Unfortunately, this is the second time I've come to this restaurant and the last time, God willing, and I will evaluate the food conscientiously. First of all, the garlic cream was sour, and the baba ganoush was also sour and stale and inedible. The grilled dish was average, but the kebab wasn't extra, and they put potatoes underneath it. Who puts potatoes under a plate of grilled meat? Even though I ordered a plate of potatoes, and despite all of this, they didn't tell me before serving that it would come with potatoes, and they did. It's really shameful. I go to restaurants and whenever I ask for something extra, they tell me that potatoes are served with this meal so I don't order extra and it spills. The shawarma wasn't good at all, and it's not wrapped in saj bread on top of touristic bread as usual. The garlic cream had a clear sour taste and a bad taste. They put the muhammara bread on top of the grilled dish, which is spicy. They should have asked if you want it spicy or sweet before serving it to the table. They also put a plate of extra dip and muhammara without us asking, but you can't eat it. By God, if it was good, I wouldn't have asked. To be honest, I didn't see if they were on the bill because I paid and left, and of course I didn't see any relief on the bill. The service was very good, to be honest, and the people were respectful and nice, but what's the point if the food was really bad? The music is so annoying, this is a family restaurant, they should play soft music and open the door, I swear it's freezing. The bathrooms are kind of leaking and blinding, you go into the bathroom and it's not clean, the light is burnt out, and I don't know what, water is gushing out of it, it's unfortunately not normal. The customer is supposed to pay the price he wants, and in return, he has to give you the food and service he wants, but unfortunately, there was none of that.

Once again: CLOSED 24/7! I called Serways at 0228 9220... they said they were "grade unable"... Grade??? This has been a monopoly for quite some time! And not just when it comes to emails and phone calls, but ESPECIALLY when it comes to service along the highway. No one will respond anyway, but everyone should know about these conditions! I'm seriously considering going to the press about this.

Rich portion, good and not fatty meat. Fresh vegetables, delicious sauces. Price performance here is top! Always my pleasure.

It was very loud. The lunch menu was very small, which was also reflected in the portions. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm. The waitresses were very inattentive. It's a shame; we're used to different and better experiences at other city walls in Hanover.
