We used the catering service for 25 people. The consultation was very warm and professional. Communication was excellent, and the service was top-notch! Reliable and incredibly friendly! Even the pickup of the containers the next day! The food was a huge hit with our guests! It was varied and incredibly delicious! We're already looking forward to our next event—and we'll definitely use "Essen-im-Grünen" again! Thank you!

We were there for the schnitzel buffet. The selection was extensive, the food delicious, and the service friendly. Simply rustic and honest. We'd love to come back. I wish I could find information about future events online.

We ordered a buffet meal for 50 people. The food was delicious. The side dishes complemented the meat perfectly. The meat was tender and well-seasoned. We were completely satisfied. The food arrived on time. We will definitely order again!

The beer garden is the main attraction, BUT it's sooooo lovely and welcoming, and if it gets too cold outside, they heat it up, and it quickly becomes wonderfully warm inside. The owner (I don't publish names online without permission) is a little bit creepy, but—my goodness—the man knows how to handle people and cook/grill/smoke/fry. Seriously: Wonderful food! Nevertheless, I personally can't give it 5 stars. I'm an extra-annoying, terrible vegetarian, and I just happened to get a baked tomato with bacon (?). Labels would be invaluable (I haven't eaten meat in 26 years; I know what it looks like; it was impossible to see under the super-good and generous amount of cheese). Unfortunately, the chef wasn't in a good mood that day. But of course, that could just be a coincidence.

The service was completely overwhelmed. The food arrived after an hour; the steak was a schnitzel with no seasoning at all, the fries were reheated, and the solyanka was without sour cream or lemon. The whole meal was a disgrace. Never again!

It's not open. It seems to be permanently closed. You stand there and then have to put up with it later. Closed is closed. Others have noticed this too.

After half an hour of deliberate driving, we arrived and found that it was closed, even though Google said it should be open. The staff is there but just said 'Sorry, we're closed'. Some people don't understand how annoying it can be when Google shows incorrect opening hours. I am writing this comment at the request of the owner.

Had our fill of asparagus today for Mother's Day there. The food was absolutely top notch, the drinks were top notch and everything was at a flat rate. Simply recommended and absolutely top. What struck me negatively was that visitors marched there with Tupperware containers - the ones I'm talking about are definitely not poor - their fingers were covered in gold rings and their clothes weren't straight out of the box either. But if I go there with the intention of securing my weekly meal on a package meal, I personally find that perverse and embarrassing. Show me how some fellow citizens are morally depraved - outside great, inside bad. Otherwise, the garden restaurant is absolutely recommended. Thanks for the great food.

Haben am Samstag dort eine Feier gehabt. Location super, man kam uns entgegen. Aber leider war es innen kalt. Auf Nachfrage nach Decken bekommt man vom Inhaber die Antwort „was mit einem nicht stimmt, dass er zur Not auch Frostschutzmittel hat“. Tischdecken waren leider dreckig, was zu einer Hochzeit einfach nicht sein kann. Essen war sehr lecker & Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider hat der Inhaber sein Herz nicht am rechten Fleck & ist sehr unfreundlich. Solche Töne kennen wir nicht & haben wir bisher nie kennengelernt. Werden definitiv nicht mehr kommen. Wäre das Essen nicht so lecker gewesen, wäre es 1 Stern gewesen.

Super Essen und freundliches Personal. Ist zu empfehlen.
