Gasthaus Zum Arme Lui in St. Ingbert

We have eaten at the Fischerhütte several times and have also ordered food home. Because we were always satisfied, we ordered a large table for the family yesterday. Unfortunately it was icy cold in the dining room. We had to sit there with coats and the children with ski suits and hats. The food wasn't good either. The salad tasted like nothing and with the fried potatoes with the schnitzel and the 2 salads you had the impression that the usual portion was simply divided between 3 people. Far too little to be even remotely full. But given the cold and the general discomfort in the dining room, you just wanted to get out quickly anyway. The radiator at our table was turned on at some point, but it was far too late and we were already cold. Conclusion: If you want to establish this hut as a restaurant with an indoor area, then you first have to keep it warm in winter, make the interior more comfortable and buy chairs that don't collapse under the guest. This also happened twice yesterday.

Unfortunately the steak was completely cold. And for the price of just one shrimp, it's really sad

It's more in the style of a train station bar. Not very comfortable. For a quick beer, ok.

Maybe the third best kebab in Saarbrücken.

Home-style cooking, normal prices. Gladly again, I enjoyed it.
