Gaststätte "Burghof" in Aachen

We really liked this restaurant and often came here with our child. But today's incident hurt us deeply. When our little son (1.5 years old) cried, a staff member hissed at him and lectured him. It's sad that such a lovely restaurant shows no understanding for its youngest guests. A child this age doesn't understand such reprimands. We no longer feel comfortable here as a family. 😔

Unfortunately, not all of the food listed on the menu was available. And the menu isn't very big anyway. There wasn't even a dessert listed on the menu. I found the fries too soft.

Super good pizzeria, excellent pasta at a very reasonable price. I recommend it.

Unfortunately, they cut corners in the wrong place for the Christmas carol singing: it's now only self-service for food and drinks. Only three dishes to choose from. I might as well go to a cafeteria. A real shame.
