A Franconian would say: Yes, yes. In my opinion that would be a complete understatement. I have rarely experienced such friendly service and the food was a dream. We will definitely come more often! Keep it up

I ordered a pork schnitzel for myself and my son. The meat was not seasoned at all and was gray. It was really tough, I couldn't eat it and had to send it back. I have never been served such a bad schnitzel in my life. The fries were soaked in fat and not very appetizing either. We won't be eating schnitzel anymore. However, the service and the beer garden were very nice, but if the food isn't right, that's no use.

Best beer garden and great food.

I ordered the hunter's roast, my husband the chop. Since I didn't like my food, we swapped, the cutlet was tasty, but I didn't like the potato salad that went with it either. You could eat the side salad. Service was super friendly. Parking is available if you arrive on time, otherwise it will be difficult.

Thank you😍! Review as of summer 2019: A wonderful beer garden with large deciduous trees in Schaftnach near Schwabach! There are sufficient parking spaces available. Easily accessible via the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal! The food came quickly after ordering, the portion could have been a little larger. It was a bit annoying that we got the menu quickly, but then around 7:20 p.m. four employees had dinner themselves and we were forgotten. We had to make our presence felt very clearly several times.

A wonderful destination for a bike tour from Nuremberg. Large beer garden. There are enough shaded areas. Service exceptionally good. The food has always been very tasty so far. Only the sauerkraut the other day didn't appeal to my husband at all

Perfect, even with small children you can eat in peace, because after eating you can go straight to the sink to play.

Still a nice beer garden. Unfortunately, the portions have become smaller and the prices have increased at the same time. In addition, the card was reduced from a nice selection onto a DinA4 sheet. On top of that, I find the sauces bland and no longer tasty. Yes, I understand the current situation and that everything is becoming more expensive and difficult, but coming here will soon no longer be an option for me. Sorry

I really enjoy going there for dinner. Food is good, sitting outside is very nice. Liver and shashlik days, very fine. I would describe normal food from the menu as average.

After about 57 years, back then with my blessed grandfather, I was once again in the beer garden at Döllinger. What can I say? Yes, it was great! The beer and food were damn good and the beautiful trees make this beer garden an oasis!

We were in the Döllingers' beer garden today and, based on the many positive reviews and many positive opinions from our friends, we went there with high expectations. Unfortunately, these were not fulfilled. Unfortunately the food was mediocre, the champion sauce was very watery and I don't think it was made with fresh champions. The salad had already been in the kitchen for a while because some of the lettuce leaves were a bit unsightly. The dressing was ready dressing and way too little. The bottom part of my salad had no dressing. When asked if there was ice cream, the waitress said that there was only dessert from the menu and ice cream only from the freezer. At the same moment, however, there were four ice cream sundaes with cream and chocolate sauce at the table next to us. That really bothered us. However, the service is first class. The food and drinks came very quickly. We still won't go there again. For the price we would have eaten better somewhere else.

Went to the beer garden at the weekend. Very friendly service, food and drinks were brought quickly. The schnitzel was great. Wanted a seat at the playground so the kids wouldn't get bored. It was great for the kids and then also for us. Will definitely come back soon

Food very tough (schnitzel), the others don't eat the yellow part of an egg at a party. Apple stew is a joke (it's bigger at McDonald's). Half of our company was disappointed

The place is perfect for summer or sunny days. The food is good, the specialty: Schnitzel. The best thing about the restaurant is the staff, they were very friendly and attentive.

It is not allowed to consume bubatz in beer Garden

It is a Franconian cuisine. For the second time, the dishes were very tasty and plentiful on the plate. With daily additional offers, such as liver dinners on Wednesdays, asparagus/carp dishes or live music at certain events. The interior design is also attractive and there is also a small stage for events. In any case, the great beer garden with a view of the playground for the children will delight. There are extra parking spaces and also spaces for bicycles. Despite the large number of visitors, the dishes arrived within 20 minutes. Drinks in 10 minutes. It is also advisable for day visitors to make a reservation, even for just two people. No card payment possible. The beer is from Tucher. Gladly again.

Nice beer garden that is worth a stop if you are in the area.

We got a spot in the beer garden at short notice on Sunday lunchtime. Super fast service even though there was a lot going on and the food also gets the full 5 stars!

We were spontaneously there for lunch today and sat outside. Our food (giant schnitzel and cordon bleu with wild garlic cream cheese) was really great! We were both really excited and would love to come back!

We were there for dinner on Easter Saturday. And as always I have to say the food was fantastic. There was a special Easter menu because of Easter, but the selection was very good. It should be mentioned that we had already considered other locations, but since it was a birthday party, everyone else said beforehand that they would finish on time, which was not the case with Döllinger. That's just service. There is also a nice beer garden opposite which I haven't sat in yet. There are sufficient parking spaces next to the restaurant. The inn is in a very quiet location in a very small town near Penzendorf or Schwabach.

Döllinger writes on his homepage that it was open on Wednesday lunchtime in April, so we went there. We stood in front of closed doors. We consider that to be dubious. There was a fat Porsche standing in front of the restaurant, which had probably taken up all the seats and then locked it up.

Very nice beer garden, partly covered. Easily accessible by bike (from Nuremberg along the canal). Top service, friendly, attentive and accommodating. The food tasted very good (grill plate with potato salad and side salad, rhubarb cake, sauerbraten with dumpling and salad). The food was partly good, partly subpar (salad dressing bad, no baguette but cold toast). The stressed-out waitress still had the place under control. The fact that a cat jumps onto my bench while I'm eating is rather unusual for a restaurant and not very hygienic.

Time again for a meeting of the motorcycle eagles out of season, with the intention of home cooking. Schäuferle, liver, schnitzel, cordon bleu, exactly our collar size and to be expected in the Döllinger restaurant on Schaftnachtstrasse, very tasty, the salad plates are also nice to look at and will satisfy every hungry palate. I would particularly like to recommend and recommend the Döllinger shish kebab pie to the Franconian guest, which has somehow generally led a gastronomic shadowy existence in recent years, which it doesn't deserve in the Döllinger house. As delicately spicy as it should be, it gave us a lot of joy. Ergo... the Döllinger is definitely worth a visit. Thank you for the lovely evening and the fine food.

I can only recommend the Döllinger restaurant. Great food, very friendly service and boss. The prices are also absolutely fair and adapted to the times. Events also regularly take place in the converted barn. I will definitely come back.

Meat dishes apparently OK, vegetarian selection small, uncreative and carelessly prepared, toilet only accessible via steep stairs to the upper floor, therefore difficult for guests who are not good on foot

I gave 4 points for the service. But if you consider how unexpectedly full the place was, you would have to give it 5 stars again, the service remained friendly and did its best. The shshlik were, as always, very tasty. Went with a group of 10 people (reserved).

We always eat during the week and I can't say what it's like on the weekend. Attention to the children In one year I had orange juice twice and had a drink twice Attention to the children For the prices we actually expect quality at least should: The potato salad needs an overhaul. The meat is sometimes good, sometimes worse. Schnitzels that are burnt are placed on the bad side of the plate. Ambience is really great. The premises have also been spruced up.

Ich war heute das 2. mal hier. Der Essenssaal wurde modernisiert und sieht wirklich gut aus. Das Essen hat mich heute nicht überzeugt. Mein cordon blue hatte zu viel Pfeffer in der Panade, was leider den guten Appenzeller komplett übertüncht hat, und war auch zum Teil noch nicht durchgebraten, was mir erst fast am Ende aufgefallen ist. Ich habe den letzten Teil nicht aufgegessen. Dies habe ich auch dem Service mitgeteilt, welcher es weitergeben wird. Nicht schön fand ich, dass ich trotzdem den ganzen Preis zahlen musste, auch gab es keinen Kaffee oder etc. als Entschädigung. Der Kaiserschmarn war kalt und nicht frisch gemacht, was Ihn hart gemacht hat. Ich würde beides nicht mehr bestellen und hätte auch derzeit keine Lust wieder zu kommen. Die Forelle, welche ich probieren durfte war jedoch großartig. Deswegen insgesamt 3 Punkte.

Als Vegetarier nicht empfehlenswert. Bin nur hin da ich auf einer Familien Feier eingeladen war. Tortellini Auflauf war sehr fettig und nicht besonders lecker. Im Anschluss hatte ich Bauchschmerzen.

Waren zum Schaschlik essen. Zum Glück in der Gaststätte. Es war sehr gemütlich und warm. Essen und Service waren perfekt. Musst nie lange warten, da die Bedienung immer wieder kam und nach den Rechten zu fragen.

Schöner Biergarten mit gutem Essen. An der Bierauswahl (Tucher 🙄) muss aber dringend gearbeitet werden. ☝🏻 😉 Auch sehr gut für Feiern geeignet. Leider keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Das ist sehr ärgerlich. 🤨

Wir fühlen uns immer wohl im Döllinger, egal ob drinnen oder draußen im Biergarten. Sehr leckeres Essen und außergewöhnlich netter Service. Danke, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Exzellent trifft es wohl am besten. Familienfeier mit 30 Gästen zum 90. Geburtstag. Von der Absprache über Vorbereitung, Dekoration über Service und Essen zum Ambiente. Hier stimmt nicht nur alles, hier werden Erwartungen übertroffen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service, der einfühlsam und kompetent, alles in höchster Professionalität abwickelte und dabei menschlich-freundlich blieb. Und das Essen. Von keinem Einzigen kam eine Kritik, alle waren rundum voll des Lobes über das Essen. Der Koch/die Köche müssten von den Wirtsleute mit Gold und Juwelen behängt werden - sie sind Zauberer des Genusses. Unsere Familienfeier wurde ein voller Erfolg, dank dieser Lokalität. Wir hätten keine Bessere finden können und empfehlen diese gerne weiter, an alle, die guten Service und hervorragendes fränkisches Essen suchen, ob als Einzelbesucher und besonders zu Events.

Wir wurden ganz spontan am Sonntag nachmittags sehr lieb empfangen und das Schäuferle war ein Traum- genauso der Kloß. Und was ich auch sehr gut fand war die Soße im Beilagensalat. Würden wir nicht den Fahrtweg haben wären auch gerne suf Veranstaltungen im dem toll gestalteten Saal.
