Cozy historic and well maintained, nice hotel and good food!

I stayed at the Heiligen Geisthof for a family celebration and found everything very good and convenient: The room was cozy, warm, and clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom adequate. It was very quiet, and I also appreciated that my car didn't have to be parked on the street, as there was a separate hotel parking lot. The breakfast was also adequate; for €60, you wouldn't get anything like that back home in Hamburg. Thank you also for the excellent and helpful service.

A very fine restaurant. It was very quick, and there wasn't a long wait for the food. The owner was very nice and friendly. We ate solyanka, pork steak baked with spiced meat and fried potatoes, and a hamburger schnitzel, also with fried potatoes. The portions were perfectly adequate, and the price was right, too.

We've hosted several family celebrations here, both on-site and off-site. The service was always great and the food was delicious! Highly recommended!

The food was okay, with only a small menu (due to illness) that was very meat-heavy. The room was also very small for the number of guests. Service was okay, but not amazing. I ordered the rump steak medium and it was served cooked thoroughly. The fries, fried potatoes, and salad were standard.

The Gasthaus zum heiligen Geisthof impresses with its friendly welcome, a very pleasant atmosphere created by Mr. Dalcke, and an extremely good dinner and breakfast. In short, I would gladly give it more stars. I'd be happy to return.

We were there from May 17, 2022, to May 26, 2025...and it was absolutely wonderful. The guesthouse is absolutely fantastic...the rooms are fantastic...the owners are super friendly...the breakfast is absolutely fantastic...we would go back anytime.

Friendly and fast service, down-to-earth, tasty cuisine that responds flexibly to requests, and an idyllic little beer garden behind the house.

We had a delicious meal there. The service is quick and friendly. Unfortunately we no longer received the dishes with the hot stone because the stones are defective and can no longer be delivered. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but you should book in advance as a precaution. I am Parchimer and therefore cannot rate the hotel.

I wasn't in the hotel, I ate there. The innkeeper was very accommodating and friendly. I liked the atmosphere, the schnitzel was very good, the soup could have used more spice, but that's certainly a matter of opinion. The price-performance ratio was very good

The accommodation is very close to the city center in a beautiful house. Our room was a pleasant size. The breakfast was more than enough for us. We also enjoyed dinner here. It was very tasty, we can only recommend it. We were served by the very friendly host. The price-performance ratio was significantly better here than at our other overnight stays.

The food always tastes excellent. Everything is prepared to perfection and the taste is indescribable. But don't report too much, otherwise word will get around and places will be even more difficult to get.

There were 12 people there for New Year's dinner in the evening. As always, the boss was very friendly and on the ball. The food came for everyone at the same time. First of all I had a solyanka which was very good. For the main course I took a Balkan plate which also tasted very good and two steaks were also sufficient. Price is OK too. The 'Hot Stone', where you can prepare your own meat, is also highly recommended. Always happy to go to the Holy Spirit Court…

Das familiär geführte Restaurant lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Der Inhaber geht gern auf Kundenwünsche ein. Das Essen ist frisch und schmeckt lecker. Im Sommer ist der Biergarten eine super Alternative zum Erholen.

Nette kamers voor een zeer goede prijs. Ontbijt ook nog inbegrepen. Vriendelijke eigenaars en je kunt er een prima maaltijd bestellen.

Eine ganz tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Das Zimmer war klasse, der Inhaber sehr nett. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr umfangreich, aber die 5 Sterne gibt es für das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Das ist der Maßstab.

Gemütliches uriges großes Doppelzimmer, haben prima geschlafen! Phänomenal! Toller Gastwirt, tolles Zimmer, tolles Ambiente, super gepflegt, super wohl gefühlt selbst bei einer Übernachtung auf der Durchreise mit dem Rad, super Abendessen, auch vegan! Sichere Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit plus Auflademöglichkeit! Absolut zu empfehlen!

Sehr gutes Essen Fleisch liebhaber kommen hier auf ihre Kosten. Einen heißen Stein bestellt und dann ran ans selbst braten je nach Geschmack. Ob Huhn Schwein oder Rind. Ich wollte nicht selbst braten, medim bestellt Medium erhalten, rosa zartes Fleisch, sehr schön. Hinten nett und ruhig im Biergarten gesessen. Kann man wieder machen.

Toppertje, we hebben hier 2 avonden naar volle tevredenheid gegeten en gedronken. Zeer vriendelijke uitbater die aandacht en tijd heeft voor zijn gasten. Hier komen we terug.

Wir haben spontan in Parchim ein Wochenende verbracht und sind im Gasthaus zum heiligen Geisthof eingekehrt und haben dort auch übernachtet. Wir waren angenehm überrascht vom Preis und Leistungs Verhältnis. Das Essen war super und sehr günstig und der Inhaber sehr zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Wir können das Gasthaus nur weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schön immer beliebt, kann mann immer wieder hingehen

Für eine Nacht ist der Geisthof durchaus empfehlenswert. Vernünftige Preise, sehr freundlicher Service, kostenloses WLAN und auf dem Zimmer 1 Flasche Wasser frei. Die Matratze war sehr gut, ich habe toll geschlafen. Die Jalousie im Bad sollte mal repariert werden. Das Frühstück war aller Ehren wert, sehr guter heisser Kaffee und dazu alles, was man zum Frühstück braucht.

Ich bin als Viel-und Weltreisende u. a. auch in der Hotelbranche tätige Person von diesem Zandergericht mehr als enttäuscht. 2 in Form gepresste und panierte Fischstücke, die in einer vorgefertigten Dillsauce schwammen, kredenzt mit faden Bratkartoffeln aus mehligen Kartoffeln ist das absolute NOGO! Selten habe ich dermaßen miserabel gegessen! Hier wurden mir Convenienceprodukte serviert, was ich nicht erwartet hätte. Die Gaststube ist optisch sehenswert, das Restaurant NICHT zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Geisthof. Wir wurden sehr nett vom Besitzer begrüßt, der uns auf das Zimmer gebracht hat. Zimmer war sehr sauber gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch das Bad war sehr sauber, und ausgestattet mit einer Badewanne. Das Abendessen gut bürgerlich und sehr lecker. Und zu guter letzt das Frühstück.....TOP. Alles in allem ist der Gasthof von unserer Seite her sehr zu Empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder...

Man sitzt sehr gemütlich und ist im Heiligen Geisthof fast immer in Gesellschaft anderer Gäste. Ob leckerer Zander, Dorsch, Lachs, Schnitzel mit Champignons oder Rumpsteak - hier gibt es für jeden Geschmack etwas und dazu eine sehr freundliche Bedienung. In Kürze werden wir sogar eine Familienfeier dort haben. Für Gruppen, z.B. Klassentreffen, Betriebsfeiern o.ä. eignet sich die Gaststätte "Zum heiligen Geisthof" bestimmt sehr, denn es gibt auch schöne Zimmer dort.
