I ate here today. It was delicious—very good, in fact. It turned out to be the ALB dream pan. You could also call it the ALB dream pan. The ambiance was fantastic, and the service was friendly and a bit attractive—shoutout to the kitchen.

We were there for the first time because I had already heard from many people how good the food was there....that's why my expectations were already high...you definitely have to make a reservation because it's always full. That's why we had to wait 6 hours, or about 1 hour, for the food (main course). Schnitzel, soups, pork medallions, roast meat, salad and side dishes! Salad at the buffet, everything you can imagine under a "MIXED salad"... the meat is perfect... sauces as well and the side dishes are great too! Spaetzle the best I've ever had! - I mean homemade! The price is also more than reasonable! Really great! I live about 13 km away, but I would even pre-order food here and pick it up! Everything simply perfect!really good "German cuisine"!!!!!Thank you!!!!You are great!!! Damn, now I'm hungry just because of that!😂😂😂

We were there on Easter Monday at 6 p.m., the restaurant was packed, we were immediately escorted to a free table and the order was taken immediately, the excellent food we had ordered was there after about half an hour, the young staff are very friendly and attentive and we are sure that we will come back

We went to ALB Traum for lunch yesterday. All I can say is... simply perfect. Great food and a friendly and attentive team. The boss cooks herself and does it at her finest. The meat and the Maultaschen are a poem. I'm very picky when it comes to potato salad, but Angelina Lo Bartolo's is to die for. The one-hour journey was definitely worth it. We'd love to come back. From the food to the service, everything is wonderful here at Nightmare! We love Swabian cuisine and attach great importance to quality. In the nightmare, all of our demands are even exceeded! Everything is homemade and you can taste it. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The nightmare is highly recommended and our absolute favorite restaurant. We'll be back soon!!

Today we spontaneously went to dinner at Alb Traum. The food is very tasty and the portions are really filling. I particularly liked the salad buffet where you can decide for yourself which salad goes on your plate. The service was very friendly and quick. We'd love to come back and continue trying out the menu.

It was very very crowded and loud. I wouldn't hold a class reunion there because you can hardly hear yourself. Unfortunately, the tables, chairs and floor do not match the upper, “modern” half of the dining room. I personally didn't like it. But as I said, the upper half of the rooms are beautifully designed. I don't need to talk about the nice staff anymore, as the others say it everywhere :) By the way, parking wasn't that easy either, even though it's a residential area. It was just occupied everywhere. Oh yes, unfortunately we couldn't pay with an EC card either. Cash only. Then we had to drive back into town to get money. You get in via steps, so it's not suitable for wheelchairs. The fries with the schnitzel were very good. The schnitzel itself was just ok for me. It was a bit gristly and kind of dry in the middle. Onion roast was very good with stars.

Five of us had dinner and didn't even pay €120 (including drinks) The only thing I would have to complain about is the parking facilities. As a Franconian, I was enthusiastic about the Bavarian Week. The knuckle perfect. The crust is crispy, the meat is as soft as butter, as it should be. The homemade dumplings and sauerkraut harmonized perfectly. The staff was great. Even though the store was full, the drinks we ordered came immediately. The boys were always friendly. We'll be back.

We got a place for two at short notice on Saturday evening even though there was a lot going on. The food was excellent and the service was super attentive and polite. Also a big compliment to the young man who served us, among other things, top👍...price-performance ratio is absolutely fine and the selection is large. The furnishings are getting old, but the food is even better. Gladly again!!!!

The ALB Traum inn is a truly fantastic place to eat. The dishes here are simply wonderfully delicious and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The cream sauce deserves a special recommendation - it is truly the best in the world! A visit is definitely worth it! Always my pleasure!

Great food, at a good price. Since there was a lot going on, we had to wait a long time for the second round of drinks. The restaurant looks very old on the outside. Inside they tried to make the best of it. In my opinion, chairs and tables don't match the wall design.

The food is brutally good! Too good. That's why there weren't enough pictures of it. The best Cordon Bleu you can imagine. The mushroom cream sauce too! The salad from the buffet is unbeatable and the potato salad is the best in town. On top of all this, the prices are unbeatable. €15.50 for a Cordon Bleu with a side dish. You can't find that anywhere in Germany these days! The boss is great! Feel free to come here at any time. Reservations are absolutely necessary here!

My husband said he had an intolerance (when ordering) and when we went to the salad buffet, the waitress came and explained to us which salads were unsuitable, even though every table was occupied. The food was very tasty. The restaurant looks inconspicuous from the outside, but inside it is modernly decorated. The waitresses were also very friendly. We can only recommend it. But you should make a reservation because the restaurant is busy and not that big. There is also a small beer garden.

Oh well...

Leider , waren wir mit elf Leuten da , und hatten angerufen , nur leider kein Ton davon dass die Karte vor Sylvester , nicht gilt sondern nur ca 10 Gerichte , aber nix für Kinder

Wir waren inzwischen zwei Mal mit der Familie dort essen. Das Essen ist lecker und der Preis stimmt. Dir Bedienung ist freundlich und Aufmerksam. Die Portionen sind super. Selbst die Kinderportionen sind riesig (reicht auch für nen Erwachsenen). Werden wieder dort Essen gehen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Günstiges, deftiges Essen, freundliche Bedienung, Gaststättenambiente. Haben am letzten Tag unseres Urlaubs dort gegessen. Wir werden allerdings nicht wiederkommen. Leider. Auch wenn alles drumherum gepasst hat, war das Essen enttäuschend. Die Haxen waren ein mal zu oft aufgewärmt worden. Das Fleisch ausgetrocknet, der Geschmack hat nach Mikrowelle geschrien. Der Krustenbraten war schon etwas älter und Knödel trocken, aber lecker. Lieblos zurechtgemacht, was absolut uninteressant wäre, wenn die Qualität stimmen würde. Alles in allem eine durchwachsene Erfahrung, zu einem günstigen Preis. Schade, dass Ottonormalverbraucher sich nur noch kompromissbehaftetes Essen auswärts leisten kann. Und bitte richtig verstehen, die Gaststätten haben oft einfach keine andere Wahl. Wir hoffen der ALB Traum geht entgegen seinem Namen in eine bessere Zukunft.

Wir waren heute mit 14 Personen hier zum Essen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Getränke wurden schnell geliefert. Salat gibt es vom Buffet. Kleine aber sehr feine Auswahl. Das Essen wurde schnell geliefert. Geschmacklich top und zu diesen Preisen absolut empfehlenswert.

Leckere Speisen und freundliches Personal.( Die Chefin eher nicht) Allerdings ist der Gastraum eisig Kalt und die Portionsgröße der Speisen inzwischen echt mager. hier wird der Gast als Lügner dargestellt. Kritikunfähigkeit auf höchstem Niveau! Fazit wer bei 14 Grad Raumtemperatur gerne isst und sich gerne als Lügner darstellen lässt ist hier genau richtig...

Super leckeres Essen. Salatbuffet recht umfangreich. Leider sehr laut, trotz Schalldämmung, dadurch leidet das Ambiente ein bisschen. Bedienung war lt. Ihrer eigenen Angaben sehr überlastet und gestresst, man wollte gar nichts zu trinken nachbestellen um nicht lästig zu sein, aber wie gesagt: das Essen ist toll. Schöne Auswahl an Gerichten.
