Super delicious schnitzel in various sizes. There's something for every appetite. I'll definitely be coming back again.

Simple but excellent, hospitality just the way I like it, large portions, delicious food, fast service, and reasonable prices. No fancy stuff on the plate at exorbitant prices; you'll be full, it tastes good, keep up the good work.

Review for the inn! We were hungry and were helped there. The schnitzel selection was huge, and there should be something for everyone. Excellent value for money... we'd be happy to come back. The inn isn't relevant for us - we live just a few kilometers away.

If you like schnitzel, you'll find it here. There are several different varieties. The rest of the menu is also very good. It has been for decades, by the way! You can certainly get a bit(!) cheaper elsewhere, but rarely better. Highly recommended.

We know the restaurant and have always been very satisfied, so it made sense to order catering for a 60th birthday party with around 50 guests. Everything was fantastic. They were very flexible with the ordering process, and the delivery worked perfectly – right on time. The food was delicious and was a huge hit with the guests. Highly recommended, and a huge compliment to the incredibly friendly team.

We felt completely at home in this restaurant! The service was super friendly, attentive, and very hospitable; you can immediately tell that the food here is made with passion. We were there today. The staff was great. The food, unfortunately, was not. The schnitzels were dripping with oil. They probably came from a deep fryer. Our daughter's tomato sauce was a real convenience store. The pasta was soggy, and the schnitzel was dripping with oil. For a schnitzel Milanese for just under €20, you'd expect something decent. It's a shame, this place used to be good. Not anymore.

Portions are large and tasty. Prices are reasonable. The ambiance is a bit dated. The service staff is witty and charming.

New review from July 2025 Unfortunately, not as good as it once was. We haven't experienced the love of food like we used to. We moved from the area and came back after about three years; we weren't satisfied. The price increases over time are also significant. It's a shame, therefore only 3 stars. Previous review ***** Absolutely top value for money with superb quality. The manager is a real gem. The service staff are very attentive, friendly, and quick. We'd be happy to come back!

Very good schnitzel & attentive service that took our requests into account.

We ate at the restaurant. It was completely unassuming from the street, and not all of the dishes were listed outside. We were pleasantly surprised and delighted. There was even a selection of vegetarian dishes.

We were only there for dinner. Rather unassuming from the outside, but much more appealing inside. The ambiance is quaint and rustic—somewhere between an inn and a pub. It was clean, harmonious, and suited us. The furniture is a bit dated, but doesn't seem out of place at all. The upholstery, however, could use some updating. The service was friendly, but very reserved. In such an open and down-to-earth environment, the staff could be a bit more present and approachable—that would round out the overall impression. Unfortunately, the food was less convincing. I'm still undecided about the proportion of convenience products used, but the overall impression was rather disappointing—especially in relation to the price. If you're so clearly committed to schnitzel, then they must be really good. For me, that includes a homemade breading, souffléd in clarified butter—golden yellow on the outside, light and crispy. Unfortunately, our schnitzels were far from that: they weren't souffléd, the breading stuck to the meat – but there was still a hint of crispiness on the outside. While it wasn't soggy or greasy, the overly cold oil bath was clearly noticeable despite the careful pat-off in the kitchen. Overall, it was more reminiscent of a Metro frozen product. We'll definitely stop again on our next bike ride, but for now, we'll limit ourselves to the drinks. My tip for the owners: There's potential here. Maybe just have Frank Rosin or another experienced gastronomy coach take a look. I'm sure they could achieve significantly more with manageable effort – especially in terms of quality and preparation. Given its location, the place could be a gold mine, even if prices remain the same. Because we wish you all the best, well-intentioned 3 stars.

The chanterelle soup tasted like it came from a bag or can, no whole mushrooms in it. I saw it completely differently. The schnitzels are good, there is a decent selection here.

Rarely have such good schnitzels been eaten. The hospitality is top notch - fast, friendly and extremely entertaining. You feel like you've been transported back to the good old days and you just enjoy spending your time here. Thank you for a lovely evening, we'll come back more often now!

We only ate there and didn't stay overnight. Very friendly and fast service. The food was very tasty. Very good home cooking. We'll definitely eat there again.

We were only here to have coffee, so I can't say anything about the rooms. There are 4 or 5 parking spaces directly in front of the house on the street. There are additional parking spaces in the yard. The dining room is certainly a matter of taste: it definitely suits my taste! Quaint, cozy, familiar. Christmas and New Year's Eve decorations are still hanging/standing. GREAT. There's not much going on: for a Saturday at 3 p.m. Although the menu actually offers everything: the schnitzel menu is of course my favorite! You can see in the photo: the “Barnimer Apfelschmaus” for €9.10. Apple slices baked in dough were incredibly delicious. The sour apple with the dough and the sugar/cinnamon mixture took some getting used to at first. But then with the vanilla sauce and whipped cream... wow - super delicious. The chocolate ice cream was really very good. Very chocolaty and nice and firm. We'll be back for this dessert alone! So - in the meantime we were at the Rosché inn again. This time I ordered a schnitzel dish from the extensive schnitzel selection. First I was delivered the wrong schnitzel. Then, when my husband has already finished his meal, I received the correct menu. And unfortunately I was disappointed: A lot of French fries and the schnitzel itself. Not a lettuce leaf, or a slice of cucumber, or a spoonful of coleslaw - NOTHING! Since I'm not a fan of ketchup with the schnitzel, I ate the French fries "dry". But I preferred that to the strange sauce that my husband received with his Kassler, for example - it tasted like a ready-made sauce with plum jam. That fit in quite well with that overly sweet "sauerkraut" - but unfortunately not with the Kassler. I don't like writing negative reviews - especially since the cautiously friendly service served a nice "sorry" in chocolate form. But I'm afraid we'll go to another place for lunch in the future. However, if I feel like a dessert, I'm already looking forward to the "Barnimer Apfelschmaus" again.

We are completely satisfied. Service was great and the food was very tasty. A large selection of food. The only thing I have to complain about is that dogs have no place on the bench or on the chairs while eating. I love animals, no question, but as an allergy sufferer it's difficult. Nevertheless, thank you very much for the stay and food.

Unfortunately it's not for us. The atmosphere is actually quite pleasant, like an inn in a village. The service was moderately friendly, but quite slow despite there being few guests. And unfortunately the main point of criticism is really the food. Nothing tastes really good, everything tastes somehow like ready-made packets and cheap spices. And all of this, given the prices, is somehow questionable... We definitely found that a shame because the selection of restaurants nearby isn't that big anyway, but we still don't want to go here again.

We went there for dinner yesterday on Christmas Day. Unfortunately, they were hopelessly overwhelmed. We had to wait more than two hours for our food, which isn't fun with a toddler. After two hours we were ready to leave without our food. We were asked to wait another 10 minutes. Then it came too. Everything was thrown carelessly onto the plate and lukewarm. Apart from an apology and a small herbal schnapps, which everyone received, there was no compensation. We also received information that there were orders taken away from home and that the kitchen couldn't keep up. We know where we won't go next time. Another point is the location right on the main street and not nearly enough parking spaces.

The first time I was there to eat with 9 other people, my dish was pork knuckle, delicious, just right for that, and everyone else was happy too, so thanks to the entire team.

A very cozy rustic restaurant with an exceptionally large schnitzel menu. I like going there because the food is simply delicious. The service is friendly and meets you at eye level. It doesn't get your ass kicked. I like coming to the Rosché restaurant.

We ate there today and you really can't complain about the view. In the rain we were invited in before opening hours. The staff was very polite and in a very good mood...our friends' child was also brought a box of toys and was therefore happy. The food was great and there was nothing missing. In short, price performance is very, very good.

The delicious schnitzels far and wide and still affordable today.

Been there several times to eat schnitzel. Personally, I always liked it and the portions are generous. In addition to the schnitzels, there are a lot of other delicious dishes. Only the beer selection (Berliner and Radeberger) is underground. The atmosphere is village-like. The terrace area could use some structural work, but overall I always felt comfortable. Anyone who complains about price increases in the last 12 months seems to be living in a different reality. Inflation has been causing the costs of food, energy, water, etc. to rise for some time. Everyone should have noticed this by now. So if a piece of butter in the supermarket now costs €2.30 instead of €1.30, then a restaurant will also experience these price increases. And of course this has to be passed on to the customers. When I first visited this restaurant years ago, each schnitzel cost €15. Today it is 18€. Oh, what a terrible price increase... And when I read such exciting reviews here in which people are upset about the fact that a price of €8.95 can be found on the Internet and it is actually €18.95, then it is clear that this is almost certainly a mistake and because the 1 was simply forgotten. This can be easily explained with a little common sense. But of course it's much easier to throw up a bad review on the Internet instead of admitting to yourself that a price of €8.95 for a 200g schnitzel with a side dish is completely unrealistic/uneconomical and that you are therefore quite naïve when you give such a price indication really holds up. This restaurant is for normal, down-to-earth people. The spoiled, know-it-all chic clientele is welcome to eat in any modern swanky place.

After we had already eaten there in the summer and found it delicious, we went there again yesterday. . And definitely the last time! Everything tasted like Maggi, from the packet soup to the schnitzel, which was so carelessly prepared... we have never experienced or seen that before... 1 lettuce leaf and 1 piece of dry melon! The service was friendly and certainly noticed from our faces that the food wasn't good. There is one star for them. The ambience as a whole seems slightly dingy and old.. Cobwebs on the windows, and also in the door when you go out: spiders.. With a restaurant in this location you should probably be behind that. The other waitress instead ate in front of the guests, saying that if everyone eats here, then I have to eat something myself, and chewed happily. Couldn't she have done that behind the counter unobserved? Conclusion: Maybe there is a new chef, but then you should replace him as quickly as possible. There's no other way to explain yesterday's really bad food.

Yes, only the boss isn't exactly friendly. It's okay to stay overnight for one to three days, but not for long periods of time. The rooms are very small, especially on the first floor (under the roof), not even smaller people can walk without hitting their heads.

The schnitzel, which is offered in different forms, now costs €18.00, unfortunately only the price has been increased, but the quality is more like that of a fast food restaurant and therefore too expensive. In any case, I won't eat there anymore.

The food went. The owner is very rude and acted very overworked. After we allowed ourselves to raise issues, we were sometimes even insulted. The rooms are old and dirty. There is mold and lots of spiders, some of the rooms cannot be opened. This store will never see us again.

We spontaneously stopped in for dinner. The portions were large enough and the meat was tender. Friendly, attentive service. The furnishings are a bit old, but that also adds a certain charm.

We were there to have a good meal with the family. Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience. The service was completely overwhelmed, so we had to wait 10 minutes for the menu. The service could have been friendlier. The food was average, sometimes even oversalted. The price-performance ratio is therefore not right at all. Constructive criticism was not accepted, instead there was discussion. We won't eat there again.

We always come here for dinner. The large selection of dishes, such as over 20 types of schnitzel, is very good and wishes are always fulfilled. So you can get a knuckle of pork or duck even in summer if you order it in advance. There are season tickets for asparagus or chanterelle season. No matter what we ate, everything was delicious and the portions were good too. Finally, a big thank you for the great and friendly service.

Danger. Advertise with prices that haven't been available there for years! The Restaurant has just renewed its website. The menu can also be seen. Unfortunately, someone seems to have used the old prices quite by chance. All schnitzels are priced there from Monday to Saturday for €8.95. When we were there today they all cost €18.95. Find the error. We were very disappointed and left.

We just came to eat. We received great service and good food. The location right on the street isn't ideal for sitting outside, but the other places make up for it. The prices are certainly due to the current situation, but they are already higher than elsewhere. The 5 stars were barely achieved.

The first visit and we are very impressed. The service was very family-friendly, attentive and none of our wishes were denied. We also think about entertaining the little ones. The food is very tasty and absolutely right in terms of price-performance ratio. 23 schnitzel preparations, there is something for everyone. We'd love to come back! This makes eating out fun.

The restaurant and the service are simply top. The interior may be a bit old, but it is well maintained and clean. The menu is very extensive and all the dishes we have tried so far, including desserts, were simply extremely tasty. Prices have unfortunately gone up, but given increased food prices and energy costs as well as increased VAT. understandable. A schnitzel dish now costs around €20, but the portions are also generous… The service is always great, very nice and accommodating. Dogs are also welcome here and are warmly welcomed and provided with water directly. We will be back definitely. :)

We last had dinner here about 3 months ago. Prices have skyrocketed since then!!! On average, each dish is €4 more expensive. So far the price/performance was right. Food is tasty, service is friendly. Ambiance 70s, 80s style. Oh well, schnitzel on the weekend is €3 more expensive, for whatever reason. Conclusion: Never again, simply usury!!!

Ich war mit meiner Familie und Freundschaft nach der Beisetzung meines Mannes im Rosche. Ich wollte den Tag mit einem netten Essen zuende gehen lassen. Ich, sowie meine Gäste, waren sehr enttäuscht vom Essen. TK - Schnitzel und Beilagen kaum genießbar. Das Kassler schön im Supermarkt gekauft und der Grünkohl wäre mein letzter gewesen so ich nicht schon weitaus besseren gegessen hätte. Nach mehrmaligem Versuch war es jetzt das letzte mal, das ich dieses Restaurant betreten habe. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Waren zum 'Mittag' gegen 13.30 dort. Service war äußerst schnell, zuvorkommend, höflich und freundlich. Wir hatten 3 Schnitzel: mit Paprikasoße, Champions und einmal als Hamburger Art. Schnitzel toll gebraten, Steakhouse-Pommes waren gut. Bei den beiden Eiern auf dem Hamburger Art Schnitzel hätte man fragen können, wie man diese haben wollen würde - auf der anderen Seite hätte ich auch sagen können/müssen: bitte von beiden Seiten. Ansonsten kann ich nicht meckern. 3 Schnitzel, 2 Kinderportionen Nudeln (riesig!!) Und 5 Getränke für 90 Euro. Zu den Zimmern kann ich nichts sagen, da wir nur auf der Durchreise gegessen haben. Bilder der Schnitzel habe ich ebenfalls vergessen.

Zu den Zimmern bzw. der Pension können wir nichts sagen, aber wir kehren immer wieder im Gasthaus ein, zum Schnitzelessen. Hier findet man mal ganz andere Variationen als so üblich. Jedesmal testen wir ein anderes. Der Service ist klasse. Die Parkplätze sind leider etwas rar.

Wer gut essen möchte ist dort gut aufgehoben!

An Park Möglichkeiten mangelt es etwas aber es gibt ja neben Straßen... Die innen Ausstattung ist etwas veraltet, aber sauber und erfüllt ihren Zweck. Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich. Der Service war einfach nur mega, immer ein lächeln und hat jeden Spaß mitgemacht... wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Restaurant machte einen netten Eindruck aber wenn man sich Schnitzel Restaurant nennt, sollten die Schnitzel nicht fertige TK-Ware sein Das Schnitzel war trocken und alles sehr lieblos angerichtet. Das Gemüse ebenfalls fertige TK-Ware. Die Soße eine Pulvermischung. Wer auf ein saftiges Schnitzel hofft, sollte doch woanders hingehen.

Essen gut es waren nicht zu volle Teller aber der Preis war im oberen Segment . Personal war sehr freundlich.
