Fusion Steakhouse Restaurant in Bad Segeberg

Unfortunately I can't judge. I don't know the restaurant.

Can't quite understand the reviews. The service was very friendly. But the food really wasn't good, just schnitzel with fries. A lettuce leaf would have added a bit of color but seemed a bit bland. There was also an unpleasant smell in the guest room, as if something was wrong with the drain. We wouldn't visit the restaurant again, but we were just passing through. The price is otherwise okay, but not for this quality.

Unfortunately, the meat was so hard that you could hardly bite it.

Lunch after 2 p.m., great! The waitress with the pretty blue glasses knows what she's doing. Also great. The semi-dry rose wine tasted outstanding. The burger buns were exciting. Never seen it like this before. We give you an extra point for the red pepper on the steak burger. Thanks.

Short waiting time, very nice friendly service and super delicious food. We were there two days in a row - everything was freshly prepared and always hot. The tables were clean and prepared in a friendly manner. The waitress came to the table every now and then and asked if everything was OK. We'd love to come back next year.

We were there by chance and were extremely satisfied. Everything was really great. Everyone was very nice and the food was absolutely worth the money. The lemon chicken was very tasty and the dish is a great composition. You rarely find something like this on menus! I highly recommend it! Food & Service: very good! Rib-eye steaks were tender, tasty and cooked to the desired doneness. The starters and desserts were also very good. The service was just great - very friendly and accommodating. Local is an absolute recommendation!

Food was good, but if you are served ketchup or mayonnaise with your meal, you assume that it is included in the price. Then when you're paying, you're surprised when you're asked - did you use mayonnaise or ketchup? which is then calculated at -.40 cents per piece.

I had dinner there with my girlfriend in the evening. The service and the food were top. The waitress was very attentive and always looked after all the guests. The food was well prepared and special requests were also catered for.

Accidental find 😉 And now one of our favorite restaurants! Although it was just before the end of lunch, the service was very nice, took the order in a welcoming and friendly manner, was happy to fulfill any special requests and served us one (or 2) of the best schnitzels ever! With fresh mushrooms instead of canned vegetables 👍My detailed review is because we didn't expect such great cuisine in Segeberg's pedestrian zone and the hospitality definitely made us want to come back😊

We were on Christmas vacation in a holiday village nearby and wanted to have a nice meal on both holidays. So we reserved a table for 6 people here. Unfortunately, this was a total failure because the restaurant did not offer ala carte, but only prescribed menus, which were not announced when making the reservation. What's more, we were seated right at the front door, even though the restaurant wasn't even half full. Different is comfortable. So, totally disappointed, we ended up looking for a Christmas meal in a slightly different restaurant, namely "Champers", and were thrilled. The men wanted to eat burgers and so we were in the right place. I can therefore not make any statements about the quality of the food.

The food was very tasty. The staff very nice. It was a great, relaxed atmosphere. The home-mixed house schnapps is a must try 👍 We'll be back on our next vacation.

Es war ein voller Erfolg! Waren am 30.12. zur Einstimmung auf unseren Silvesterkurzurlaub zu sechst zum Abendessen im Fusion Steakhouse. Das Essen war sehr sehr gut. Der Chef hat uns sehr zuvorkommend bedient. Preis/Leistung sehr gut! Würden es jedem empfehlen!!!

Waren heute am 1. Weihnachtstag mit 9 Personen dort. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und die Service Kräfte waren alle super nett und freundlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Das Essen wahr sehr lecker vor allem die Bedienung wahr sehr nett und Freundlich. Wahren sehr zu Frieden werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen wurden sehr herzlich empfangen .

Das Steak war super, medium-rare wie bestellt, die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Das Gemüse kam bestimmt aus dem Gefrierbeutel (nicht überraschend im Winter) mit starkem Pilzgeschmack, wirkte etwas künstlich. Das Ambiente ist einfach, aber das macht der freundliche Wirt wett. Wir gehen bestimmt wieder dort hin.

Hallo, bedingt durch einen mehrwöchigen Aufenthalt in Bad Segeberg waren wir an zwei verschiedenen Samstagen, jeweils am Abend, zum Essen im Fusion Steakhouse. Von der Tischreservierung über den Service bis natürlich zu den Speisen war alles......P*E*R*F*E*K*T! Frisch, Lecker und mit einem Lächeln serviert! Unser Aufenthalt bzw. unsere Aufenthalte waren jeden Cent wert und wenn wir ab heute ( 12.09.23 ) nicht über sechzig km weit weg wohnen würden, wir würden zu Stammkunden werden! Nach dem Besuch bei Karl May waren wir hier anlässlich unseres Betriebsausfluges essen. Sehr leckeres Essen und perfekter Service !

Das Essen war super lecker, der service extrem nett. Haben sogar noch ein Geburtstagsdessert erhalten, kann ich wirklich nur jedem empfehlen der in Segeberg schön essen gehen möchte - immer gerne wieder!!

Das Essen und die Bedienung war top. Steak war gut gebraten und hatte einen Klasse Geschmack. Ambiente könnte an sich und auch vom Licht etwas gemütlicher gestaltet sein.

Die Lichtgestaltung im Fusion ist mir zu hell und zu ungemütlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker! Wobei uns auch da das Konzert nicht überzeugt.... Steak oder Rinder Medaillons für über 25€ pro Portion inkl. Kartoffelbeilage aber bei dem Preis blieb das Gemüse und sogar die Salatgarnitur völlig auf der Strecke.

Wir sind durch Zufall drauf gekommen. Aber es war eine super Entscheidung, der Service , das Essen war super. Sehr zu empfehlen....werden definitiv wieder kommen. ☆☆☆☆☆ ;)

Eines dieser vielen Billigrestaurants, die sich großspurig "Steakhouse" nennen. Hatte einen BBQ-Burger mit Pommes. Service war unterdurchschnittlich, wenn auch nicht grottenschlecht aber mit viel Luft nach oben. Ambiente, naja. Kostet wohl auch Geld es mal gemütlich einzurichten. Könnte schlimmer sein, aber nicht wirklich dolle. Essen: Die TK-Pommes waren ganz ok frittiert. Gibt bessere (auch in direkter Umgebung), gibt schlechtere (nicht in der Innenstadt). Der Burger war, ja wie beschreibe ich ihn? Er war sein Geld keinesfalls wert! Harter Bun aber vielleicht sollte der AlDente sein. Zumindest war er etwas individuell. Fleisch war ok aber wirklich nicht besonders gut und der Bacon ... naja. Insgesamt Geldverschwendung und nicht so, dass man den Burger je wieder essen würde wollen. Was ist so schwer daran einen vernünftigen Burger hinzukriegen? Ich meine, dass ist doch keine Raketenwissenschaft. Etwas Liebe, etwas Sorgfalt und sich einmal darüber Gedanken machen. Fazit: Keinesfalls empfehlenswert, es schmeckt nicht besonders. Schade.

Beim Stadtbummel durch Bad Segeberg bin ich zufällig in diesem Steakhaus eingekehrt. Bin absolut begeistert, die Freundlichkeit des Personals, das wohlschmeckende Steak welches nicht besser sein könnte. Alles in einem kann ich mit gutem Gewissen 5 Sterne vergeben und dieses Restaurant empfehlen...

Trotz offensichtlich starker Belastung der einzigen Bedienung wurden wir sehr freundlich bedient. Die angekündigte Verzögerung stellte sich nicht ein. Das Essen war für uns Perfekt. Fleischqualität und Zubereitung aus unserer Sicht waren optimal. Selten, eigentlich noch nie, ausserhalb Italiens so ein wunderbares Bruscetta gegessen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, das Essen (Rinderfilet bzw. Rumpsteak und Fusion Pfanne mit Bratkartoffeln) war perfekt. Preis angemessen. Von uns eine eindeutige Empfehlung

Wir haben heute zum ersten Mal in diesem Restaurant bestellt und waren begeistert von der schnellen Lieferung und den leckeren Burgern. Auch die Onion-Rings und vor allem der dazugehörige Knobi-Dip haben gut geschmeckt; die Pommes hingegen waren leider nicht gewürzt und wir mussten nachwürzen. Ein kleiner Abzugspunkt ist auch, dass das Essen leider nur noch knapp lauwarm bei uns ankam, obwohl wir gerade in diesem Ort waren. Zusammenfassend war es aber ein leckeres Essen.
