The food was very tasty but the portions were so small that we then threw a pizza in the oven at home. The service was very unfriendly when we mentioned that we were eating with the gourmet block. Then you are not allowed to register as a restaurant there if it doesn't suit you. Maybe that's why the portions were so small. It's also unusual that you have to wait an hour for a starter. Price-performance is not right here.

Disappointing breakfast experience – room for improvement! We were there for breakfast last weekend and were unfortunately disappointed. The biggest criticism is the lack of vegan options. There wasn't even plant-based milk with coffee, which is a real shame these days. So I ordered a tea, but unfortunately it was a very cheap own brand from a discounter - it wasn't what we expected. My friend, who also couldn't find anything suitable on the breakfast menu, decided on a wrap. When he asked if it was possible to order this without fries, he was told that he still had to pay for them. Our two friends, who are not vegan or vegetarian, each had breakfast and were happy with it. However, it is clear to all of us that we will not be coming back again. We would like the store to move with the times and at least offer a milk alternative and a few vegan options. This would not only expand the offering, but also set an example for more openness and flexibility.

Very good, delicious food and super lovely and friendly staff. The ambience could be a little more inviting, but the best was made of the small shop. When I last picked it up, it was quite dirty, but it was also at a later hour.

It was my first and last time in this restaurant! There were 4 of us and we received the food at a different time; sometimes the plate was “slammed” onto the table. At every fast food restaurant, at least I've been to, the service was much more upscale! The food lacked flavor and was not very seasoned.

We and our club visited one of the few restaurants in Dieburg that still offer down-to-earth cuisine. You can easily spend wonderful hours in this cozy atmosphere. And when I eat, I always end up with the hard salmon, which is something I've never had in any other place. It's pure enjoyment!!! The Stramme Hesse is also a creation that is second to none and can only be recommended. And the service is super attentive. One can only hope that such rare places of enjoyment will be preserved for a very long time!!!
