Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. Poor communication via WhatsApp, and promised services were not delivered. I would not recommend it!

Absolute disaster, poorly trained staff, poor clueless management

We've been to the Seeterrassen restaurant at Maschsee so many times over the past few years, at least once a week in the summer. Our meals there always cost more than €50. However, the manager and his son are aggressive and not customer-oriented. After complaining that our beer was only about two-thirds full, we were asked to finish our drinks and leave. We had actually arranged to meet four friends there and eat as well. That was obviously out of the question now. We were also told not to come back. Apparently, the manager, and his son, can get away with anything there. Friends of ours were refused drinks at 4:30 pm because they were closing at 5 pm. He was quite rude then, too. It's a shame about the great location. The unpleasant manager is ruining everything.
