absolutely perfect. The goose is crispy and the side dishes are very good. Done quickly with little effort. Christmas for 8 people has never been so easy. And with guaranteed success!!

As in the last 2 years, we had roast goose with side dishes. Unlike before, we couldn't have it sent to us, but had to pick it up...we thought it was "stupid" at first, but then we had such nice, friendly and heartwarming contact at the gas station in Steglitz that we were totally thrilled and completely exhilarated moved from there. Roast goose and the rest were, as usual, delicious. We'll definitely order again next year and hope that we're "allowed" to pick it up :). Big compliment and thank you very much!!!

This year, as a "repeat offender", we had two geese ('normal', not organic), a duck, four goose legs, red cabbage, kale, sauce. The poultry was very tender and tasted very tasty. The preparation was simple and took around 2 hours including carving and serving. So you save a lot of time and you really can't go wrong when it comes to the time it takes to prepare it in the oven. Red cabbage and kale were also quick to prepare and very tasty. I was only a little disappointed with the sauce and reworked it. What was missing for me was a strong base of vegetables and carcass. It tasted a bit bland and random. My general tip for the cabbage and the sauce: Don't take them out of the bags just before serving, but put them in the pots much earlier. This gives you the opportunity to rework and season according to your own taste. All in all a recommendation! Thank you very much!

The goose was not too fatty, well cooked and not dried out. After browning, you could enjoy the tender meat wonderfully.

Picking up was super nice. With a mulled wine stand and organic chocolate lollies for the little ones. Very nice staff. The preparation was also super easy. The goose legs were great. Unfortunately, what really disappointed us and didn't match the great impression we'd had up to that point, nor the great reviews, were the side dishes. Unfortunately, red and green cabbage, as well as all 3 sauces, were far too sour. Unfortunately, Christmas dinner was quite a disappointment this year... Something probably went wrong during production. Maybe with a fund that was the basis for all supplements? Very unfortunate. Still 3 stars because of the nice atmosphere when picking up. Next year we'll try a different provider...

After a "test goose" in November, we had 2 for the family dinner at Christmas. The geese were crispy, tender, juicy and delicious; everyone was thrilled! Preparing it at home is really hassle-free and easy. Just a small note: we found that the goose stuffing contained too much onion, giving it a slightly bitter flavor. For the Christmas geese, we removed the onions before reheating and replaced them with apples, mugwort and parsley; We liked it even better! Everything else, ordering, organization and friendliness when picking up: perfect and absolutely recommended! We would like to thank you for a successful Christmas dinner and will come back next year!

This was my first time ordering from you and I've only heard good things. I don't know what went wrong, but the kale and sauce were just sour. We disposed of both. Dumplings, red cabbage and duck were good and edible. I was there in time for pickup, I was standing in line about 5m from the entrance. I only waited half an hour. When I came out, the line was all the way down the street, about 30m. I think I'll try my luck myself next year.

The ordering process was very clear and easy. We ordered 2 x 2 goose legs. The preparation was very easy. There were instructions. The food was ready within 1 hour. Saved a lot of time and it was excellent.

Everything was described, after 60 minutes in the oven the goose was cooked perfectly. The meat was tender and juicy, the side dishes (dumplings and sauce) were also very good. Christmas dinner couldn't be easier to prepare. Gladly again!

This was the third complete Christmas goose we have ordered from this supplier and it did not disappoint. The final preparation is simple and successful; hardly any fat, let alone water, comes out. The meat was tender and flavorful. We only ordered the sauce, so I can't say anything about the side dishes. Last year we had a different provider, but their goose was more complicated to prepare. In the end, the entire sheet was full of fatty water, which had to be laboriously disposed of. The taste wasn't that good either. Conclusion: next year again!

The goose tasted good, but the instructions for roasting it weren't correct. At 120 degrees you can't get the goose warm, let alone brown, in an hour.

Bought vegan roast for 2 people for 85 euros. The "roast" was cooked celery - very simple. Supplements: Too little sauce, too few side dishes, a really unreasonably high price for the bit and a few industrial dumplings. This was the smallest amount of Christmas food we have received in our orders so far, but the highest price. In addition, the food was really unimaginative. It tasted better than my mother's and that's saying something The meat was so tender it almost fell off the bone. And you wanted to eat the sauce straight out of the bowl with a spoon. This is the second time we have ordered our banquet this year and next year will be no different. The quality was great, preparation as always was extremely easy and the taste was great - especially the duck was a poem! Everything tasted delicious and fresh and was of very good quality. No trace of industrial ready-made food taste, which was a bit of a concern for us as new customers. They were the best goose legs we've ever had. Even if it is a bit time-consuming and expensive, it is worth it. I don't like roast goose myself, but even I have eaten it. So tender, the sauce was delicious and really plentiful, I love red cabbage and this blew me away, so delicious and certainly not industrially produced, the pieces were cut too unevenly and the taste is amazing. My husband was thrilled with the kale, almost like he used to eat with his aunt, delicately twisted and very tasty. The dumplings very good. All in all, it was so good that we immediately ordered again. This time my husband ordered, it's a bit expensive, €85 for two goose legs, but the taste is convincing. What we unfortunately didn't find on the homepage was where the geese come from and what kind of geese they are. Free-range, regional, etc. To be fair, I can only give 4 stars because of the high price for two goose legs and the lack of information about the geese's origin and lifestyle

Sorry, but that was nothing at all! €169 for the goose was way too expensive for what you got. Organization at pickup was underground. Had to queue in the rain for more than 30 minutes. The worst thing though... 3 out of 4 people who ate the goose and the side dishes vomited that same evening. The 4th person wasn't really feeling well either. When we picked it up, a young employee also made a promise and said that they had been preparing geese for three weeks. Well, then ours was definitely an old one. I can only say once and definitely never again. Under no circumstances can I recommend Gans Simply. Actually quite the opposite! “Goose Easy” = “Goose Bad”.

Einfach klasse! Die komplette Familie war gegeistert. Wir hatten eine Gans und ein paar Keulen. Beides war sehr lecker und zart und alles war perfekt zubereitet. Nach Anleitung ging es wirklich so einfach und hat nur ganze 60min gedauert. Absolut zu empfehlen!!!

Wir haben zum ersten mal Gänsekeulen gegessen. Die Keulen, die Knödel und die Sauce waren hervorragend. Der Rotkohl war in Ordnung. Werden auf jeden Fall bei GansEinfach wieder bestellen. Anzumerken ist noch, die Verpackung war super und sehr nachhaltig.

Quantität sowie Qualität des Essens spitzenmäßig. Dazu noch toller Service! Ich habe bisher immer bei meiner Fleischerei vorgegarte Gans bestellt, was immer gut war, aber meine Familie fand es dieses Jahr noch leckerer als sonst. Alle drei Gänse waren sehr schön groß, dass sogar 16 Personen satt würden. Hervorzuheben ist auch der Rotkohl, da waren große gekochte Apfelstücke drinnen, was super geschmeckt hat. Auch die Zubereitung per Anleitung hat perfekt funktioniert.

This goose including side dishes (dumplings, red cabbage (Bavarian), kale and sauce are unique in all of Germany. Big compliments to the Gans Simply team. Super Sache. Bestellt, pünktlich und super gekühlt verpackt angekommen. Im Ofen aufgebacken. War super lecker. Die Soße war auch gut als Grundlage (natürlich zu wenig). Ich möchte gerne eine positive Bewertung für den exzellenten Lieferservice und das köstliche Weihnachtsessen abgeben. Der Gänsebraten war einfach fantastisch! Zart, saftig und perfekt gewürzt. Die Beilagen waren ebenfalls sehr lecker und haben das Gericht wunderbar abgerundet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der stressfreie Ablauf. Ich musste mich um nichts kümmern, sondern konnte einfach den fertigen Gänsebraten abholen, ein Stunde vorher in den Ofen, Beilagen in die Töpfe und mich um die Gäste kümmern. Das hat mir viel Zeit und Aufwand erspart, sodass ich die Feiertage in vollen Zügen genießen konnte. Die Abholung war auch sehr einfach, nur war schon eine lange Schlange davor, anscheinend kein Geheimtipp mehr 😅Alles in allem war es ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis und ich kann den Service nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für das wunderbare Weihnachtsessen!

Immer wieder gerne, bestellen wir die Gans , es schmeckt sehr gut . Rotkohl und Klöße reichlich, wir machen mehrere Portionen daraus . Eine Kleinigkeit als Anmerkung für die ganze Gans ist zu wenig Sauce ansonsten alles prima. Dankeschön

Note: The cooking time is a little too short; we added a quarter of an hour to the specified hour at a very high heat so that the goose was nicely browned. Alles perfekt, Gans mit Soße in bester Qualität, auf den letzten Metern der Zubereitung kann man nix mehr falsch machen. Hat uns eine Menge Zeit in der Küche gespart, wir sind sicher auch im nächsten Jahr an Weihnachten wieder Kunde.

Lieferung und Verpackung war wieder top, leider war die Gans nicht so gut, kaum was dran und sehr zäh und fettig. Aber da steckst halt nicht drin. Trotzdem habe ich mich dann über den Preis geärgert, so richtig satt sind wir mit 3 Leuten nicht geworden.

Wir sind zwar nicht die Käufer eines Weihnachtsmenüs von "Gans Einfach", aber die frohen Empfänger und Ausrichter eines gemütlichen Weihnachtsabends. Nachdem eines Jahres selbst gekaufte und zubereitete Gänsekeulen zu einem vegetarischen Weihnachtsabend wurden (an den wir uns trotzdem gerne zurück erinnern), war das Sous-Vide-Weihnachtsmenü von Gans Einfach narrensicher. Perfektes Timing, (fast) perfekter Versand (nicht die Schuld von Gans und Gar - Grrr UPS - hat trotzdem alles wunderbar funktioniert), perfekte Kühlkette, perfekte Anweisungen. Alles hat einwandfrei geklappt, und der Weihnachtsabend war absolut gelungen - auch dank des traditionellen Menüs. Danke, Gans Einfach!

Wir haben das dieses Jahr zum ersten mal probiert, und waren alle begeistert. Von der Organisation bis zur Qualität der Gans, Soße und dem Rotkohl war alles perfekt und köstlich. Wer keine Lust hat selber zu kochen sollte das unbedingt ausprobieren. Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder 👍👍👍
