Die Preise sind sehr gut, und sowohl Kuchen als auch herzhafte Speisen schmecken hervorragend. Zudem gibt es nicht viele Cafés in der Stadt, die noch Handkaffeemaschinen verwenden und Kaffee Crema dieser Qualität anbieten. Alles in allem bin ich weiterhin sehr zufrieden.

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hat uns schnell bedient. Wir haben uns alle für unterschiedliche Frühstücksvarianten entschieden. Es war wie immer sehr voll, aber weil die Getränke schnell gebracht wurden, verging die Wartezeit auf das Frühstück wie im Nu. Das Essen war bei uns allen reichlich und teilweise war so viel Aufschnitt dabei, dass man nochmal ein Brötchen nachbestellen konnte. Uns hat es dort so gut gefallen, dass wir jetzt regelmäßig dort hin gehen. Auch die selbstgebackenen Kuchen und belgischen Waffeln sind ein Traum. Zudem gibt es hier meiner Meinung nach einen der besten Kaffees in ganz Kassel. Weiter so, wir kommen gerne wieder!

NEVER AGAIN! Ordered various covers on March 14, 2023. All items in the online shop were available for immediate delivery. In fact, only half was delivered. When we asked, we learned that some of the goods were not in stock and that no delivery date was known. The delivered goods are of ok quality… To date (12/18/23) neither the money has been refunded nor the missing items have been delivered. We wrote countless emails with reminders and called several times. Unfortunately, no one from the management can be reached and there is no response. And something like that is called a “professional shop”… unbelievable. I can only advise everyone not to order there! We are now handing the case over to a lawyer as our patience has now run out. Addendum: On December 19, 2023, in response to this review, I received a call from Mr. Uzal and a refund of the outstanding amount. He also informed Google that he could not assign my review and that Google should initiate an investigation into the authenticity of my review....

Warning! A highly disorganized online company. I ordered banquet tables that were marked as available for immediate delivery. Payment was made promptly via PayPal. When there was no delivery notification after a week, I called the hotline number. There was a visibly slow employee on duty who told me that the goods would probably be available for delivery in FEBRUARY 2024. This is extremely dubious for an online shop that explicitly shows the goods as immediately available. I therefore canceled the order via the email address provided by the employee. Again no feedback. No response to a second email either. Today I called the hotline again. A completely overwhelmed employee, who explained to me in detail that she couldn't access the portal at the moment and that she had only been in the company for the first day and was thrown straight into the deep end, was finally able to find my order, but no cancellation. I then explained the process to her in detail, whereupon she said she would then present it to the boss. This is NOT how online business works today. Conclusion: dubious, unorganized store. I am waiting for a refund of over €2,000. The case goes to my lawyer. Regrettable. Stay away from this provider.

Wenn ihr die Augen schließt könntet ihr meinen ihr seid in der Serie Babylon drin, und im Nachbartisch bestellt ein Herr mit den Worten:“ Fräulein, bitte eine Tasse…“ Sehr Charmantes Café welches den Zauber der Vergangenheit besitzt und den Charme der Menschen die dort arbeiten versprüht. Das positive Gefühl solltet ihr bei einer Tasse Kaffee und Kuchen in euch aufsaugen.
