The hype that the store once had has evaporated. In any case, don't order small portions as they are a larger snack.

This was my third time eating here, the first two times it was super tasty Unfortunately this time it wasn't so good, especially the meat was way too dry and hard. It's a good restaurant in itself, but the rude service comes to the table without saying hello or anything, doesn't say a word and makes you feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, that was the case every time with the service.

The prices are an outrage. We hadn't been here for a long time and were shocked at the price of 17 euros for a plate of kebab!

Unfortunately the kebab has become very small (see picture). For the fact that you pay €8-8.50, the portions are really small. You definitely won't get tired of it. They put in very little meat. Some of the sweet potato fries were also dark and black and had been in the deep fryer for too long. Therefore only one star.

I only come for the vegetarian dishes. The bread is especially great, as is the falafel. The portions are definitely filling and the food looks/tastes fresh. However, the music volume in the store is terrible. You almost have to shout at each other to talk, which just makes the visit tiring. Furthermore, the sweet potato fries unfortunately turned out extremely bad. You really can't eat them anymore. A single wobbly lump for a relatively large amount of money. In general, you can grab a drink, fries and Dürüm (or similar) in your pocket. As a single person you are just €20. The service is sometimes better and sometimes worse, but in any case there are relatively long waiting times due to the large number of orders.

Probably the best kebab in Kassel. This kebab is really incredibly delicious. Of course, this quality also rewards the owners well. A normal kebab with chicken costs around 8 euros, which is a lot of money, but in my opinion it's worth it. I don't go there regularly, but occasionally it's a great change from other kebab shops. The atmosphere is also very nice and the waitresses are very friendly.

Cult, very centrally located within walking distance of the main train station, would be one of the tastiest restaurants with Turkish food. The dishes are always freshly made, properly prepared and of course very tasty! The staff is young, flexible and friendly, although I would like to see more effort put into serving guests at the table. The restaurant has a decent ambience and it's fun to enjoy lunch on the armchairs. A large veranda is also available in summer. A drawback, but hardly something to blame in the current times, is the prices, which have risen sharply. A kebab now costs over €8.

If I could I would give 10 stars. Actually, I don't like every kebab, but at Cult I ate the best kebab in my life. Service and ambience round it off. Just amazing!

The restaurant is not your average kebab shop. The ambience invites you to linger and everything there tastes very tasty. I would go there again and again. The order is made very quickly and with love for the product, whether to take away or to eat there.

Way too expensive. Wanted to eat there again after four years. Doner kebab €8, Lamacun special: €9.50, kebab plate XL €18. Someone in front of me had a Lamaccun (I think Lamaccun Special) and it didn't even look that big. He also ordered a kebab. With the kebab he asked for a little more sauce. Answer: "Yes, but it costs extra." I look at the board, €1 for extra sauce. Then I left. Rating from 4 years ago: Very very very good! I usually eat a kebab plate with sweet potatoes there. I haven't tried pizza and so on there yet.

Once again I had a very good kebab. Unlike many others, this one comes close to Berlin kebab without any problems. This is a kebab and not a rotisserie mess! I couldn't say anything about the price of this kebab in terms of quality or taste. Unfortunately, we had to experience quite a setback for 8 euros per kebab. Very small, the taste was good as always, the sauce was great, the vegetables were fresh and the meat was juicy, but there was quite a bit. Especially for the price. There was no feeling of satiety. Neither for me nor for my girlfriend and we eat normal portions. Very unfortunate. Hope things get better again. Kind regards

Absolute recommendation. Nice ambience and well located and the food is just amazing.

The meat was too old that I couldn't sleep all night. The cashier even charged me an extra kebab, then I wanted my €8 back. Especially 8€ for so little meat on it. 0 stars and not recommended.

Unfortunately, our last visit will really be our last. The service was virtually non-existent. Neither a menu nor drinks were brought to us. We had to get both ourselves even though the store was empty. What a pity! Food was great, unfortunately nothing else!

Service has declined sharply for months. It's a real shame how sometimes the best turns into the worst.

Was there for the first time today. I found out about the prices on the site beforehand. Unfortunately it no longer matches what you have to pay in the store. On average it was €1 more. I ate a veal kebab for €8 which was good and ordered a lahmacun without meat for €7 and a portion of fries for €4.90. So three things just under €20 which is ok. But unfortunately the Lahmacun was very little filled and then paying 7 euros for a touch of salad and some sauce is really crazy. 5 euros would have been too much. Since it was take-away, the VAT increase, which is supposed to cause a high price, doesn't count. So everything was fine, but unfortunately the first thought after eating was what else to eat because you weren't full.

So we are very disappointed! The shop was recommended to us by friends, so we went there and were really disappointed. The food was very expensive and was cold when we got it. We mentioned it when paying and the seller said that it was freshly prepared, but we can't say that. We had a falafel plate and a kebab plate and both were cold.

The two of us ate a kebab plate for 17(!!!) euros each. A can of Cola costs (0.95 euros in the store) - 3.80 euros. Overall, a proud price. That means: we paid almost 50 euros for the two of us in a kebab shop. Preparation took 45 minutes. The quality of the food was good and not objectionable, but unfortunately it was no longer hot but lukewarm. The staff was normally motivated. Overall expensive.

The meat was delicious and the food was prepared too quickly. We ate it in the restaurant and was happy with everything except at the counter. You couldn't really order until you sat down, but it was also okay. We were at the Kult on Friday evening and ate there. Service was good, unfortunately we had to wait a long time for our food. The food itself was again very good, the kebab meat is simply the best here.

Cult not only offers a premium version of a kebab shop with an attractive interior, but also fast and friendly service. The kebab is prepared quickly. Although the prices may seem high, this is also reflected in the ambience, which is not found in ordinary kebab shops. The kebab itself, with tasty meat and well-balanced flat bread, is not spectacular, but solid. The opportunity to sit outside completes the positive overall picture. There is no reason to complain about the friendly service.

The food is always very good, but it is always the case that if you call in advance and are told a time when the food will be ready, the preparation only starts when you are there to pick it up. This is so annoying and happens every time without exception...

The quality of the food was very good, the bread, salad, etc. fresh, cleanly prepared, the selection of sauces was good (Herbs here, very tasty) and the quality of the meat was the best that I, as a "döner amateur" have ever had in Kassel. All in all, a really good performance that I can recommend with a clear conscience.

Very bad, not happy, I ordered extra bread and didn't get it but was charged for it!! Such a disappointment this shop I eat a lot of kebab but this was by far the worst!!!!! Nationwide!!!

Wow, DÖNER WOW. Bei euch ist es mega lecker und der Service stimmt. Vielen Dank das Ihr euren Style lebt. Bei euch stimmt einfach alles. Vom Anfang bis zum Ende. Die Karte ist übersichtlich und ausreichend. Die Auswahl an Getränken ist auch super. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir waren an einem Donnerstag Abend dort. Es war gut gefüllt. Die Lautstärke war grenzwertig. Der Service war in Ordnung. Das Essen war max. lauwarm, aber es hat gut geschmeckt. Die Preise sind günstig. Wir kommen durchaus wieder.

Sehr leckerer Kebab zum fairen Preis, alle Zutaten sind frisch und sehen appetitlich aus. Keine lauwarmen Spieße mit grauem Fleisch wie in vielen anderen Läden.

Leckerer Döner, Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, der Laden ist modern und sauber.Das Dönerfleisch (Kalb) ist sehr lecker. Preise könnten bisschen niedriger sein, trotzdem 5 Sterne.

Meiner Meinung nach ist das Essen im Vergleich zur Qualität überteuert

Als dieser Laden eröffnet hat, war ich erstmal großer Fan. Berliner Döner in Kassel? Das hört sich doch Gut an!? Seit Corona hat leider die Qualität abgenommen und der Preis ist gestiegen, leider ein blöder Mix.. Das Fleisch liegt sehr lange in den Aufbewahrungsboxen, dass merkt man an der Trockenheit des Fleisches, Teilweise ist es sogar schon Kalt! Das sorgt dafür, dass ein eigentlich üppig belegter Dürüm sehr trocken und kalt ist, was leider den Genuß Stark einbüßen lässt. ich bin (Nicht mehr) wiederkehrender Gast.

Döner schmeckt aber bis ich er kommt schon verhungert

Guter Döner & co Imbiss. Etwas teurer als sonst, freundlich und bequem. Ambiente als solches gut, jedoch nicht so schön gelegen was ein Abzug bewirkt

Leider muss ich meine Bewertung aktualisieren: Das Essen ist lecker und ähnelt Berliner Dönern und ist somit einfach unanfechtbar der beste in Kassel. Übrigens auch der einzige, der sein Fleisch auch wirklich Döner nennen darf und nicht nur Drehspieß. Großes Problem: Es wird eine Salatzange benutzt für Fleisch und Salat. Für Vegetarier ein No Go! Am Fleischspieß lagen zwei Zangen fürs Fleisch. Dann muss nicht die Gemüse Zange herhalten. Hygienisch nicht einwandfrei und Problem für Vegetarier.

Sehr lecker, schnell am Tisch serviert. Der Service könnte etwas freundlicher sein.

Heute Abend einen sehr schönen Abend mit meine geliebte bei Cult Kassel verbracht, das Essen war top. Aber der Service ist irgendwie seit Tagen muss ich ehrlich sagen abwesend. Es fehlen oft bestellte Getränke oder kommen am Ende erst an wo wir fast fertig gegessen haben, Besteck wird leider auch nachgelassen, es wird nicht gefragt ob wir noch n Kleinigkeit brauchen. So kenne ich cult von früher nicht aber ich komme da wieder gerne essen. Fehler kann man machen.

Personal 10/10 Falafel Döner 12/10 Ambiente super schick und sauber Die Kräutersoße schmeckt einfach geil. Und die Falafel sind nicht zu trocken und schmecken frisch. Döner in 2 min fertig zusammengepackt. 🤌🏼 Beste

Der Döner/Dönerteller ist geschmacklich schon sehr gut aber warum ist jedes Mal das Fleisch kalt, da sollte man bei den verlangten Preisen mal dran arbeiten. Eine Dose Cola für 3,50€ finde ich frech

Very close to the main train station and 5mins walk to the city center. I came for one week of business and became addicted. Of course, it wasn't my first time eating döner but those guys are different. In 7 days, I've eaten 4 times. Sauces are amazing. If you don't have a rush, you should try the plate. Also rolled "durum" is very delicious and you can customize it on your own choice. But again plate "Teller" is my favorite.

Chicken Döner Teller war jetzt nicht der Hammer und es war unangenehm Kalt. Ansonsten ist der Laden an sich sehr schön und sauber.

Zuvor waren wir immer zufrieden, da es sich bei CC nicht um 0815 Döner handelt, sondern diese wirklich besonders gut schmecken… Dieses Mal sind wir aber dermaßen enttäuscht vom Service. Wir haben extra frühzeitig angerufen, um zwei Gerichte mit Hähnchenfleisch zum Mitnehmen zu bestellen. Fast eine 3/4 Stunde vor Abholzeit. Als ich dann zur besprochenen Abholzeit ankam, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie leider kein Geflügelfleisch mehr haben. Mir war bereits vorher klar, dass kein Geflügel mehr übrig seien wird, wenn ich nicht frühzeitig anrufe. Zwar hat sich das Personal entschuldigt, aber mehr kam nicht. So etwas kann passieren und finde ich auch nicht schlimm. Aber eine „Wiedergutmachung“ wurde gar nicht angeboten. Wir erwarten nicht viel, es geht eher um die Geste… Alternativ habe ich dann ein Veggiegericht sowie einen Dönerteller mit Kalbfleisch genommen + extra Brot. Am Ende wurden mir hierfür 21,50€ berechnet, was mir bereits im Laden komisch vorkam…dies habe ich in dem Moment dann nicht weiter hinterfragt, da ich es eilig hatte und es auch echt voll war. Zu Hause habe ich dann die Preise koch einmal online überprüft, wobei sich eine Differenz von 3,5€ ergibt + Trinkgeld…für etwas, was ich ursprünglich nicht so nicht wollte. Ich frage mich woher dieser Betrag kommt, aber bin letzten Endes selber Schuld, dass ich nicht direkt nachgefragt… Mal schauen, wann wir wieder hingehen werden…aber bestimmt nicht in nächster Zeit…

Eigentlich nur ein Chicken-Döner Teller, aber sehr, sehr lecker. Gutes Fleisch, die scharfe Soße ist super. Extra Brot mit Kobi Soße, besser geht nicht. Preise waren höher, als auf der Internetseite, aber es lohnt sich.

Super netter Service, alles sehr sauber; die Mitarbeiter waschen sich die Hände sichtbar für alle Kunden; leckere Soßen und das Dönerfleisch ist hervorragend! Der Döner ist zwar etwas teurer, aber schmeckt dafür auch wirklich fa-ha-hantastisch. Sogar kontaktlose EC-Kartenzahlung ist möglich, was bei vielen Dönerbuden leider nicht dazugehört.

Wir waren nach Eröffnung von Zeit zu Zeit gerne im Cult Kassel essen. Das Fleisch hat super geschmeckt und die Saucen waren im Gegensatz zu den üblichen Dönerbuden eine echte geschmackliche Bereicherung. Mittlerweile ist das leider anders. Mal davon abgesehen, das die Portionsgrößen kleiner geworden sind, was für mich ehr zweitrangig ist, hat der Geschmack der Speisen echt nachgelassen. Heute der Supergau: Meine Frau hatte einen Falafeldöner. Das Falafel war so Furztrocken, dass es einem bald im Hals stecken geblieben wäre. Naja gut, kann ja mal passieren. Als dann nach ein paar Bissen ein „SILBERFISCHCHEN“!!!!, ja, ein lebendes Krabbeltier, aus der Dönertasche kam, war das Ding gelaufen. Das Cult Kassel ist für uns nun endgültig Geschichte. Ein von 5 Sternen ist hier noch zu hoch bewertet!

Besuch 16.1./ 22.00 Uhr Der Dönerteller, sagen wir mal 3, - dafür war er allerdings so zwischen lau und ein bisschen warm, also keine Bange, man konnte sich auf keinen Verbrennen. Dann aber kam der Rotwein, 1 Glas 4,50 € 1 erste Schluck war wie ein Faustschlag ins Gesicht, Rest stehen gelassen. Vermute hier mal Aldi - Tetrapack Also mein lieber Inhaber, würde mal sagen hier ist noch Luft nach oben.

Lamacun Spezial war sehr gut und mein Begleiter hat spontan gesagt „This was the best Döner I ever had“
