We were served very friendly. The prices are social. My pizza was very good. The edge is too tight for me, but that's a matter of taste. But there was a good knife for cutlery. But, therefore only four stars, the seating is far too narrow.

I booked this restaurant for a group of 12, a business dinner, and only got great feedbacks about the food, the place and the service.

I heard that your waiters love drunk women who are specially brought into the rooms on the upper floor. Does your waiter still like to put drunk customers to bed in your own house after work?

The service in the restaurant was slow and impersonal- seemed the 3 men at the front of the restaurant were not interested in some of their customers and more interested in a couple of regulars or stepping out the front door all the time to look around. Spaghetti Carbonara was very dry and stodgy. There are much better and friendlier restaurants very close by so I wouldn’t recommend

I was there when the reinsurance people were there. You didn't get shit to eat. And expensive. Double price. I complained. Then I got a coffee. You shouldn't eat there during this time. Such a shame.

Sometimes you wonder who is thinking. Everything was great, just Baden-Baden prices. But there is no serious justification for paying an additional €1.50 for parmesan.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with our visit to this restaurant. The pinsa with truffle cream and porcini mushrooms tasted completely bland and lacked any spice or sophistication. The spaghetti carbonara was also not nearly as tasty as you would expect at an Italian restaurant. The service was also poor. We had asked for salt, but it was only brought to us the second time we asked. We were not offered dessert or other drinks such as water, which should be standard in a good restaurant. In addition, there was no greeting from the kitchen, which is often common in more “upscale” Italian restaurants. The worst thing, however, was the waiter's attempt to add more tip to the end of the bill than we stated. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and leaves a bad impression. All in all, the food was disappointing and the service also left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Went on a short trip and ate delicious pinsa and great penne arrabiata at Garibaldi and paid a fair price. The waitresses were attentive and friendly. In fact, you sit a little too closely at the next table.

We wanted to have a good Italian meal and so we made reservations. The reception was a bit strange, the service men seemed very stressed. For dinner we ordered saltimbocca with pasta. A plate came with 2 saltimbocci in sauce, nothing else on it, no vegetables etc. Price: €29.90. The pasta came in a separate bowl: price €6.00. Total price €35.90. Even if the taste of the food is ok... was, i.e. the Saltimbocci, the price is completely exorbitant. The production cost of the pasta including labor and energy: a maximum of €0.30. We feel a bit ripped off.

We ate at this place with some friends, the food was very delicious and abundant but the service was terrible!!! We visited the restaurant yesterday and were unfortunately very disappointed. We ordered two burgers, a bolognese and a pinsa. The waiter simply asked us if we wanted fries or salad as a side without pointing out that these cost extra. In the end we found out that the side dishes cost an extra 5 euros each - a total of 10 euros more for two burgers, without us being told this beforehand. Such information must be communicated to the guest clearly and in a timely manner. The taste of the food was also far below our expectations and did not match the price level at all. The quality of the dishes did not justify the price in any way.

Well, what can I say, all but one of the waiters were unfriendly. We were treated like second choice guests. But this has already been mentioned several times here in the comments. The food is okay, but I for one wanted to leave as quickly as possible.

I ate there with my family, the pinsa and pasta were very tasty, but the service is bottomless. Completely unfriendly staff, the food is thrown on your table, the wrong things were brought and when you asked about it, the answer was sloppy. I'm just shocked. I ate at this restaurant a year ago and the food was pretty mediocre. But since I didn't feel like going somewhere else for long, I thought. Come on, let's give the restaurant another chance. The lady greeted us and wanted to lead us to a table until I saw her holding a dog bowl filled with water. The waiter picked it up and the waiter tipped the dog bowl with the water into the sink over the dishes where the glasses and plates were. This is just disgusting and disgusting. There may be people who keep dogs like that and for whom it's okay, but for many people it's not normal... just unhygienic. And I don't know what the health department says about something like that. You don't know at all whether this animal has any worms or anything else. It's not human and animal things don't belong in the kitchen or near it.

Dieses Lokal sollte man meiden, wir wollten Essen und 1 Flasche Wein trinken. der empfohlene Wein war nicht mehr da, danach haben wir in der Weinkarte sage und schreibe 4 Weine nacheinander ausgewählt, die aber leider alle nicht mehr vorhanden waren. Jetzt tauchte freudestrahlend der Chef auf mit 4 Flaschen italienischen No Name Weinen, die er uns für teures Geld empfahl, no danke, wir verließen das Lokal und fühlten uns verarscht!!!

Früher Abend bei schönen Wetter am offenen Fenster: unfreundlicher Empfang, die aufgestellten Stoffservietten wurden kurzerhand gegen Papier getauscht. Kein einziges freundliches Wort des barschen Kellners. Und dann leider auch noch ein völlig versalzenes Essen, selbst nach Kritik im 2. Anlauf. Grauenhaft schlecht.

She had a salad with gaberoni and I had the cuttlefish. As always, very tasty. What my mom liked: there is non-alcoholic beer from Jever (Jever Fun). This is her favorite beer. Beautiful interior with paintings by Bollenhut ladies and photos of prominent guests on the wall. The way to the toilet is up a flight of stairs, not disabled friendly, but it is nicely decorated with oil paintings. High prices.

Never eaten so badly. We should have read the reviews beforehand! Food carelessly slapped onto the plate, lukewarm and there wasn't even a hint of spiciness in the penne arrabiata. The saltimbocca turned out to be three small mini pieces of meat drowned in a thin sauce. The fried potatoes ordered as a side dish were soaked in fat and completely salt-free. Salt and pepper was not provided. With the Primitivo we ordered, we discovered that it was a very cheap wine and we discovered a lumpy, thick mass at the bottom of the glass. When we asked, we were told that it was wine sugar (we had never heard of it before) and that it was normal. The service was unfriendly and uncaring. Absolutely bad value for money. There was no tip for this disappointment. We would have been better off walking a few steps further to Leo's. The price-performance ratio is right there. Top quality of food and taste and the service is a dream!! Worth every penny!

I have eaten here 2 years ago and food was awesome. Although today I visited and all 3 dishes had zero flavour! Disappointed. Service was slow. Server messed up the order - brought out the wrong dish. We kept it, but the taste was missing. What happened to this place? We are Italian and this Definitely was bad food. Tagliatelle with Mushrooms, risotto - no flavor!

I read bad reviews of this restaurant but we felt very different. The service was so excellent, we felt we made a real friendship with our server (thanks a ton Zoheb!). Regulars came and went, hugging staff and being on a first name basis. The food was excellent and we would have ordered more but we were so full. We stayed a bit beyond closing and plenty of people were still there drinking and chatting as good friends. Go here for great food and engage with the clients and workers alike, they are wonderful!

Among other things, we ordered saltimbocco. Tough roast beef, cold on the inside, warm on the outside with brown, salty gravy. Probably warmed up several times. Not as described and I know it: veal in white wine sauce, ham and sage. Either the cook doesn't know what it is or the dishwasher is cooking it. For 34.90 euros with black fried noodles you should expect something tasty as described on the menu. There were also complaints at the neighboring table about this inedible meal. The waitress then said I should have ordered it with white sauce. Laugh. You're probably better off here with simple, non-demanding dishes.

It all started on chilly Wednesday afternoon. When I arrived, I immediately knew something was off. After consuming an incredibly bland and hard pizza, we were met with the abrupt shock of the bill. Upon first glance, it appeared to be just an ordinary bill, but upon further inspection, we noticed something was terminally wrong. There it was, as clear as day and Jesus Christ the Lord our Saviour, the price of water staring us dead in the eyes. €7 for water. Now you might be thinking, well, why does this even matter? but that's when you have to ask yourself, 'Would Jesus pay €7 for water?' and i think you'll find that the answer is 'no'. Despite this gruesome experience, we still found the goodness deep down in our hearts to tip. I truly don't know how to feel about this, and, if I'm being honest, I don't know if I can ever recover from this traumatic event that took place.

I didn't even think the food was good! My worst experience at an Italian restaurant so far. My truffles were also without flavor. My salad was sad to look at, even the amount of sauce it was swimming in couldn't make me happy anymore. In my opinion, I paid twice for my disappointment. It could be that I was the only one disappointed - I won't be visiting the restaurant again. How would a trained restaurant tester have rated my food?

We were guests in Baden-Baden and wanted to have a nice Italian meal. We chose the restaurant based on some pretty good reviews, which unfortunately turned out to be a real disappointment. When I ordered the truffle tagiatelle, everything came to the table ready, the truffle was rubbery, completely devoid of flavor (presumably that's why it wasn't rubbed directly over it at the table, as one would expect?), but the sauce was creamy. The side salad ("colorful" salad plate is on the menu) is far from a nice Insalata Mista - instead, green lettuce snippets that have been drowned in some ready-made yoghurt or cream dressing. Far down in the plate there was a blob of potato salad and cabbage (?) - not what you expect from an Italian restaurant. Likewise the grilled (!) Italian antipasti vegetables. Everything cold and sour... mushrooms, olives, peppers, 1 grilled slice of eggplant... everything pickled sour, nothing freshly grilled and perhaps kept warm to the max. Definitely not what you hope for when you order a grilled starter plate from an Italian restaurant. The ambience is ok, depending on how and where you sit. Some of the tables are very close together and we were coughed on from one side so much that we had to change places again. The prices were pretty decent, which is why we were doubly annoyed that we ended up there. Maybe we should have eaten Pinsa, which seems to be the flagship of this place, but since we only had it at home, we didn't feel like it. In any case, we won't be going there again, because you simply don't want to spend any more expensive money on lovelessness and dissatisfaction in this business. The catering industry can complain all it wants - you have to do something for it, otherwise it won't work! P.S.: We had the direct comparison the following day in another restaurant a little outside, with fortunately fantastic cuisine, a varied, colorful side salad, even more drinks, and a bill of a comparable amount - that speaks volumes!

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppen dort. Wir hatten Salate, verschiedene Pinsa und Pasta. Alles sehr lecker. Der Service war sehr nett. Da das Restaurant jedoch sehr gut besucht war, hatte der Service viel zu tun und wir hatten einige Wartezeiten.
