A fantastic restaurant! ☺️ We were there four days ago on Wednesday. Since they have a special menu on certain days, we had shashlik on Wednesday, and it was amazing! The price-performance ratio is excellent, and the service is very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good restaurant and highly recommended.

Last week, we held a CSU event in the large hall of the Döllinger restaurant in Schaftnach, Schwabach – and we were absolutely thrilled! Even the pre-organization was completely uncomplicated and professional. The team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and quickly assisted us with any questions we had. On the day of the event itself, everything was just perfect: The large hall is bright, spacious, and technically excellently equipped – perfect for events, speeches, or presentations. The technology (microphones, speakers, projectors, etc.) ran smoothly, which made the entire event much easier. The service was also truly first-class: attentive, friendly, and always available without being intrusive. The entire staff was very dedicated and ensured our guests felt completely at home. A big compliment also to the kitchen – the food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful, the drinks selection varied and perfectly tempered. Many of our participants particularly praised the food and the fast, friendly service. The venue itself is beautiful – well-maintained, cozy, and with a wonderful Bavarian charm that's perfect for an event in Schwabach. You can tell the attention to detail goes into the work here. All in all, we highly recommend the Schaft restaurant – whether for private parties, club events, or political meetings: Everything is just perfect here – from the ambiance and food to the service and technology. A big thank you to the entire team for the outstanding service! 👏👏

Six of us ate at Döllinger on Sunday. The food was amazing, and the service was simply perfect. Super friendly staff and delicious Franconian cuisine. It's a shame they're closed on Mondays, otherwise we would have been there again yesterday. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Bavaria.

On Wednesdays, there's always "liver all you can eat" for €10.90, with excellent mashed potatoes and a delicious salad. The service is exceptionally friendly and competent.

We went to Döllinger with friends yesterday. Unfortunately, the dining room was closed, so we went to the hall, which was a bit chilly. Not particularly cozy. The food was okay, but nothing special. For example: the grilled meat and fries were more lukewarm than hot. The prices were quite reasonable.

Nice beer garden with plenty of shady spots. There is also a small playground for the kids. And the service was quick and very friendly! I can't say much about the food (yet), today we had quick fries 😅. But that wasn't our last visit.

The schnitzel was a bit thick, but tasted perfectly. The vegetable schnitzel was good, and the side salad was delicious! The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. The service was excellent!

Highly recommended for years: good food at fair prices, friendly hosts, and in the summer, a lovely garden with a large playground for children. The children's portions are quite large, but if necessary, you can always have something packed to take home. I've known this restaurant for over 20 years and always enjoy coming back.

Very tasty food, but above all, the staff is very, very friendly! The beer garden is wonderful, and the restaurant's side room is air-conditioned. The restrooms are on the first floor, but very spacious. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a light switch for the women's restroom! Good value for money! Addendum: The restrooms in the annex building are on the first floor! There seem to be some on the ground floor in the main building.

Friday was shashlik day... very tasty!

Very nice beer garden. Great, efficient, and fast service. Those were the plus points! We had schnitzel with fries and a salad with turkey strips. Unfortunately, the schnitzel was extremely tough, the fries were bland, and the large turkey salad was rather poorly presented. A few tomato pieces, corn, cucumbers, and a few lettuce leaves. Turkey bites on top. = €15.90. We also received two small slices of white bread. When we asked if we could have some more bread, the waiter came with two slices of black bread, for which we were then charged extra. Pretty petty and unprofessional. That's part of the service and normal for that price. Generally, we would also describe the pricing as quite expensive. If you're already in that price range, everything should be 100% right. And the worst of all was that you can't even pay by card. We live in 2025. This is now common practice worldwide, but the clock in Schaftnach has obviously stood still. Overall grades: 3 to 4

Cool beer garden. Great service. Very, very tasty shashlik. We certainly won't have our last one. Reservations are very helpful, especially for large groups. Simply great, keep it up. We'll be back.

Today, on our bike ride back from Rothsee, we stopped for a quick rest at the Dölliger beer garden. It's nicely shaded by trees and umbrellas. The friendly wait staff are prompt and super friendly. We didn't eat anything today. But the inn is well-known for its excellent food. We'll be back.

Great Franconian inn, highly recommended. The shashlik is truly top-notch. Believe me, I've had just about anything! Prices are fair, and the atmosphere is typically Franconian.

The food was okay, but the sausages were too small for Franconian sausages. No card payments accepted, just a reminder, it's 2025! I no longer have any understanding for this.

The main hall can host events, but there are adjoining rooms. My highlight in the summer is the fantastic beer garden.

Visually inviting from the outside. The sign in the menu display case stating "no card payments" was the deciding factor. We were greeted very warmly at first, but when we saw the sign in the presence of the waiter and asked him, he became rather "extraordinary" afterward, which made it easy for us to decide whether to quickly withdraw cash somewhere or go somewhere else 😅

We went there last week with the whole family for dinner. The weather was wonderful, and we sat in the beer garden. A very nice beer garden with a small playground. The menu is typically Franconian, I'd say. The dishes are lovingly prepared and served by a very competent team. A wonderful, beautiful place to linger in nature, a meeting place for friends and family. Also worth mentioning: there's even a small stage. I think that's a great idea for events like Kärwa. The food we ordered was really delicious, thank you. We'd love to come back.

The food was very bad. A cordon bleu from the freezer for €1.99, which was deep-fried and then sold for €18. It was disgusting, and the Limburger didn't taste good either. A complete rip-off. We're definitely not going there again.

Simply great ..The Schäuferle was great! Great Franconian cuisine

I was in the restaurant as a wedding guest. The celebration took place in a clean and tidy side room with a bar area. A very friendly and courteous waiter was available the entire time. The food was presented as a lavish buffet, which was very attractively designed. All of the dishes were very tasty. Unfortunately, if I didn't live so far away myself, I would come more often.

The food was very good. Since it was Easter Sunday, the restaurant was very busy. That's why the service staff was quite stressed and unfortunately a meal was forgotten. After a complaint it was delivered very quickly. Since it is a large hall, it is sometimes a little louder, but still within acceptable limits.

Unfortunately, you don't usually get roasts and dumplings here during the week. Unfortunately, shashlik is only available every 2nd Friday of the month. I can't list all the limitations here. What else there is, and that's not a small amount, I rate it with 3 stars.

It always depends on what you are, otherwise we're glad it exists. A beer garden fits.

Today was the first and last time I visited this terrible restaurant. I ate the Munich schnitzel. The schnitzel was very dry. The salad tasted awful. On top of that, the prices were very high. The dining room was a storage room in the attic. I felt like a second-class citizen. And card payments weren't possible. I'm never going back. Finally, the food selection was a complete joke. Each side was for a different day. Roasts and Schäuferle only on Sundays and public holidays. I've never experienced anything like it before.

A great, beautiful, shady beer garden with an attached restaurant. Naturally, when the weather is nice, the shop is full. But what's impressive is that everything still works smoothly.

Great Franconian cuisine, also with a vegan alternative. The restaurant was completely full, but we were served quickly and friendly. Our food came very quickly. Addendum: Unfortunately I have to revise my rating. We ate here again a few days ago and ordered the fish platter. The menu said it was breaded, but we expected fillets or something similar. The record wasn't cheap. When we got our food it was very sobering. A few breaded frozen shrimps and fish chips with sweet and sour sauce. You can eat really well here, but I would advise against the fish platter. Maybe the restaurant should take this off the menu as it really doesn't fit the standard.

It is much more comfortable in the old building than in the new hall. You feel like you're in a train station hall. The beer garden is very pleasant in summer. The service is generally GOOD, even when things get hot.

I ordered a turkey schnitzel with fries and got a turkey schnitzel from the freezer. It was 1 cm thick and hard, it wasn't what you would like. I told the service that. I got the answer. We have already sold several times today and no one has complained. No decision I didn't like anything because we came to recommend we won't be coming back
