Very nicely laid out. I love the idea of ​​an "inclusive restaurant." The interior is cozy thanks to the furniture, and outside on the terrace, it's wonderful on the Elde River in the summer when the weather is great. The menu is very small in terms of selection, but it's regularly updated. The food was very tasty, but it's a bit more expensive and the portions are smaller. We would still recommend it if you want to treat yourself :)

Wow, wow, wow. What a great place. The people are incredibly friendly, the food is a dream, even the cake and the ambiance are beautiful.

It was a wonderful evening. Even though the weather wasn't great and we couldn't sit on the beautiful terrace by the water, we were still able to enjoy our delicious meal inside in a pleasant, modern setting. We received very friendly service and were able to sit comfortably together and chat. The food was incredibly delicious, and the Mahlwerk burger is highly recommended. Thank you very much.

Everything is great, we always enjoy coming here. The food is excellent; the menu, while very concise, changes regularly. There are additional options in the form of daily specials. The portions are sufficient; you can also enjoy a delicious appetizer beforehand or a sweet dessert afterward. The service is commendable; the staff is always friendly and always smiling, so you can look forward to your evening there. They regularly ask how you're feeling and whether you have any requests. The ambiance is very modern and the warm colors create a cozy feeling. The table decorations are simple, with fresh flowers and candles. Occasionally, events take place, so you can enjoy live music during your meal. This makes you feel completely at home: friendly people, a beautiful atmosphere, and good food. We'll be back, thank you for the many wonderful evenings and moments.

The great location with sun terrace is an absolute highlight. There are delicious drinks where you can sit comfortably at the Elde. We would love to come back for dinner again. A culinary delight and the modern ambience invites you to linger and enjoy both inside and on the outdoor terrace. Despite the small menu, there is something for every taste. The menu also changes seasonally and there are daily specials. The lunch menu is also varied. A homemade cake awaits you every now and then. Unfortunately, the service lacks attention and commitment. This definitely still needs to be optimized!

We were able to celebrate our Christmas party here on December 10, 2024, with 29 people. The ambiance is truly appealing and modern. The food was absolutely delicious. Serving food for 29 people at the same time isn't always possible, but it worked perfectly here. The prices are reasonable. The staff were friendly and attentive, but not overly intrusive. A big thank you to everyone. We were completely satisfied and would gladly come back.

A very nice little restaurant with great service and very tasty cuisine. The slightly longer waiting time is more than rewarded by super freshly prepared food. The children were also thrilled (especially when the chef brought the food himself 😀 ). Price-performance unbeatable. Conclusion: Our culinary highlight of this holiday. Thank you for that.

Yesterday we visited the restaurant for the first time and it definitely won't be the last time. Wonderful, cozy atmosphere, delicious food, great drinks, great prices. My friends and I were very satisfied. The service was pleasant.

Even with a gluten handicap: no problem!!! We immediately contacted a colleague who knew the problem very well and could offer something. Very friendly service and tasty, freshly prepared food - high praise. We are passing through in our motorhome and parked on the opposite side. It couldn't be better. We have reserved for tomorrow so that the camper kitchen stays cold.

An enrichment for the city! A modern, contemporary restaurant, also an inclusion business. The menu is small but nice. Fresh, changing dishes, no frozen bulk goods. If you're looking for fries and currywurst, you've definitely come to the wrong place, but everyone else will get their money's worth. The service was very attentive and brought art supplies directly for the children without being asked. After eating you have the opportunity to visit the museum, the exhibition and/or the theater and museum shop. All in one building!

Very nice atmosphere. We were served very nicely and got food even though we were there shortly before the kitchen closed. The food was good and not too expensive. Unfortunately, you couldn't leave a tip when paying with a card, but we'll do that next time. :)

Excellent restaurant! We had a great evening there. The food was excellent and not too expensive. However, for some dishes the portions could have been a little larger. Service and ambience were also great. If I lived nearby I would eat there more often :)

Sehr schönes Ambiente, schmackhaftes Essen, wir bestellten eine Suppe mit 2 Löffeln - diese wurde in 2 Tellern serviert - super aufmerksam! Terrasse war leider wegen Wetter nicht nutzbar. Stadtkern fußläufig in max. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Parkplatz in der Nähe desLokals (stört nicht).

Went to this restaurant for dinner on two different days and can only recommend the kitchen and the very courteous staff! Excellent quality at reasonable prices… very happy again!

We were at the "Mühlwerk" for a family celebration, 35 people from 3 to 85 years old (and three dogs). Very nice place, wonderful food (brunch and cake buffet), extremely attentive and friendly staff. Thanks to the sunshine, we were also able to make extensive use of the large balcony directly above the water. Absolutely recommended!

Top dishes and attentive service - herring tip was delicious as was the pasta dish of the day and the veal schnitzel! We can only recommend it!

Cozy, modern restaurant in the Kulturmühle with a beautiful terrace directly at the Parchim harbor. Very friendly service. Dogs are welcome. We only had something to drink so I can't write anything about the meal.

Unfortunately there is nothing for vegetarians or even vegans. The vegetarian dishes all contain meat, right? 😅 Unfortunately, no components from other dishes could be put together for a meal. Nowadays I would have liked something more flexible. A pity! But the atmosphere is great!

Delicious food in a pleasant environment. The service is not always at its best. My suggestion for this: occasional smile training. Prices are high for the region. Let's see how long this will be accepted.

Es ist ein super umgebaute Haus. Theater, Gastronomie und das gesamte Haus sind wirklich eine ganz tolle Sache. Das Mahlwerk rundet die Sache wirkliche super auf. Service, Essen und das Personal einfach spitze.

Ein echter Zugewinn für Parchim! Nach längerer Pause haben wir mal wieder Parchim besucht und waren im (für uns neuen) Restaurant Mahlwerk… Neben den kreativen und einfach leckeren Gerichten wurden wir noch sehr freundlich und herzlich bedient! Vielen Dank für die beiden schönen Abende :-)

Ich kann durchweg nur positives berichten,kurze Karte völlig ausreichend, kein Buch,hervorragende,auch optisch angerichtete Speisen,freundliche Bedienung, wir sagen Danke an alle.Sollten wir wiedereinmal in der Nähe sein kehren wir gerne ein.

Toll zum verweilen im Sommer auf der Sonnenterrasse und auch indoor gemütlich und zeitlos. Alles positive ist jetzt schon erreicht. Eine Adresse die nun zum echten weiterempfehlen. Tolles Team dem ich absolut dankbar bin. Adresse 2. in Parchim die man keineswegs vergessen sollte.

Ein ganz besonderes Lokal. Hab schon in vielen Restaurants gegessen, die Inklusion leben, aber nie in so einer Qualität. Es liegt nettgelegen an der Elde und ein Besuch lohnt sich immer. Am besten auch das Museum im selben Haus mitnehmen.

Haben heute ein sehr schmackhaftes Pastagericht gegessen und dazu eine leckere Nachspeise. Vielen Dank auch für die freundliche Bedienung. Gern bald wieder.

Wir haben hier unsere Hochzeit mit einem 3-Gänge-Menü gefeiert. Jeder einzelne Gang war ausgezeichnet. Es waren außergewöhnliche, besondere Zutaten, die in ihrer Kombination einen runden Geschmack abgaben. Unsere Gäste waren auch rundum zufrieden. Ein großer Dankeschön für diesen unvergesslichen Abend. Insbesondere, neben der Küche, auch an den Service, der jegliche Wünsche erfüllte.

Ich habe den Burger gegessen mit den Kartoffeln und Salat. Ich habe noch nie einen so leckeren Burger gegessen! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Ambiente stimmig! Echt super!!!

Das Essen hat mir kostbar gegessen.

Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm allerdings sagte mir der Rest nicht so zu. Die Speisekarte ist sehr klein. Beim Rumpsteak (30€) wird keine Angabe zum Gewicht gemacht und nach Bestellung nicht nach dem Gargrad gefragt. Der hauseigene Burger wird mit Drillingen serviert (noch nie vorher gesehen). Der Pattie besteht aus sehr feingemahlenem Hackfleisch und wirkt eher gegart als angebraten. Der Rest des Burgers ist in Ordnung.

Waren zum Mittagessen dort, 3 Hauptspeisen und eine Empfehlung... Vorspeise Bruschetta top, Hauptgänge absoluter Flop und überteuert... Salat mit Entenbrust ( 4 Schreiben ) 17,50€ 😡 Burger mit 4 Drillinge 15,50€ und ohne Geschmack, Fleisch tot ... Bedienung ohne Worte und Nachfrage ob es geschmeckt hat... Ambiente schön, aber wir kommen nicht wieder....

Essen hat geschmeckt aber für das Geld hätte ich mir etwas mehr auf dem Teller gewünscht. Unhöfliches Personal.

Die Vorspeise und das Essen waren sehr sehr lecker! Erstklassig!!! Für Nachtisch war kein Platz mehr 😁 Der Service war sehr schnell und nett. Ein rundum gelungenes Abendessen bei bestem Wetter und strahlendem Sonnenschein 🌞! Unsere Empfehlung haben Sie! Und wir kommen gerne wieder.
