Fusion Steakhouse Restaurant in Bad Segeberg

My meal was very tasty. We didn't have to wait long either. I'm deducting one star for the service because they told me that some drinks/side dishes and dessert (all on the menu) were currently out of stock. I would have appreciated if this had been communicated in advance, rather than having to find out after you've already seen the menu and are about to order.

Four of us visited Fusion on a Friday at 7:30 p.m. As the only steakhouse in town, there's no need to fear competition. The meat was cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, the partially frozen carpaccio, which, after a complaint, was microwaved and re-served by the chef in a somewhat rude manner, somewhat soured my evening. I would like to highlight the waitress. The lady was the perfect combination of polite professionalism and cheeky humor. She is what saved the restaurant its four stars. We could imagine coming back.

Apparently, there's a change of ownership. There were seven of us with a reservation, and no one was satisfied. The side dishes were extremely small, and the server didn't speak a word of German. We've been there a few times, but this time... For example, a friend asked for alternatives to the garlic dip. The answer was no, but they did have steak sauce. We won't be visiting the restaurant again.

Small steakhouse in Bad Segeberg. Prices were reasonable. The appetizer was very tasty, with crispy garlic bread... my fillet steak was perfectly cooked and tender. The ribeye steak was very sinewy. The service was okay, but we missed the occasional check-in to see if everything was to our satisfaction.

We were there for the second time and... impossible. The table had been reserved for 9 people for seven months. We sat with 18 people in a room of about 12 square meters without windows! We waited more than 1.5 hours for the food. And it wasn't particularly tasty either.

The food is very reasonable and tastes very good. The price-performance ratio is OK. The service is very friendly.

We ended up hungry in Bad Segeberg on a drive home from the island of Rügen. After ending up in a place that did not accept card payments, we ended up here at Fusion Steakhouse. Here we were very positively surprised. The head chef could promise good meat and personal contact with the butcher. It was no exaggeration and we were served very good meat dishes. The entrecote can really be recommended.

Very good lunch, the schnitzel was freshly breaded and prepared, and the sauce wasn't from a packet either. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. Really well-cooked, high-quality meat, and the roast potatoes were also delicious with a bit of onion and bacon. For dessert, I chose Hot & Cold warm plums in red wine sauce (like stewed pears) with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The house liquor consisted of 13 different ingredients, but I'd say it was like passoa with Malibu. We received friendly and prompt service. The decor is functional, and the chairs are more than comfortable. A very good experience!

The food was good, the pepper steak was cooked to perfection, the burgers were very tasty, but the Parmesan Chicken plate was a bit overcrowded – perhaps the salad should have been served separately. The service was friendly, if a bit slow. The ambiance was okay – perhaps they could use tablecloths instead of these paper ones. The price/performance ratio was good, though.

The food was good; the meat was cooked to perfection and the side dishes were also OK. Unfortunately, the main course was served when we were only halfway through the starter, which was unacceptable. The waiters should get some more training. There were only a few other guests when we were there; we would have expected a bit more attentiveness from the waiters. We ate outside.

I haven't had such a perfectly grilled beef steak in a long time! I opted for the medium-rare rib-eye steak, and it was unbeatable in terms of flavor, tenderness, and juiciness. The sides, which I had were fries and toast, were also delicious. An invisible sixth star goes to the extremely professional and friendly service! We definitely had a very pleasant evening.

We went there for dinner with the kids after visiting the Kalkberg Cave. It was delicious, and the service was incredibly friendly, even to the kids. Very good value for money. Thank you.

The food was very tasty, and the service was friendly and attentive. However, with prices on the higher end, you could certainly avoid using ketchup/mayo from a packet, or charge €0.40 for those 17 ml.

The meat was excellent and cooked to perfection, but the asparagus was poorly peeled. Asparagus is not recommended there. You'd rather have properly peeled asparagus in a restaurant.

We ordered food today and it was delivered very quickly. I had a vegetarian burger, which was slapped together very carelessly. There was a lettuce leaf that was also rotten on one side. We definitely wouldn't order there again.

If you don't eat here, you don't know what you've missed. It was all very tasty. Keep it up.

Ate steak several times and it was always very good, as was the hospitality. I can recommend it without reservation.

It was another very nice evening with you. The Fusion impresses with its rustic and cozy atmosphere. Everyone is just very nice, attentive and accommodating. The food is just incredibly delicious. Personally, I'm a pepper steak addict. Always a must for my daughter and me as soon as we are in Segeberg. Yesterday. With good friends who have never been there before, but are now also “Fusionfied” 😃 We're still there for 10 days and will definitely come by again 😁

Steakhouses are usually always a bit more expensive. The shop was only moderately busy at a good time, so everything went pretty quickly. 1x starter, 2x main course and 2x drinks are quickly €70. Food is ok but not great either. You can get more for less money somewhere else.

Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo 🤤 when I ordered very quickly, but very friendly and completely ok, I was told that I could have my steak as big as I wanted. Then I got a 600g rump steak again very quickly, which was the optimal cooking point for me, which I could of course choose, plus a large foil potato that you could even eat with the peel on, overall super tasty and really very fast, great service Beef steak pans with extra vegetables of course also very tasty and best quality, perfectly cooked and everything at fast food speed with steakhouse quality. Flens on tap is also definitely recommended at the start and I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area

After a long journey and empty stomachs, we decided on this restaurant. Many other restaurants can learn a lot from the very courteous, attentive, competent and friendly service. Unfortunately we had to work overtime for the gentlemen and the lady, which we were really sorry about, but they were still always friendly and very nice. Just the way you want it as a guest. When it comes to food, we always live by the motto…..We are spoiled and want to stay that way. We definitely weren't disappointed here! The chef knows something about his craft. We had a shrimp pan, a fillet that was cooked to perfection and, first of all, grilled feta and onion soup. We have recommended you to all business colleagues in the region. Can't quite understand the reviews. The service was very friendly. But the food really wasn't good, just schnitzel with fries. A lettuce leaf would have added a bit of color but seemed a bit bland. There was also an unpleasant smell in the guest room, as if something was wrong with the drain. We wouldn't visit the restaurant again, but we were just passing through. The price is otherwise okay, but not for this quality.

Unfortunately, the meat was so hard that you could hardly bite it.
