Essen war voll ok, nur die Beschreibung Barrierefrei ist unpassend. Eine halbe Stufe im Eingang, eine Stufe im Innenbereich und zwei Stufen zur Toilette. Nach dem Eingang kommt noch eine Engstelle die nur mit einem schmalen Rollstuhl passiert ist. Also mit nem schmalen Rolstuhl und ner gewissen Fitness geht es, aber nicht uneingeschränkt für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich.

es ist ein wunderschönen Ambiente . man ist mitten auf den Hauptbahnhof trotzdem voll schön und angenehm auf der Terrasse abgeschottet . das Essen ist himmlisch und das Trinken ist sehr lecker . es wurde sehr viel liebe rein gesteckt ! sehr schön und sehr gut ! ich kann es jeden empfehlen !!! woooow selten so gut und günstig gegessen immer immer wieder gerne ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ !!!

Sehr stark nachgelassen und leider nur auf Profit aus. Der Döner ist kalt und besteht zu 95 Prozent nur aus Brot und Gemüse. Man möchte nicht 10 Euro für ein Stock Fladenbrot und Salat ausgeben. Wenn schon der Preis von Mal zu Mal ansteigt, erwartet man auch kein Gemüsebrot.

Leider war ich enttäuscht. Das Kalbfleisch war sehr trocken und geschmacklich nicht gut. Der Döner bestand zu etwa 90 % aus Salat und enthielt nur wenig Fleisch. Außerdem musste ich für zusätzliches Gemüse 2,50 € extra bezahlen, was ich zu teuer finde. Für den Preis habe ich mehr erwartet. Ich werde leider nicht wiederkommen.

Der Verkäufer nimmt das Fladenbrot, in das er die Füllung gibt, mit seinen bloßen, unbehandschuhten Händen und kontrolliert mit denselben Händen die Kunden. Sein Appetit ist verflogen.

Es ist einer der leckersten Döner in Kassel direkt an den Himmelsstürmer Apartments und Bahnhof mit dem schönsten Ambiente aber auch höchstem Preis. 9.50 EUR habe ich am 27.10.25 gezahlt für einen normalen Döner, wenn auch sehr schöne lange Fleischstücke. Das ist sch eine harte Dönerflation, besonders da die Portion nicht groß ist. Trotzdem extrem sauber, lecker und professioneller Laden. Weiter so, aber auch Danke Merkel für diesen hohen Preis.

Sehr toller Laden, könnte man als Dj draußen sehr gut House Musik spielen,wär mal eine Idee 💡 Das Essen ist lecker und gut. Gut ist das die Dürums und Lahmacuns in Papier eingewickelt werden und nicht in Alu.👍 Aber der Preis ist schon gehoben.

War einmal da, Laden leer und trotzdem extrem lange Wartezeiten. Außerdem ziemlich teuer und zumindest der Dönerteller ließ quantitativ zu wünschen übrig. Geschmacklich in Ordnung, allerdings meines Erachtens nicht unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

Was soll man sagen? Das Lokal ist sauber und das Personal ist nett. Allerdings wird man hier nicht satt. Das Fleisch ist gekonnt in hauchdünnen Schlangen geschnitten und übereinandergelegt, sodass eigentlich garnichts auf dem Teller ist, hauptsache viel Salat und die Pommes Beilage ist auch nur ne Hand voll und hauptsächlich unter dem Fleisch versteckt, damit das Fleisch schön viel aussieht....ist es aber keineswegs, das schafft ein 6 jähriges Kind zu essen. Also wenn man wirklich hungrig ist muss man schon XL Platte bestellen, dann ist man aber auch ein Zwanni los. Ist wirklich lecker,auch die Soßen sind Spitze, aber dieses Kunstwerk aus Luftschlangen- Dönerfleisch, mag für das Auge toll aussehen, aber es füllt den Magen nicht.

Ich habe in den letzten Jahren mehrfach bei euch gegessen oder Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Gestern haben wir telefonisch einen Dürüm und einen Döner bestellt. Nachdem ich die Bestellung abgeholt habe und wir zuhause essen wollten, mussten wir feststellen, dass sowohl im Dürüm als auch im Döner viel zu wenig Fleisch enthalten war! Was soll das????? Wenn ich vor Ort gegessen hätte, hätte ich mich definitiv direkt beschwert! Ich weiß noch genau, wie eure Dürüm und Döner früher aussahen und geschmeckt haben… aber anscheinend wird inzwischen an der Qualität gespart. Dann auch noch 11 € für einen Dürüm zu verlangen, der so plattgedrückt ist, weil kaum Inhalt drin ist, finde ich wirklich frech!!!!! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist mittlerweile eine Katastrophe geworden. 👎🏼 Ihr habt eine treue Kundin verloren. Ich werde künftig nicht mehr bei euch bestellen und stattdessen woanders kaufen!

+ am Tresen ist direkt eine Information was in welchem Fleisch drin ist + Döner auf einem Teller mit Gabel (ich habe dort gegessen) bekommen - ich durfte 3 mal darum bitten, dass mein Döner nicht in einer Papier Dönertasche kommt - ich hatte für mein Empfinden mehr Beilagen als Fleisch (dadurch hat es auch kaum nach Chicken Döner geschmeckt) - es gab nur schwarzer Tee (keine Auswahl an Tee) Mein Fazit: da möchte ich für mich erstmal nicht mehr hin

Cult Kassel war Mal sehr stark und sehr lecker, mittlerweile nur noch sehr überteuert, extra 2 Euro für zwei Saucen find ich auch etwas fragwürdig mittlerweile. Das Essen schmeckt gut aber mittlerweile gibt es viele andere Spots die genauso gut sind aber weitaus günstiger.

Der beste Döner in Kassel. Man sitzt dort auch sehr schön und wird gut bedient. Tolles Konzept und nicht die klassische "Dönerbude". Schade ist nur, dass es oftmals kein Hähnchenfleisch mehr gibt. Das ist schade, insbesondere wenn man durch die ganze Stadt gefahren ist. Im Sommer mag es hygienische Gründe haben, aber im Winter? Einfach einen neuen Spieß dran und die Kunden bekommen immer, worauf sie Lust haben. Daher 1 Stern Abzug.

Nach wie vor die beste Adresse für Döner & co in Kassel. Zukünftig bitte wieder mehr Fleisch dafür weniger Pommes und Salat auf die Teller, die neue Aufteilung ist schon sehr auffällig. Katas Laden der kleine pico da vorne an der Kasse wollte uns abziehen so um 40 Euro der Laden ist Katas Preise sind zu hoch man denkt man ist in Dubai Kellnerin war aber Süs

Ich bin zweimal im Jahr in Kassel und muss leider sagen , dass 10€ für einen Dürüm zum mitnehmen viel zu teuer für die Standard Qualität ist. Der Service war sehr nett und das Ambiente auch okay. Tipp: der Döner im Ahrtal wird mit ausgepressten Zitronentropfen fertiggestellt ( Preis : 6,50€).

Meiner Meinung nach ist dies der beste Döner Kebab in Kassel – einfach perfekt, sowohl das Brot als auch die Soßen und das Fleisch. Der Service ist freundlich und die Atmosphäre angenehm, und es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze in der Nähe. Ich kann Cult Kassel jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen guten Döner Kebab sucht.

OMG!!! Der beste Döner der Stadt, nein, der Welt! Ganz in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs und nur 5 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Ich war eine Woche geschäftlich hier und bin total begeistert. Klar, ich habe schon öfter Döner gegessen, aber dieser hier ist einfach anders. In 7 Tagen war ich 4 Mal da. Die Soßen sind der Wahnsinn! Wenn du Zeit hast, solltest du unbedingt den Teller probieren. Auch die gerollten Hartweizen sind superlecker und du kannst sie dir nach Wunsch zusammenstellen. Aber mein absoluter Favorit ist der Teller. FANTASTISCH!

Wir waren heute mit der Familie dort. Service und Personal top. Mit Abstand der beste Döner, den ich je gegessen habe – der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt. Sehr herzliche Betreiber und eine tolle Atmosphäre. Kein typischer Dönerladen, sondern ein richtig gutes Restaurant. Danke Cult Cassel!

Ich muss mich leider den vielen anderen Kommentaren anschließen. Anfangs echt ein super Laden, aber mittlerweile echt grauenhaft. Für einen Lahmacun mit extra Fleisch knapp 15 Euro bezahlt, wobei ich noch nachfragen musste, ob wirklich extra Fleisch drauf ist, weil er aussah wie jeder 0815 Lahmacun, den man überall für die Hälfte bekommt. Früher gerne besucht, heute unser letztes Mal. Nie wieder Cult!!!

Absolut enttäuschend. Wir waren heute zu viert hier und haben selten so einen schlechten Service erlebt. Bestellt wurden vier Dönerteller sowie zwei Ayran und zwei Cola. Die Dönerteller bestanden fast ausschließlich aus Salat – Fleisch war kaum zu finden. Auf die höfliche Nachfrage nach etwas Brot bekamen wir eine einzige Scheibe Brot für vier Personen auf einen Teller gelegt. Das ist einfach nur frech. Währenddessen hieß es plötzlich, es gäbe weder Reis noch Hähnchenfleisch mehr. Mehrere Gäste haben daraufhin den Laden direkt wieder verlassen – völlig verständlich. Nach dem Essen hatten wir immer noch Hunger. Trotz zusätzlicher zwei Dürüm haben wir am Ende über 120 Euro bezahlt und wurden nicht satt. Preis-Leistung ist eine Katastrophe. Wir sind gut gelaunt reingegangen und extrem genervt wieder raus. Für uns steht fest: nie wieder dieser Laden.

Wir waren mit der Familie essen und leider sehr enttäuscht vom Service. Beim Servieren wurde meinem Vater Soße auf den Arm und die Hose gekleckert. Eine Entschuldigung dafür kam erst ganz am Ende des Abends und auch nur sehr halbherzig. Im Nachhinein haben wir außerdem festgestellt, dass der Sitzplatz meines Vaters voller Chilipulver war. Auch darauf wurde zunächst überhaupt nicht reagiert. Wir haben uns mehrfach beschwert, doch keiner der Beschäftigten fühlte sich verantwortlich. Stattdessen wurde man nur angestarrt, ohne eine Lösung anzubieten oder sich ernsthaft zu kümmern. So ein Umgang und diese Gleichgültigkeit sollten in der Gastronomie nicht passieren. Sehr enttäuschend.

Wir waren mit der Familie hier essen und sind leider extrem enttäuscht. Beim Servieren wurde mein Schwiegervater mit Soße bekleckert. Als wir später aufgestanden sind, mussten wir feststellen, dass sein Stuhl voller Chili-Schoten war – diese waren anschließend über seine gesamte Jeans verteilt. Er hatte sich unwissentlich daraufgesetzt, weil es vom Servicepersonal offenbar niemandem aufgefallen ist. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass zu keiner Zeit eine Entschuldigung oder auch nur ein Zeichen von Aufmerksamkeit seitens des Services kam. Bei den nicht gerade günstigen Preisen erwartet man definitiv mehr Sorgfalt und Professionalität. Wir sind mehr als enttäuscht und verärgert. So ein Umgang mit Gästen ist für uns absolut inakzeptabel und eine Frechheit.

Ich war zum ersten mal in Cult, aber ich weiß nicht ob ich mir da wieder was zum Essen holen werde. Ich habe mir für 9 Euro einen Hähnchen Döner geholt. Der Belag war zum einen nicht gut verteilt und zum anderen war die Fleisch Menge sehr mager. Ansonsten sah das Geschäft sauber aus. Die Mitarbeiter schienen gestresst zu sein. Der Döner hat trotzdem sehr gut geschmeckt, aber ich bin nicht satt geworden.

Ein Porsche ist dem Inhaber augenscheinlich zu wenig! Wir haben im Freundeskreis seit der Eröffnung immer gern dort gegessen und waren bis dato stets bereit für das nach wie vor gute Essen auch mehr zu zahlen. Derweil zahlt man aber für einen mittleren „Reisteller mit Fleisch“, kann man nicht mehr Dönerteller nennen, 18,50€. Macht mit einer Limo dann 22,40€. Das schlimme daran ist, dass man schlichtweg nicht mehr satt wird. Das Fleisch wird sogar abgewogen und der normale Döner ist quantitativ derweil auf Kinderdöner Niveau. Eine zweite Soße zahlt man im übrigen auch extra. Schade denn die Qualität vom Essen sowie die Location sind gut und die Mitarbeiter sind auch immer freundlich.

The doner kebab tastes good*, but it's simply overpriced. And anyone who raises prices seemingly every six months can't explain it away with inflation or anything like that; they're either greedy or can't do the math—maybe both. *For me, the meat is among the best in Kassel, and the vegetables are always fresh and nicely sliced. But the sauces drag it down. Garlic sauce made with mayo is a no-go for me; it just leaves a greasy aftertaste and makes the doner unnecessarily heavy. Go for real tzatziki with yogurt instead. I also find the portions quite meager. The service is rather poor as well. I've often had to repeat my order because they didn't listen properly the first time. And I've lost count of how many times I've been asked what I want on it while it's being prepared.

€10 for a doner kebab and it was cold. When you mention it, they give you a funny look, saying it's not true. The portion is tiny. I ordered sauce for an extra three euros and got a small bowl that wasn't even full. Plus, the service is really not great. So, with all due respect, the price-performance ratio isn't right. The service isn't right either. Except for the taste, which is very tasty, but I'm not willing to spend all that money and get so little.

This time, I had food delivered. The employee on the phone didn't respond to my requests for additional information regarding the delivery. I found this a bit odd, as they said, "It's not my problem," since I had specifically called after placing my order to request faster delivery. I also think the price is a bit high for the size.

Today we ordered through Lieferando. The delivery time and delivery time were perfectly fine. Unfortunately, I have to say that for the hefty price of €11.40 (for a Chicken Durum), we received a small heap of misery. There was so little topping and sauce that we weren't even satisfied. I think this definitely needs to be improved. We won't be graceing Cult Döner with our presence again anytime soon, whether in person or by ordering. It's a shame, it's always been top-notch.

Extremely disappointing! I ordered a dürüm to go. Compared to the dürüms I usually get at kebab shops, it was only half full. The salad was taken from an existing salad plate, which apparently wasn't selling, and slapped into the dürüm. And all for €10. The place is a complete rip-off. I would NOT RECOMMEND IT.

The food tastes great, the people are very friendly, but the wait is horrible. Half of the food was forgotten when we ordered, and after we had to call, we were asked if we wanted to cancel. The rest arrived cold. We weren't served until 1:30 and had to wait another 45 minutes for the food. Just because the kebab is fantastic doesn't mean the service should suffer!

So, I used to be a real Cult fan, but for quite some time now, it's been an absolute disaster. I've never, and I mean never, experienced such abysmally bad service in a restaurant. I sat down with two friends at the restaurant. We had to wait almost 1:30 before we could order, despite asking several times, and then the food took another 45 minutes. Simply abysmal. When you order, it's at least as bad... Never again until something changes. People don't support this.

Everything was perfect. We'll go back to try it out again. So far, everything has been perfect, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Very rare.

Friendly service, tastes very good. I have to add to my previous review that I will no longer be visiting the store. The durum has become almost half the size compared to before. Hardly any meat. And the price is €10. I don't eat much, even with the best will in the world. I used to barely be able to manage a durum, but now I can't even fill myself up.

I'm only in Kassel 3-4 times a year, but when I do, a kebab at Cult is always a must. It's certainly not the cheapest kebab in town, but it's worth every cent! So, I absolutely recommend it! 5 stars, fully deserved.

We've been eating at Cult for years. The doner kebab used to be our absolute favorite. However, recently, the doner kebab has been half as full as it used to be, and the prices are still the same, already quite high. The taste is really great, but unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is no longer right.

I ordered, but nothing arrived. I waited about an hour and a half and then called, only to be told that the Lieferando driver wasn't showing up for pickup. They could have just been proactive, but it doesn't matter. Shortly after the phone call, my order was marked "delivered" in the app. Of course, I didn't receive anything. Another delivery, another call. Lieferando has been notified, buyer protection has been activated with PP, and I will definitely never order from them again. Two and a half hours of my life wasted.

Unfortunately, we had a less-than-enthusiastic waitress. Everyone else already had their food, including guests who arrived later, but my food was missing. I had to wait so long that my family was almost finished by the time I got my kebab plate. My husband's kebab was cold, of course, because he didn't want me to eat alone, and he didn't even offer a friendly apology; he just said sorry. It's a shame, because we love going to Cult and the food itself is excellent.

I've only ever picked up food before, but this time I ate it there. The price/performance ratio is mediocre. €14 is a lot for a small doner kebab. Unfortunately, the rice was dry (not typical for Turkish rice), and the salad had no dressing, which was a shame. The meat and sauces were delicious. The sweet potato fries were very tasty, crispy, and well-salted.

Very tasty, served quickly. The service could have been a bit friendlier. We were at Cult Cassel again today (July 30, 2025); everyone deserves a second chance. But that was it. The service was a disaster, completely overwhelmed. It was as far removed from friendliness as the Earth is from the moon (a second glass is slammed down on the table in front of you). The food was okay, could have been warmer, but as I mentioned, the service...well, so-so.

The doner tastes good, but it's way too expensive. Everything is charged separately, ketchup or mayo, for example. Because of the prices, I'll never go back.

RIP-OFF to the power of 10 where do I begin, €10 for a doner kebab that has two pieces of meat in it is pretty steep, I know that when you eat a doner kebab you are full for 2-3 hours, even my 17 year old son who had a Dürüm for a whopping €12 because everything costs extra, such as a teaspoon of sheep's cheese for €1.50, asked where is the meat.... I find that sad, directed at the owner directly.... Petrol is getting more and more expensive but you get a liter of petrol for that price... and if you are so cheeky and charge such prices for meat you have to be fair to the customer and there should be some meat in it for €10, I think.....

Even after several visits, the doner remains the ultimate in Kassel's doner kebab scene – the meat, salad, sauce, and bread are all perfect. The price of €9.50 is also incredibly high and can only be justified by the exceptional flavor.

This kebab is simply perfect! Everything is just perfect: the meat is perfectly seasoned, the bread is crispy, the ingredients are always fresh, and the sauce is simply addictive! I've eaten many kebabs, but none compare to this one. For me, this is clearly the best kebab in Kassel!

I went there for the first time today. I ordered a veggie doner kebab in whole-grain bread. So far, this was the best doner I've ever eaten. Absolutely delicious and fresh.

Was there for the first time today. I checked the website beforehand to see what the prices were. Unfortunately, the prices don't match what you have to pay in the shop. It was on average €1 more. I had a veal doner kebab for €8, which was good, a lahmacun without meat for €7, and a portion of fries for €4.90. So three things came to just under €20, which is OK. But unfortunately the lahmacun wasn't very filling and then to charge €7 for a bit of salad and some sauce is really crazy; €5 would have been too much. Because it was a takeaway, the VAT increase, which is supposed to make the price high, doesn't apply. So everything was fine, but unfortunately my first thought after eating was what I was going to eat because I wasn't full.

Ordered the world's smallest lamacun today for 12 euros. Barely any salad in it, almost only cucumbers and the most expensive 3-euro ayran in Germany. A disgrace.

That was the smallest kebab I've ever had for ten euros. That's a disgrace. Once and never again. I can only advise everyone against it. Besides, it doesn't taste good either.

I had a lahmacun. It cost just under €10, and I was neither full nor satisfied. There was little meat, and it wasn't hot. I was absolutely disappointed, because they once had the best doner kebab in Kassel...

First and last time ordering. Food was cold. The kebab was soggy after a 1:50 hour delivery time because the €5.99 delivery service was stuck on the subway for 50 minutes.

"Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with my visit. We ordered two doner kebab plates, one in size S and one in size L. Instead, we both ordered sweet potato fries, which were cold and very small. For an extra €1.50, that was truly unacceptable. The service was also anything but friendly. We weren't even greeted upon entering the restaurant – only after we had said "hello" ourselves. It also took a while for the waiter to arrive at the table, as he was chatting with another employee. After the food was served, he first brought the cutlery, then my Coke, and then the other drink. I will definitely not recommend this restaurant. Upon leaving the restaurant, I saw that the sweet potato fries (and eggplant) were in a bowl at the front – presumably to keep them warm. That probably explains why they were so cold. Overall, the visit was not recommended. The only employee at the cash register was friendly, but unfortunately, he only arrived at the end of our meal. visit.

The one star is because the herb sauce stands out. But what's not to like is that the veal doner costs five! 1. It contains cucumber, which costs less than tomato. 2. Everything is finely chopped, including the tomato (which looks like more), the cucumber, and the lettuce, all shredded! After I unwrapped the kebab, I had to eat individual pieces of meat with my fingers, otherwise they would have fallen off while I was walking. Unfortunately, it's not a kebab to go if you bite into one side and it falls out the other. Plus, the meat tasted like you were chewing toothpicks!!! The first real bite of the kebab was just lettuce! No thanks!!! I had to wait over 20 minutes for such a bad kebab!!! I wanted to eat it right away and then had to laboriously remove the aluminum foil! Plus, after eating it, it felt like I had a stone in my stomach. Good thing I had something to drink with me! (So, this post was about 3 Years.) Addendum: I happened to pass by the shop and wanted to give it another chance, but after waiting 10 minutes, I left! Well, a doner kebab for €10 (which has gone up 100%) or a regular lahmacun for €8.50 isn't necessary, especially if it's not edible on the go! And charging 100% more (waiting time) for the same poor service is pretty cheeky!

I was very satisfied with my visit to this kebab restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious – I was particularly impressed by the kebab with its crispy meat, fresh salad, and well-seasoned sauce. The portions were generous, and the value for money was definitely good. The service was friendly and quick, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. I'll be happy to come back – a definite recommendation for anyone who wants a really good kebab!

Unfortunately, our requests over the phone weren't understood, so we had to drive there and order on the spot. The kebab itself was very good, but unfortunately, it didn't come with the feta cheese we ordered and paid for. The fries were also good, but unfortunately, it didn't come with the ketchup we ordered and paid for. The sweet potato fries were very dark and tasted burnt. What a shame

The quality of the food is still top. What has deteriorated extremely is the service. 3 employees cannot manage to serve an empty restaurant at lunchtime. We waited over 40 minutes for our food. Mind you in an empty restaurant with only one other table. The second drink order wasn't even brought. Too bad. Maybe still recommended to take away. Or when you really have a lot of time. Otherwise not anymore...

Left after 20 minutes without being served. Never again The first visit was quite good but the second was and was my last.
