We always enjoy eating here. Everything is great👍👍👍

Unfortunately we had to leave again. The whole place smelled strongly of incense! 🫢 I've never experienced anything like this before. You can't eat anything there without tasting that smell. I felt sick 🤢 We didn't want to order anything there!!! There was no insight either. After I apologized and explained my problem, we left without further ado. In a restaurant it should be neutral or smell like food. Smoke, smoke and other annoying smells have no place there. I am not in a temple to pray but to eat. Terrible people there!!!

Everything was perfect. It was an absolute experience, food was delicious, service was perfect.

Whenever I'm in Kronach for work, it's my number 1 port of call when I'm hungry.

We were there today with 3 people. The food was sensational. Super tasty and rich. The people were very, very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately we come from NRW and can only go there once. Highly recommended. Price performance fits 100%

The dishes with lamb, chicken, duck and fish taste great, the flatbread comes fresh from the oven and is very tasty, you wait about 10 minutes for the food, very nice staff, pleasant atmosphere, you pay an average of 20 for the whole thing -30€

There is a nice lunch menu. The food tasted very good and was plentiful. Unfortunately, only the rice was saved. I found the fish a little dry. Price performance for the lunch dishes is appropriate. Some of the staff understand German poorly, which leads to misunderstandings. At the end there was a fine mango liqueur on the house. It's nice to eat outside behind the restaurant.

We visited the restaurant on a Sunday lunchtime. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The food tasted authentic, delicious and rich, well seasoned. We all felt full from our main courses. The greeting from the kitchen was also really tasty. I can only recommend the lovingly decorated, colorful restaurant!

July 8th, 2024: We were at Ganesha at lunchtime and found a place in front of the restaurant. Later we took a look at the inside of the restaurant and found a beautiful outdoor area. Unfortunately too late for us. The toilets were ok, could use a little more maintenance. The only drawback is that it is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Service: The staff were consistently very friendly and helpful and created a feel-good atmosphere. Food and drinks: The food was excellent and represented very good value for money. The only complaint about the lunch menu was the divided food tray on which all the dishes were laid out. Since the tray is made of metal, it constantly rotates and is uncomfortable to eat on. Coasters or a thicker tablecloth can help. Conclusion: The Ganesha is highly recommended and actually a must for guests of Indian cuisine. Continued success!!

Great staff, almost overly friendly. But not annoying. The food is really fantastic and there is a huge selection of vegetarian specialties and a lot of variations of meat and vegetables. The outside area could be designed a little more lovingly. You used to be able to see from the wall, now there are wooden fences there...it's a shame. Ganesha is worth a visit in both Kulmbach and Kronach

One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve eaten at in Germany. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. I had the garlic naan, samosas and chicken tikka masala. All were outstanding! I highly recommend you visit this restaurant while in Kronach.

We've been negatively surprised a few times now. If you ordered “mild food”, especially for children, the food was either so spicy that you couldn’t eat it, or it was so sweet that it resembled dessert. We complained every time and they always said they would add sugar and they couldn't do anything else. It used to be really tasty here, but after we've had such bad food probably 5 or 6 times now, we'd rather go back to Kulmbach to see Ganesha. There's nothing like that there.

I'm surprised by this place that Everything is good in such a small town. The food is the best I have had in India restaurant in Germany. The service is super. I definitely would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Truly indescribable: whether it's the ambience, service or food. Everything was super great! The staff very friendly and accommodating. The food is super tasty and the portions are more than sufficient. The price-performance ratio is simply brilliant! There is a small appetizer on the house and a schnapps is also provided after the meal on the house. The toilets are very clean and tidy.

We happened to eat there and were impressed by both the funny and courteous staff and the good food. The portion is large and doesn't cost the earth. I was asked several times if everything was OK. When my food wasn't spicy enough, I was helped immediately. I found the Garlic Tikka to be very tasty. The spiced tea and my lassi were also perfect. The atmosphere is typically Indian, although we got a seat outside the restaurant and didn't see much of it. The furnishings in front of the restaurant are rather functional. Also only a few seats there. There seems to be a beer garden, but I didn't see anything about it. Parking will be rather difficult, but anyone who knows Kronach knows that from the start. We would eat there again at any time.

True, I've had it several times at Ganesha. The food is always delicious. Friendly service, very nice atmosphere. Anyone who picks up food always gets a small Mango Lassi for free. Super Service. The beer garden is also very nice!

Today we were guests at the Ganesha Restaurant for the second time during our week-long vacation. My wife and I followed the staff's recommendation and enjoyed the food. The service was exemplary. The staff always asked if everything was OK. and whether we had any further wishes, all without seeming intrusive. The ambience invites you to relax and, in contrast, we felt completely comfortable. We are happy to recommend the Ganesha restaurant.

German - My experience at Ganesha Restaurant in Kronach, Germany was disappointing. Despite my purely vegetarian diet, I was served chicken in my vegetable sauce, which was a repeat of what had happened several months ago. The owner, recognizable by his turban, was rude and disrespectful, even to other Indian customers. They also admitted that they use the same pan for all dishes. I cannot recommend this restaurant to vegans or vegetarians. English - I regret to say that my experience at Ganesha Restaurant in Kronach, Germany was disappointing. Despite being a pure vegetarian, I was served chicken in my vegetable gravy, which happened again after a previous incident a few months ago. The owner, identifiable by his turban, was rude and disrespectful even towards fellow Indian customers. Additionally, they acknowledged using the same pan for all dishes. I cannot recommend this restaurant to vegans or vegetarians. If I was a German, I would have searched this restaurant. Ignored only because I don't have strong knowledge regarding the lawyers.

Mein lieblings Inder in Kronach... Man bekommt es scharf ... Obwohl es für mich nicht so wirklich scharf war .. aber für alle anderen die es probiert haben Incl. Dem Chef war es zu scharf ... Auch die Sorge dass es einen deutschen eventuell zu scharf sein könnte ... Geschichte dazu Ein anderer deutscher hat es auch probiert Indisch Style Und der Notarzt musste kommen Sehr sehr zuvorkommend Toller Laden

Ganz spontan waren wir dort, Tisch reservieren wäre empfehlenswert. Es ist unglaublich,dass in Kronach solch ein toller Inder ist. Der Empfang, der Service, das Essen, die Getränke . Unglaublich toll. Deshalb unbedingt empfehlenswert. Alle Angestellten sehr freundlich. Lasst euch das nicht entgehen !!! Wir kommen definitiv wieder 🤩👍

Wirklich eines der besten Restaurants in Kronach. Sowohl der Mittagstisch als auch die Abendkarte sind sehr zu empfehlen. Mittags kann man aus einer kleineren Karte wählen und bekommt eines schnelles, preiswertes und wirklich sehr leckeres Essen. Abends geht es etwas ruhiger zu, vorweg wird Naan mit verschiedenen Dips gereicht und man kann aus der reichhaltigen Abendkarte wählen. Die Portionen sind in beiden Fällen wirklich ausreichend und der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Wartezeit war der Rede nicht wert und verliert sich quasi in Nichts, wenn man auch nur kurz seinen Blick durch den wirklich schön eingerichteten Raum schweifen lässt. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Dieses Restaurant verdient wirklich 5 Sterne. Waren heute das dritte mal da und wie immer sehr begeistert. Super freundlicher Service, sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen hervorragend. Leider ist dieses Restaurant in unserer Nähe.... ansonsten wären wir dort mit Sicherheit sehr viel öfter.

Schönes Ambiente, sehr nettes Personal, Essen war top, mir allerdings ein Tik zu scharf.

Das Essen war Top. Das Restaurant hat sich schnell gefüllt. Obwohl die Kellner alle Hände voll zu tun hatten, waren sie stets freundlich. Wir waren zu siebt und waren uns alle einige, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Lokal nur empfehlen.

Wir haben heute im Büro über Lieferando für Mittags etwas bestellt. Hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Essen war super lecker und ist auch noch sehr heiß angekommen. Trotz der ca. 15 Minuten Verspätung (ist kein Problem, kann mal vorkommen). Eine Kleinigkeiten gab es aber: beim Mittagessen steht, dass jedes Gericht mit Salat und Dessert geliefert wird. Das Dessert war dabei, der Salat allerdings nicht. Hat aber fast keineN von uns gestört, einige haben es gar nicht gelesen 😄 wir werden definitiv nochmal bestellen! Weiter so!

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und es gibt eine Große Auswahl. Die Portionen sind völlig ausreichend und es wird auch immer gefragt ob man mehr Reis oder Soße oder Dip braucht.

Früher sehr gut 5/5 Sterne, mittlerweile ist leider das Lammfleisch jedes mal so zäh und durchwachsen, dass man es nicht essen kann. War früher viel besser. Jetzt ein neuer Koch? Bitte wieder so wie früher! Sehr schade!

Wie immer alles bestens! Kommen sehr gerne, Essen immer frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich sehr zu empfehlen! Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Update: Nach mittlerweile lang anhaltenden Streitigkeiten, im Bezug auf die Bezahlung eines Schadens muss ich meine Bewertung abändern. Am Abend als das Missgeschick passierte wurde versprochen dass für den entstandenen Schaden (mit Essen versaute Kleidung) gehaftet wird, war nicht so. Mittlerweile läuft das ganze über den Anwalt. Alte Bewertung: Sehr leckeres Essen und sehr nettes Personal, welches teilweise etwas schusselig ist. Man sollte wenn möglich Kleidung anziehen, die man im Fall der Fälle wegwerfen oder nur noch zum Streichen benutzen kann. #nofront

Super gutes Essen Super guter und netter Service Haben seit langem nicht mehr so viel Spaß beim Essen gehabt und preislich absolut jeden Cent wert. Schade das man nur 5 ⭐ geben kann
