, which looked more like a flyer. I chose the rump steak and asked the waiter if it was a tender piece of meat. Of course she said yes and asked me if I would like it medium. I was looking forward to my medium rump steak. A piece of meat cut in the middle (possibly to check if it was medium rare) arrived at my place. Unfortunately it was a piece of meat that was completely cooked through and had the consistency of an old shoe sole. The taste was ok, but nothing special. When paying, the condition asked me if it was right. I told her that unfortunately the meat was well done and not medium rare as I would have liked. There was no apology or anything like that. I also couldn't have told her when I discovered that the meat wasn't medium rare because the waitress didn't check on us once while we were eating. So I can't understand the good reviews.

Best products with a great price/performance ratio in a nice beer garden. It's worth half an hour's journey.

Unusual. The boss served courteously the day before, then no service the next day when the restaurant was almost empty or was ignored. Left again after 15 minutes, no reaction when we went out... I don't know, but it's not worth more than one star...

Very attentive and friendly staff. There is always a varied, delicious daily meal. Recently there was a 4-course menu with wine tasting by the wine princess. It was great! The landlord Arnold and his wife Karin are excellent hosts. The price-performance ratio is great. Erich and I are now regular guests.

Don't be put off by the first impression outside, inside you'll find a very nice restaurant. Fast and friendly service, great food, we'll be back.

Very tasty food, good and friendly hospitality, gladly again

I like to eat there. The price performance is really good. The side salad in particular is always fresh. On the weekend you should reserve in advance as it can be busy. The service and landlord are always friendly. There is also often a final schnapps after the meal.

The food was super tasty and was served quickly. The staff was very attentive and friendly. And on top of all that, the price is unbeatable. Gladly again!

Google is crazy, didn't transfer my description!...so again. Were “rejected” in 3 restaurants because they were full. Not like that here! The place was FULL OF BOOM! Nevertheless, we (2 people, 1 child) still got a place, RESPECT! The food came super quickly, portions were great, as always. The host and staff were extremely friendly despite the stress. After there was more space, we were allowed to move around and sat at the counter beforehand, which was also interesting. 😀 Anyone who doesn't mind a football "pub" (FC Bayern) will love this one!...and no, we're not really FCB fans. OF COURSE WE WILL COME BACK!

At the time we came to the restaurant it was graded 4.9 stars, however after the service and the food we have to say it definitely deserves a 5 star review. It's absolutely perfect! We ordered a small wiener schnitzel and a filled schnitzel, as well as piña colada and we have to say, even though the schnitzel was written as small, the portion is really great. Not to even mention how GOOD it is. And the piña colada exceeded our expectations. The server is so friendly and welcoming. It feels like you're being invited to a family dinner. After the tip he even gave us a free shot to drink with him. 10/10 perfect.

A permanent stop for Wiener Schnitzel with fries and salad. The sausage salad alone is worth a visit!

Wir waren am Freitag zum ersten Mal dort essen,kannten das Stüble gar nicht und wurden von Freunden eingeladen die öfters hingehen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und das Essen war lecker. Wir saßen draußen im Garten bei schönem Wetter 🌞 Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Eichendorfstüble nur weiterempfehlen 👍

Wir haben spontan einen Platz bekommen. An einem Mittwoch Abend waren alle Plätze bereits reserviert oder besetzt. Der Service und die Stimmung sind außerordentlich gut. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Auch unser Hund hat direkt eine Schüssel mit Wasser bekommen und uns wurde extra ein Platz gegeben, wo er sich hinlegen konnte. Das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als fair! Wir kommen wieder!

Tolle Gaststätte. Sehr unauffällig gelegen. Ich würde fast schon sagen ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Man kann draußen an der Straße sitzen, im Hintergarten oder drinnen in der Laube oder im Gastraum mit großer Theke. Zum Essen hatte ich das Ratsherrenschnitzel. Ein Cordon Bleu mit dem Wunsch Spätzle anstatt Pommes zu bekommen. Auch das war ohne Aufpreis möglich und hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Schnitzel war selbst gemacht. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und sehr schnell. Dort treffen sich viele Einheimische was mit zeigt das es sich wirklich um einen Geheimtipp handelt. Probiert es aus wenn in in Nördlingen oder Nähe seid.

Das Eichendorffstüble ist ein MUSS ! Egal obs Dienstag Schnitzeltag oder Nudeltag ist. Preise gut, Service toll und Sitzmöglichkeiten individuell. Vielleicht vorher mal anrufen und Sitzplatz reservieren.

Nach langer Fahrt noch etwas zu essen gesucht und hier eingekehrt. Nach kurzer Nachfrage gab es trotz fortgeschrittener Stunde noch ein frisch zubereitetes frisches Essen. Schnitzel sehr gut und groß. Rumpsteak, auf den Punkt. Salate frisch und sehr schön zubereitet. Hier isst auch das Auge mit. Vielen Dank und nette Grüße aus Nürnberg

Wir waren mal wieder in Nördlingen für einen Kurzurlaub. Bei dieser Gelegenheit waren wir im Eichendorffstüble. Das Restaurant hat eine recht große Karte mit einer sehr guten Auswahl. Die Portionen sind sehr groß und sehr sehr günstig. Uns hat der Chef persönlich bedient und wir waren von Anfang an voll auf zufrieden. Das Essen war lecker und die Portion war echt riesig. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt kommen wir gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Freiburg

Gegessen haben wir Omelette mit Salat, Salat mit Schnitzelstreifen und Schweinelendchen mit Champignons, Spätzle und Salat. Alles war sehr frisch und geschmackvoll. Zusammen mit dem freundlichen Service und dem persönlichen Ambiente im Biergarten ein sehr angenehmer Besuch. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!
