Gasthaus Hain in Kronach

No TV and the WiFi reception leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms are OK.

what is Syrian here? a normal kebab with hard, dry meat, fluffy lettuce and little seasoning. Definitely not something that invites repetition.

The tapas were really tasty and of good quality, we really liked that! However, the service was a bit slow, something that could certainly be improved. The ambience was okay, but didn't stand out. A note pointing out that EC card payments are not possible today would have been very helpful before ordering - that would definitely be more customer-friendly. Overall, a solid visit with potential for improvement.

Doner is very good, but we still have to practice the implementation of the order

We had dinner here for the first time in October with friends who already knew the restaurant. Special requests were implemented, the food was delicious and the service was very attentive. We will definitely come back when we are in Kronach.
