Delicious food, friendly service, great atmosphere 👍😊

Reserved for over two weeks, no name given. We were told we could stay for 2.5 hours, which turned into barely an hour. Then we were very rudely asked to leave, as they said they needed the table soon. There were plenty of tables available. Never again.

It was my first time at Felsenmühle. I'd only heard good things... and then this! The "Forester's Salad" with strips of roast beef, mushrooms, and onions cost €20.90. The salad itself was good. But the roast beef, mushrooms, and onions were a burnt, unidentifiable mess. I didn't eat it... and the waiter asked if he should pack it up for me. Well, that was the end of that for me.

Went there today. Burger and schnitzel with Bolognese sauce. Good portion and delicious. Excellent value for money. The side salad was great. The draft beer was very pleasant. Top-notch service. The pork schnitzel had no trace of fat or sinew. Trimmed perfectly and incredibly tender. A down-to-earth, traditional inn. I'll definitely be back.

We ate there last night. The restaurant is very nice and the service was friendly. The food, however, was just okay; with a starter and aperitif, around €100 was quite expensive. After that evening, I'd say it wasn't good value for money. The food was average at best. Would we go back? Probably not!

Very friendly and efficient service! The food was tasty and plentiful, everything cooked as ordered (steak medium). In my opinion, the price-performance ratio isn't quite right; it's relatively expensive, and you have to pay extra for everything, whether it's sauce, herb butter, or a side salad...

This was my first time at Gasthaus Felsenmühle, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food selection was excellent and fairly priced. The atmosphere was very cozy and rustic, at least in the older part of the inn. The staff and service were very friendly and attentive. I can wholeheartedly recommend Gasthaus Felsenmühle and will definitely be back.

I ate here with a group for the first time in ages. The service was very friendly. I'd never had the delicious non-alcoholic Störtebecker beer anywhere else. The cheeseburger, which isn't exactly cheap, was really nothing. It could be much better. The fries, however, were delicious and crispy.

We managed to get a table for 9 people with our dog at short notice during the week. But I recommend calling ahead. Everyone was extremely happy with their meal. The creamed schnitzel was just as amazing as the steak and salad! I like my steak medium-rare and rarely get it as cooked as this (it's usually very medium, and then medium is almost well done). The quality of the meat was also top-notch! The service was excellent: friendly and helpful, and we never had to wait long.

The food was tasty, nothing special, but good. The waiter was very arrogant, constantly interrupting me and then directing the question to my husband. I have no idea what that was about. I won't be coming back; I don't need that kind of thing. It's a shame.

We were there for an event, but a friend of mine wasn't really welcome, so neither was my companion. The two stars are because I was still treated with respect; otherwise, it would be one because there's no such thing as zero. You should always remember: what goes around comes around. It's a shame, it's actually a really nice place.

This was our second time there within a week. It's hard to find a restaurant where everything fits perfectly, but here everything is perfect. We can enjoy our aperitif and eat in peace. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Sitting outside in nice weather is very pleasant. The food tastes excellent. For us, this is the best restaurant in St. Wendel. Thank you very much. We celebrated my aunt's 60th birthday here. The atmosphere was lovely, the tables were beautifully decorated, and the food was also highly recommended. The staff were super friendly and not overly pushy, so we were well looked after.

I've been a customer for years. But I'm disappointed. The food has noticeably deteriorated recently; it's nothing like it used to be. There's definitely room for improvement. I'll try again in the near future. If I don't see any improvement, you've certainly lost several customers.

Because the weather wasn't great that Sunday, and we were actually planning on going to the town festival, we ended up at this restaurant at short notice. The service was incredibly attentive, and our child was well-accommodated. Four adults each ordered a starter and a main course, and when we saw the plates of the other tables, we were pleasantly surprised. Huge portions 😊 The food arrived, and everyone was satisfied and more than full at the end. Thank you for this amazing meal.

As always, our salad plates were tasty and plentiful. Unfortunately, the lettuce leaves are about the size of cabbage leaves. They could have put a little more effort into this.

I went there for the first time on Thursday with a few girls. We all thought it was delicious. For starters, I had a garlic baguette, which was really great. The side salad was also amazing, especially the coleslaw. For main course, I had the fillet platter, and the fillet was cooked to perfection, very tasty. Unfortunately, I only had room for one scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert. And that was amazing 😋 We'd love to come back 👍

An excellent steak. The fact that I wanted the Angus beef to be well-cooked caused the very competent owner to frown, but the steak that arrived after a short wait was a feast for the senses: it tasted exactly how you would imagine a good steak to be. Conclusion: absolutely recommended!

We've been to Felsenmühle twice. The ambience is very nice, the food, no matter what we ordered as a family, was always very good. Overall, the price level is a bit high, especially for steaks and the like. With the family it gets a little more expensive. But a recommendation for special occasions Update: The food has now become very expensive, which is a shame. But our pain limits have been reached. A smaller group became a larger group, 23 people. The service staff tried very hard and didn't have to wait long. Tables were rearranged according to our needs. Food was very tasty. Price-performance and ambience suitable for the FELSENMÜHLE. We'd love to come back.

For years it has been a good address for home cooking or simply a sociable evening with friends, although I prefer the cozy, rustic interior space more than the sterile-looking "winter garden".

We were there at Christmas time. It was beautifully decorated and you immediately felt comfortable. The service staff was consistently friendly. The children were also very well received. The food was good and came very quickly, even though there was a lot to do due to the holidays. The portions are sufficient. It is definitely a restaurant that can be recommended.

Was going single file! Absolutely sensational! Hike perfectly organized with: mulled wine, beer, anti-alcoholic, lard bread and then the buffet: the very finest and so plentiful: leg, breast, dumplings, spaetzle, stuffing, red cabbage, minced offal, salad, pear with cranberries! Absolutely world class and perfectly cooked! Service was great, very attentive and very friendly - plus the landlord was great! Excited and - we'll be back! 1000 thanks to everyone!!!!
