Absolute disaster, poorly trained staff, poor clueless management

We have been to the lakeside terraces at Maschsee so many times in the last few years, at least once a week in summer. Consumption with food more and more sls 50 €. However, the managing director and his son are aggressive and not customer-oriented. After a complaint that only two thirds of the beer was poured, we were asked to finish and leave. We actually had an appointment there with four friends and wanted to eat there too. Of course that was now over. We shouldn't come back either, please. Apparently the managing director - his son is no different - can do anything there. Friends of ours were refused drinks at 4:30 p.m. because they wanted to close at 5 p.m. This person got pretty cheeky there too. It's a shame about the great location. The unpleasant manager ruins everything.
