We wanted to have lunch here on our way from the highway. Unfortunately, no one answered or answered our multiple attempts to call, which is why we drove past without a reservation. Unfortunately, the waitresses rejected us very unfriendly and, in my opinion, disrespectfully. That was a shame because we would have loved to eat there. If a waitress used a wrong tone last night, then that is so and an apology would be appropriate. It is completely inappropriate to lecture customers from above. We have been to you many times and always satisfied, but yesterday, without words. Very unfortunate. Sorry, but we won't be visiting you again and will certainly not be able to recommend it to anyone. Please refrain from making insulting or condescending comments.

We went there for dinner on a Monday evening. Luckily we called ahead because the restaurant was very busy. Very nice service, great food and everything went very quickly, despite the busyness.

Were only here to eat. Modernly furnished but still with the charm of a tavern, very well maintained. Spontaneously received a table for four. Even though everything was fully booked, everything was done to ensure we had a place. A very friendly boss sits at the reception and complements the service team, which is always on point but always friendly. A special highlight for us was the waitress Sandra, who you can tell puts her heart and soul into her job! Home-style cooking with great seasonal asparagus dishes, which were also excellent. Food came quickly, everything was hot, perfectly seasoned and in portions that didn't need to be hidden. Would also give 5 stars for the food if the option was available. Compliments to the whole team, service, kitchen and boss for this wonderful meal. Again any time!

We've been here several times now and not once have I had anything to complain about. Although it was sometimes very full, everything came to the table at the same time, there was no long wait and the service was always courteous and super fast. Whether reordering or clearing the empty plates, there was always someone there who saw it. Absolutely great! Here everything tastes delicious in a comfortable atmosphere. Mega! I can't say anything about the rooms.

Restaurant for lovers of Franconian dishes deserves four points. There is a deduction for a family celebration that has been booked in advance; If, when you ask whether vegetarian or vegan dishes are also offered, you are already warned that such guests have often been dissatisfied, I recommend: improve the offer instead of warning. I was a guest at a private party there. It started in the afternoon with coffee and various very good tarts and cakes. For dinner there was a great, varied buffet, with various meat dishes and vegetarian dishes to choose from and several different salads. The service was very attentive and friendly. Clear recommendation 😉 Unfortunately I didn't spend the night here and therefore can't write anything about it 🤷🏻

We had a birthday party this WE. The waitresses were on point. Drinks came quickly and water was constantly renewed. Big compliments to the kitchen. The food was delicious and the meat was very tender and soft. That was the best Schäuferl I have ever eaten. Especially here you can eat the best crispy rind. For younger guests there is an extra playroom and a changing room. Wheelchair users were also taken into consideration. There is a ramp at the entrance and an elevator inside to the toilets. Is only recommended. We will be back.

I'm only reviewing the restaurant here, not the hotel. Home-style, Franconian-German cuisine. The inn was almost full on a Friday lunchtime; still nice, attentive service. Excellent Schäufele eaten, floret crust, buttery tender meat that falls off the bone.

First time visiting the restaurant, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, despite it being very busy we were served quickly and the food came quickly for the capacity. The portion sizes are quite sufficient and TOP for the price! Very fresh, highly recommended is the rump steak, cordon bleu and the baked chicken. Quality speaks for itself. Gladly again!

Das Essen wurde relativ zügig serviert, obwohl sehr viel los war (Sonntag Mittag 13 Uhr). Insbesondere ist das sehr starke Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hervorzuheben, hier bekommt man wirklich noch was für sein Geld. Insgesamt ist die Gaststätte absolut zu empfehlen!

I was there for dinner with two friends yesterday (Saturday) and it was really well attended. Nevertheless, the waiting time for the food was really short. And the food was excellent, the “onion bag” was exactly my thing! According to my friend, the carp fillet was also really tasty. So a real recommendation!!! Compliments to the chef

We haven't been there for some time now. But a lot has changed for the better. The food is, as always, very good and the prices are still very low. I only paid 146 euros for 6 people. Some even had appetizers. For example, I had the snails, which were very tasty.

Die Zimmer kann ich leider nicht beurteilen da wir "nur" zum Essen im Grünen Baum waren. Das Essen und auch der Service waren einfach spitze. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Essen war wie immer sehr gut. Bedingungen schnell und sehr ordentlich. Das Saal Feeling beim Sitzen ist nicht ganz meins aber jedem dass seine. Moderne und helle Einrichtung. Immer ein Tipp zum Abendessen.

The previous hotel guest was a tobacco addict and the room stank like a stale ashtray. OK it's not the hotel's fault, but good hotels have a heavy smoker fine for the addicts that refuse to respect hygiene rules. If I pay for a non-smoking room it is what the contract stated, sorry. But if the owner is a smoker, they will not even notice the stink in the vacated room. Food is Frankonian so expect big portions but the deep-fryer features on the menu (fish especially). The restaurant is surprisingly large, 2gemütlich" clean, service is very attentive and it is obviously very popular with the locals. Parking is limited when it is busy but over the road has free options.

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang. Herzlich und unkompliziert mich an einen sehr grossen Tisch mit 2 anderen Gästen gesetzt, damit ich was essen konnte. Das Argentinische Rumpsteak ein Traum. Das Lebkuchenparfait ein toller Abschluss. Es war ein wunderbares Erlebnis!

Das Hotel kann ich nicht bewerten. Wir sind aber regelmäßig Gäste des Restaurants. An der Qualität und Vielfalt der Gerichte kann man absolut nichts aussetzen. Von den Portionen werden auch wirklich alle satt. Es werden viele regionale Zutaten verwendet. Gut so. Eine frühzeitige Reservierung ist unbedingt erforderlich. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt sind die doch arg eng aneinander gestellten Tische im Innenbereich.

Wir waren auf einer Geburtstags Feier im Restaurant. Sehr gutes Essen , das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Dessert unübertroffen.

Wir haben auf Empfehlung im grünen Baum ein Zimmer reserviert. Bei der Anreise wurden wir freundlich empfangen und auf unseren Wunsch erhielten wir sogar ein Zimmer im Haupthaus. Das war für uns super, da dort das Babyphone Empfang hatte und wir abends noch an der Theke sitzen konnten. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr gut geheizt. Im Haupthaus gibt es unten ein Spielzimmer, das ist klasse. Wenn man abends im Restaurant essen möchte sollte man vorab reservieren (auch unter der Woche!), da es sehr gut besucht ist. Wir hatten bei unserer Anreise nicht damit gerechnet, aber abends trotzdem noch einen Platz bekommen. Das Essen ist hervorragend, das Ambiente total gemütlich und das gesamte Personal super freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Besonders herzig fanden wir bei unserem Aufenthalt den Senior des Hauses. Er grüßt alle Gäste im Restaurant und plaudert ein bisschen. Es war schön zu sehen, dass das wohl nach wie vor sein Leben ist - offensichtlich trotz "Honig im Kopf". Insgesamt stimmt sowohl das Preisleistungsverhältnis als auch die Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Zimmer kann ich nichts zu sagen, waren nur zum Abendessen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, kam leider zu selten vorbei. Essen war sehr lecker und preislich sehr sehr gut, dauerte dafür recht lange und es kam nicht alles gleichzeitig. Es war aber auch unglaublich viel los dort. Trotzdem ist es ein für mich ansprechendes Ambiente und die Speisekarte bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas an. Werden sicher wieder einmal dort hin gehen

Ich bin mit meiner schwerbehinderten Tochter dort zum Mittagessen gewesen. Das Essen war hervorragend und sehr viel. Auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Leider ist es so, dass man nicht gleichzeitig das Essen bekommt. Meine Tochter mußte zuschauen, wie ich gegessen habe und dann kam ihr Essen und ich schaute zu. Zusammen essen ist halt gemütlicher. Leider war es dann auch noch so, dass niemand zum bezahlen kam. Ich mußte zur Theke gehen, damit ich zahlen konnte. Das war nicht angenehm. Wir sind so gut wie jeden Sonntag im Grünen Baum zum Essen. Die Speisekarte ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Von einfachen, fränkischen und außergewöhnliche Gerichten über Fischgerichte findet man dort alles was das Herz begehrt. Und das zu ausgesprochen fairen Preisen. Die Speisen sind sehr ansprechend angerichtet und geschmacklich hervorragend. Der Service ist ausnahmslos super freundlich und aufmerksam. Immer wieder gerne!
