The best pizza in all of Heilsbronn. It's expensive, but you know it's worth it because it's simply delicious! And on top of that, the entire staff is very friendly, and the owner, of course, is totally cool! We'll order again anytime! 👍🏻

Service was very unfriendly. The pizza was subpar and too expensive. The wait was too long, and then a salad was forgotten, which was then canceled but still charged.

I was there for four days at the beginning of August. Very clean environment and great rooms. The staff was courteous and friendly. The food and drinks were also OK. Since everyone has different tastes, it would be unfair to give them a rating. However, the breakfast buffet was very generous and quite tasty. The pizza from the stone oven was also delicious. I will definitely check in there again.

We were here just for dinner. Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for pizza and pasta, which was probably due to a large party. It's a shame it turned out that way. The food was good. The menu is small but excellent.

We've been there several times for dinner (as a larger group/with children aged 1-11) and sometimes just for ice cream... The indoor and outdoor areas are very nice and clean, and the service is also very friendly and prompt. The food is very, very delicious and, given the value for money, is highly recommended. We'd love to come back.

Food wasn't good. Tartar meat was gray, no egg. Steak was probably fried long before, just dry. Seasoned meat stretched with canned mushrooms. The pumpkin soup tasted like sausage broth with potatoes and 3 pumpkin seeds.

I had booked one night....arrival on Wednesday....rest day I had booked a single room for 72 euros....should pay 84 euros. I don't have a credit card.....was contacted last night around 11:45 p.m......haven't paid yet.....wrote back that I don't have a credit card....this morning I was called.....no key because I can't pay with a card.....couldn't get the key out of the key box......so I was politely turned away and had to look for somewhere else to stay. You can also pay on a Thursday morning....not after breakfast....the lady would have no control over the cash register.....whatever is available. Thanks

The Gasthof Schönau was the destination of our bike tour. The beer garden offers a harmonious ambience with various seating groups and large tables for social gatherings. Rustic masonry in wildly romantic nature. The Mediterranean dishes such as pizza and vegetarian Penne Arabiata were delicious. Gutmann Dunkel non-alcoholic wheat beer rounded off our stay. We can highly recommend this nice beer garden.

Ok hotel and nice restaurant but with poor service. Pizzas were nice when we finally got them after over 1 hour of waiting.

Nice beer garden with a small playground for the kids. Unfortunately the food wasn't good (except the pizza, which was great). The meat was really not good (for everyone who had it), very gristly and the large salad was completely overpriced, without bread and very little of the "extras" that were supposed to be on it (e.g. cheese). You can't get enough of it and it costs a lot more than many main courses

The review only affects the catering, not the accommodation. There were two of us in the beer garden and we had to wait 15 minutes before we even got a menu. Drinks came relatively quickly, but we had to wait over an hour for the food, even though the beer garden wasn't packed. That was a shame because the food itself was really tasty.

We made reservations for lunch with 20 of us cycling, great service, the food was good. But at the end came the gift: everyone who charged their bike battery for about an hour had to pay 2 euros. It's not OK.

After exiting the motorway, we looked for a garden to take a break and found this one. We enjoyed the time in the beer garden and received very friendly service. Very clean and the price level is rather cheaper than in Austria. We will definitely come back and recommend the inn.

We did not stay at the guest house but have been here multiple times for the restaurant with the staff being friendly every time. Food is ALWAYS delicious!

This afternoon we spontaneously went to eat there as a family in the beer garden. We still got a place without a reservation. The service was very accommodating. The drinks and food were brought quickly. In terms of taste, we couldn't fault the schnitzel with fries and Jägerschnitzel with spaetzle. The menu in the beer garden is manageable, but there is something for everyone.

Despite the high traffic, very attentive, fast and friendly service. The home-style food was simple but of good quality and tasty. The prices are reasonable. Overall impression recommended.

On our holiday trip on Christmas Day we spent a long time looking for a restaurant that was open. The Gasthof Schönau is in a good location as we immediately had a parking space in front of the house. The pizzas were very good and the price-performance ratio was also good. We also had very helpful and friendly service. We'd love to come back. Thank you.

Tolle Spaghetti Aglio e Olio und Polenta-Arancini, verkehrsgünstig nahe der A6 gelegen, ausreichend Parkplätze. Wenn es jetzt noch alkoholfreie italienische Aperitifs wie Crodino oder Sanbitter gäbe...

A bit out of our way but we stop here for a meal every time we drive to South Germany. The food is delicious. The rooms are also very nice but we only once stayed here due to the price for the whole family of 4 not being quite affordable. The food is delicious, we always take the baked goat cheese salat and a pizza and something for the children.

Wir waren nur zum Essen da. Essen war lecker, der Service war gut.

Restaurant mit gehobenen Preisen mit sehr guten Essen. Ich fühle mich hier im wunderschönen Biergarten genauso wohl wie im urigen Innenbereich. Auch wenn die Preise etwas erhöht sind, kommen wir gerne hierher, da das Essen echt lecker schmeckt. Von mir gibt es eine klare Empfehlung.

Wir kommen jedes Jahr seit 7 Jahren am kennenlern- und Hochzeitstag in die Schönau. Es ist immer sehr schön 🤩 ob drinnen oder draußen tolles Ambiente und leckeres Essen.

Sehr angenehmer Ort. Schöner "Biergarten" und wachsamer Service. Die Gerichte sind alle handgemacht und schmecken sehr gut. Liebevolle Küche mit Steinofen für Pizza 🍕 Service gibt sich Mühe, ist jedoch bei vielen Gästen etwas unkoordiniert und leiser sind die Gerichte zu verschiedenen Zeiten gekommen. Bei einer Gruppe von 7 Personen war einer schon fertig als die anderen Gerichte erst kam. Ein kleiner Salat würde vergessen usw. Alles nichts tragisches aber muss. Berücksichtigt werden. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Rustikal und Gemütlich. Kein Designhotel aber für das Budget sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind tatsächlich besser als auf den Bildern, was man sonst ja eher nicht gewohnt ist. Das Frühstück ist auch fair und die Auswahl ist mehr als genug. Nichts ist überladen, alles ist ehrlich und angenehm 👍🏼 Ein angenehmer Ort zum verweilen

Schade, wir hatten uns so auf eine gemütliche Biergartenpizza gefreut. Nach 40 min kam immerhin endlich was zu trinken, nach 60 min ohne Essen hieß es nur, „es dauert halt“, wir wären aber beim nächsten Schwung dabei. Nach weiteren 30 min haben dann unsere Getränke gezahlt und sind gegangen. Wie das Essen gewesen wäre, wissen wir nicht, denn noch länger als 90 min wollten wir nicht warten.

Gutes und leckeres Essen in sehr schönem Ambiente. Die Speisekarte ist gut, aber nicht besonders überraschend und kreativ. Leider war die Lieferung des Essens über 1 Stunde verteilt und ein Gericht wurde vergessen.

Ganz spontan gebucht, super nettes Personal, beste Italienische Küche, hervorragendes Frühstück und preislich super. Kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Sehr gute Küche, sehr nettes Personal. Das Hotel kann ich nicht bewerten, da wir nur zum Essen vor Ort waren. Was uns sehr gut gefällt es ist sehr gut zu erreichen und liegt doch ruhig, so dass man vom Verkehr nicht gestört wird. Noch 5 Sterne gebe ich, da es bis 21.30 Uhr warme Küche gibt.
