Quaint village restaurant with a great team, nice food and a wonderful view over the lake. I always feel very comfortable and well looked after there.

Located directly on the beautiful Stolzenhagener Lake, this fishing hut offers a snack, with the opportunity to sit in the sun for a longer period of time at this time of year, and a really excellent fish restaurant where you can sit inside and outside. Super fresh fish. Above all, trout and char are highly recommended.

Delicious fresh fish with a fantastic view of the lake. There are also dishes without fish. Prices reasonable. The service was nice to us. But I can also imagine that this could change. Reservations make sense.

Entrance fee for an infant to the bathing meadow is €3? Absolutely unjustified In addition, an employee who was extremely unfriendly and apparently completely overwhelmed. I didn't find the toilets to be clean. There was toilet paper and soap, but the rest looked pretty shabby. We were there for the first and last time.

I had a stir fry, fish fry or something like that. So the second time I ate it more deliciously than ever before. A real taste explosion as gourmets would say. Fantastic location, right on the lake. Very comfortably furnished, with a large terrace, loungers by the water...For the food there are at least 10 stars, if possible. Very tasty and freshly prepared fish dishes with seasonal vegetables. For dessert there was delicious soft ice cream. The price is adjusted to the quality of the food. So if you value quality and like a rustic atmosphere, you've come to the right place. The service staff is super friendly, uncomplicated and communicative. You can talk about anything.

If you simply write that the price-performance ratio is right, then that is really too dismissive! Big and full plates of first class fish. Here you really get something for your money!! The cuisine is delicious, the service is friendly, the location is breathtaking.

The food looked very good and tasty but somehow it had no taste, the only things you could taste were the rosemary and the seaweed salad (you should like seaweed salad for that). Maybe it was just the dish itself (Welshit). The others said it was delicious. Unfortunately, no card payment possible. And since there is no map online, I have uploaded the current one here as pictures. Please note the date as I don't know how often it is changed. In the end it's okay.

A really nice place with a wonderful view of a beautiful lake and an outdoor swimming pool right next door. The food was very tasty and the prices are completely normal. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't seem to be fully prepared for the high demand in summer, as our food only arrived after 50 minutes. Still a recommended place for a relaxed meal if you have some time.

Great restaurant, right on the lake in a quiet location. The food is always excellent. Good traditional cuisine, schnitzel, fish, various side dishes. The prices are completely reasonable. Always happy to come here. Reservations often required as there are not very many seats.

I'm completely revising my rating! I honestly don't know what to write here. I've been there 3 times in 3 years now. The food really tastes the finest, you don't often find such delicious fish here. That's probably the reason why I keep coming here. The waiting times are still a disaster! Out of 3 visits, I waited over an hour for my food twice. And that simply doesn't work! The one time it actually worked, but it was also significantly emptier. But you also have to be able to serve your guests when it gets busier. This is still a really big point for me and no matter how good the food tastes, it only gets two stars from me. The ambience is wonderful, especially when you sit outside right by the water.

Always happy. This is a great place. First swim and then eat a delicious meal with a view of the lake. However, the prices are now at my limit. So I forego the second drink.

We were absolutely thrilled! Food fresh, tasty and sufficiently large portions. Not really a bargain though… Nice ambience on the terrace with a view of the lake and worth a trip from Berlin.

You don't have to have it. The food is mediocre, the service is sometimes arrogant and the beautiful view cannot make up for it.

We came there based on a recommendation, but left the restaurant very disappointed. It's a shame, when the weather is nice you can sit there and relax. The reception was not very friendly, the service was sometimes stroppy. We were able to accept the waiting time, but the food did not meet our expectations. Even though we arrived shortly after opening, there was no char. But there were certainly reasons for that. The fish we then ordered tasted good. But we have rarely eaten such a tasteless sauce for pike-perch.

Had a spontaneous meal and was very surprised by the Fischerstube. Very tasty food, the smoked fish was fresh from the smokehouse (we had to wait a few minutes for it, but it was more than worth it). Service was very attentive but not intrusive. The ambience was very good, the view of the lake while eating was fantastic!

The Forelle Müllerin Art is a buttery, herb-filled poem. The white house wine is a well-rounded thing. The ambience by the lake at sunset is simply fantastic.

I have known the bathing area since early childhood. The restaurant came later. Top fish dishes at good prices for years. Ambiance designed with a lot of love. We had catfish and walleye. Everything is great. Eating outside with a view of the lake leaves nothing to be desired. Service was friendly but a Coke that was ordered was forgotten. Well, it's not that bad. Anyone who goes swimming will also be provided with fish sandwiches, soft ice cream or beer. We would be happy to come back whether in the restaurant or just to swim.

The swimming area is nice. Unfortunately it's not the food. The fish sandwiches were okay. The currywurst goes like this... Unfortunately not the fries... Unfortunately they tasted a lot like oil and weren't really crispy, just slightly oily. The staff seems rather unmotivated, not unfriendly, but not guest-oriented either. I'd love to go swimming again, but not anything else.

Staff unfriendly, prices excessive

Die Bedienung ist freundlich, die Speisekarte bietet unterschiedliche Fischgerichte an. Was dann serviert wurde war grottenschlecht. Die angeblich frisch geräucherte Fotelle war trocken und hatte bereits angetrockne und harte Kanten. Die Bratkartoffeln waren matschig . Der geräucherte Saibling hatte die gleiche schlechte Qualität. Dazu wurden verbrannte Kartoffelspalten serviert, die alt außerdem noch alt schmeckten. Unser Ausflug um den Stolzener See hatte keinen guten Abschluss.

The place by the lake is beautiful and there is also a great lawn for sunbathing. The ideas are good: serving the lawn, there is also a small playground for children and sheep to admire. The ambience is simple, which isn't a bad thing, but the outdoor area is sometimes old and unkempt. However, I would have a big suggestion for improvement...more vacation for the employees/employees. They are always annoyed, overworked and therefore seem unfriendly.

We had a great experience twice in a row in April with very good fish dishes and friendly service. We sat inside because it was very cold outside. 4 times different from schnitzel herring and catfish, all great.

However, the fact that only cash payment is accepted is no longer in keeping with the times and is also unworthy of the hotel. Still 5 stars... Update 4/11/24: Prices have increased. But more than okay for what is offered. Food delicious. Operation and service at its best. Missing card payment through Paypal alternative is bearable. We're definitely coming. again.

Stopped there yesterday on a beautiful, sunny Sunday. On the mini hatch (outside sales) the offer was large and clearly visible. Ice cream, iced coffee, ice cream sundaes, soft ice cream, etc., my son would like a soft ice cream and I would like an iced coffee, please. The answer from the employee was "it wasn't, just because the sun is shining today, there's no ice cream. It's still February after all!" Ok, then just a Coke please. In a plastic cup 5 euros, 2 euros deposit (for whatever reason). Bit expensive and the gentleman at the window was very unfriendly. I don't understand it!

Unfortunately no pictures to go with this review. We were in the area for the weekend and my partner got hungry - never a good state to be in. After consulting Google NearMe this restaurant popped up and wasn't too far away and most importantly - it was open, unlike all the others along the way in the area on a Saturday noon. We had the fried cat fish and fried carp, for the little one - a pasta plate, which was way too generous for a kids meal but then again, so were our portions. The cat fish came on a sea weed salad which was extremely nice, had bite and was well seasoned with the cat fish well fried, crispy but a little beyond being on point. The carp was also very well portioned with 4 huge pieces, which were well seasoned, and had a great, almost unexpected clean flavour. a local specialty it seems, warm potato salad, very nicely balanced and quite savoury. Nothing to regret here. The recommended white to go along was their house by the glass and was a good match to accompany the fish. The place had rustic furniture and atmosphere, with the fireplace burning very cozy and the service was fast and efficient. Noteworthy, the Fischstube does value even the youngest of guests with juice served in child appropriate cups with straw and, if needed, has high chairs available. Overall a good experience for an accidental find along a road trip. We do recommend even a detour and drop in if one is in the vicinity.

Went to the Irish music evening and it was indescribably great...

Delicious fish also for a delicious 🥗 salad. Today on August 6th, 2021 I was able to be there live and experience the Stout Scouts in the “2” living room. What really touched me was the trust and helpfulness of the Fischerstuben team and the band as well as the guests. I really enjoyed the evening. There were also tears of happiness. Thank you for the lovely time. Today, October 20th, 21, I was able to experience a really nice waiter who calmly discussed everything with me so that I could have a nice Irish evening next Friday. The year is 2023 and the child is now called Sassenach. Today there was the 14th door of the Atvends calendar. I was allowed to be there at the campfire. I got my wishes fulfilled without being Cinderella. Thanks for the nice time.

Die Fischerstube Stolzenhagen ist ein Garant für leckere Speisen mit traumhafter Lage direkt am See. Ein liebevolles Team kümmert sich gern um die Gäste. Zum Thema Kritik hier bei anderen Bewertungen: Der Ton macht immernoch die Musik und deswegen sollte auch der Kellner oder das ganze Team respektvoll vom Gast behandelt werden. Das gilt auch für musikalische Veranstaltungen, welche mit viel Liebe und Spaß Tradition in der Fischerstube sind. Immer gibt es "Meckerköppe", welche bitte erstmal an die eigene Nase fassen. Mich sieht die Fischerstube regelmäßig. Dankeschön
