Gandhi in Hannover

I ordered from the Gandhi restaurant via Lieferando. The delivery time was 5:00 PM, but the food didn't arrive until 5:40 PM. The restaurant's number provided by the delivery service was incorrect, and the customer service was extremely unfriendly. When I politely asked the driver why they offered preferred times if they couldn't keep them, I received a rude response: "Just don't order anymore." Absolutely unprofessional and unfriendly to customers!

Pathetic service , food was not delivered despite 2.5 hour wait and restaurant staff was unbothered and unhelpful. Never going to order again from this restaurant and won't recommend others as well

Disappointing all around! From the delivery to the food itself, it wasn't worth a single star. The promised delivery time was 45 minutes, but it actually arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes, and that only after multiple calls. There was no promised call back either. The food was almost cold and had little to do with Indian food. "Medium" wasn't even spicy, the bread was sticky, the baked chicken was rubbery, and the sauces had no Indian flavor. I'm really disappointed and will definitely not order again.
