Fusion Steakhouse Restaurant in Bad Segeberg

Unfortunately I didn't take a photo 🤤 I ordered very quickly but was very friendly and completely fine. I was told that I could have my steak as big as I wanted. I then very quickly received a 600g rump steak, which was the perfect cooking point for me, which I could of course choose, along with a large foil potato that you could even eat with the skin on. Overall, it was super tasty and really quick, great service. I was asked briefly whether everything was okay. The price was €60, which I think is very reasonable for a beef steak with extra vegetables. It was of course very tasty and of the best quality, perfectly cooked and everything at fast food speed with steakhouse quality. Flens on tap is also available. Definitely recommended. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area.

After a long journey and empty stomachs, we decided on this restaurant. Many other restaurants can learn a lot from the very courteous, attentive, competent and friendly service. Unfortunately we had to work overtime for the gentlemen and the lady, which we were really sorry about, but they were still always friendly and very nice. Just the way you want it as a guest. When it comes to food, we always live by the motto…..We are spoiled and want to stay that way. We definitely weren't disappointed here! The chef knows something about his craft. We had a shrimp pan, a fillet that was cooked to perfection and, first of all, grilled feta and onion soup. We have recommended you to all business colleagues in the region. Can't quite understand the reviews. The service was very friendly. But the food really wasn't good, just schnitzel with fries. A lettuce leaf would have added a bit of color but seemed a bit bland. There was also an unpleasant smell in the guest room, as if something was wrong with the drain. We wouldn't visit the restaurant again, but we were just passing through. The price is otherwise okay, but not for this quality.

Unfortunately, the meat was so hard that you could hardly bite it.

Lunch after 2 p.m., great! The waitress with the pretty blue glasses knows what she's doing. Also great. The semi-dry rose wine tasted outstanding. The burger buns were exciting. Never seen it like this before. We give you an extra point for the red pepper on the steak burger. Thanks.

Short waiting time, very nice friendly service and super delicious food. We were there two days in a row - everything was freshly prepared and always hot. The tables were clean and prepared in a friendly manner. The waitress came to the table every now and then and asked if everything was OK. We'd love to come back next year.

We were there by chance and were extremely satisfied. Everything was really great. Everyone was very nice and the food was absolutely worth the money. The lemon chicken was very tasty and the dish is a great composition. You rarely find something like this on menus! I highly recommend it! Food & Service: very good! Rib-eye steaks were tender, tasty and cooked to the desired doneness. The starters and desserts were also very good. The service was just great - very friendly and accommodating. Local is an absolute recommendation!

Food was good, but if you are served ketchup or mayonnaise with your meal, you assume that it is included in the price. Then when you're paying, you're surprised when you're asked - did you use mayonnaise or ketchup? which is then calculated at -.40 cents per piece.

I had dinner there with my girlfriend in the evening. The service and the food were top. The waitress was very attentive and always looked after all the guests. The food was well prepared and special requests were also catered for.

Accidental find 😉 And now one of our favorite restaurants! Although it was just before the end of lunch, the service was very nice, took the order in a welcoming and friendly manner, was happy to fulfill any special requests and served us one (or 2) of the best schnitzels ever! With fresh mushrooms instead of canned vegetables 👍My detailed review is because we didn't expect such great cuisine in Segeberg's pedestrian zone and the hospitality definitely made us want to come back😊

We were on Christmas vacation in a holiday village nearby and wanted to have a nice meal on both holidays. So we reserved a table for 6 people here. Unfortunately, this was a total failure because the restaurant did not offer ala carte, but only prescribed menus, which were not announced when making the reservation. What's more, we were seated right at the front door, even though the restaurant wasn't even half full. Different is comfortable. So, totally disappointed, we ended up looking for a Christmas meal in a slightly different restaurant, namely "Champers", and were thrilled. The men wanted to eat burgers and so we were in the right place. I can therefore not make any statements about the quality of the food.
