Hi everyone, I celebrated my birthday there. The food was delicious and everyone praised it. What I didn't like at all was that the owner charged a different price for the drinks than what was listed on the menu, and I think that's a total disgrace. That's not something you do as a landlord. That's why I and all my friends will never go to that place again.

An insider tip: The menu is small, but the price/performance ratio is unbeatable. We once had roast pork, which was so good that we came back a few days later. Unfortunately, they were all gone, but we were recommended a pork knuckle instead (which wasn't even on the menu). The pork knuckle was excellent! In summary: A rustic, authentic inn, very good quality at unbeatable prices.

Absolutely unreliable. Doesn't adhere to its own opening hours. We were there at 5 p.m. today and wanted to eat. We left at 5:15 p.m. because the owner simply didn't show up, even though he supposedly opens at 5 p.m. on Sundays. That's a complete no-go. In any case, we made the trip for nothing and will never go back to the restaurant again.

The best Bavarian food in the Passau area! Price-performance is simply unbeatable! Roast dishes are particularly recommended. Recently even offering Aperol upon customer request. The family atmosphere makes a visit to the Hofwirt something that is now very difficult to find in this way.

Alles ist super lecker, aber vor Allem die Bradlgerichte .. ein Traum Und der Wirt ist auch sehr herzlich und lustig

Trotz Reservierung mit Reindlessen mussten wir ewig warten. Parkplätze eher schwierig.

Wir hatten die beste Haxe in der Gegend 👍👍einfach top und der Wirt war auch genial, also das Gasthaus ist auf alle Fälle einen Besuch wert!!!!!

Während unseres Urlaubs in Passau Hals suchten wir das Gasthaus auf. Gut bürgerliche Küche, freundlich, sehr leckere Klöße. Große Portionen zu unschlagbar günstigen Preis. Wird auch von Einheimischen gerne aufgesucht.
