Lunch pizza. Smaller than normal, ideal if you're not that hungry.

The service was very tense and abrupt. You had to repeat everything several times. For a lot of people, we didn't know what he had already written down because he just stood there and stared at us. The food was okay, but very unseasoned. The toilets were very unpleasant.

Very stylishly furnished and clean. Friendly and competent service - prompt and attentive service. The bruschetta was mega, the spaghetti with salmon and gorgonzola sauce was very tasty and the Diavolo was spicy but not fiery (the dough, like the bruschetta, was fluffy and crispy at the same time) - all in all super tasty.

Unfortunately you have to give 1 star! The table, glasses and plates were dirty. My food was cold and the Aperol was non-carbonated. The staff tried hard, but unfortunately were completely overwhelmed. Unfortunately the visit was an expensive failure!

The food wasn't that good, the bread was very dry and the pasta and pizza didn't taste like much. I would have expected much more for a 4.5 star rating.

My wife and I were here for the first time. We looked for a nice Italian restaurant in Bad Segeberg before the evening performance of “Karl May” around 3:00 p.m. A beautiful terrace with a view of the market square and very friendly and considerate staff with great cuisine and a great price/performance ratio and a very cozy restaurant from the inside just made it more fun. Food and drinks (red wine/beer/Sambuca & Averna) were great. Thanks alot. It's worth booking a table in advance. We were lucky because we were already there in the afternoon and we will come back at the next opportunity👍👍.

I give the service one star because he apologized and we were able to cancel a pizza after complaining about dirty dishes, a hair on the bread and the coffee with flaked milk. The food was ok, but we lost our appetite after all the unpleasant experiences.

Worst carbonara, with cream and raw onions, I've ever ordered. Waiting time to place an order is 20 minutes. Waiting time from ordering to eating at the table was 30 minutes. The pizza is good, although quite greasy. Of 6 dishes, 2 were wrong. Can happen. It was improved, but wordlessly. Without an apology and without saying how long it will take again. No further questions in between asking whether it tastes good or whether other things are needed.

We came across the restaurant by chance during our vacation. The atmosphere was very inviting and the staff were very friendly and extremely attentive. The food was of exceptional quality, prepared quickly and tasted really excellent! The price was also very fair! Were there at prime time, but unfortunately the waiters weren't very good at communicating and ignored us. Only after repeated requests did the waiters let us place an order. After 20 minutes, 2 drinks arrived (4 people) and one beer had been tapped for at least an hour. Mistakes can happen and everything is forgivable, but the sum of the mistakes will ensure that I won't eat there again. Fillet steak was fried to death, but the pepper sauce, which was not there, was very tasty. On the whole you have to say the service needs to be replaced or trained because the food is ok.

Sorry, but we can't understand the good reviews. This restaurant has nothing to do with an Italian restaurant at all! The taste of the food is ok, but you can also get the same thing in Feuerstein or Einstein. We had antipasti and salad. If you want to eat real Italian food, you should go to Fedula or La Famiglia.

Unfortunately an absolute failure!! Wrong drinks, warm drinks, food that has absolutely nothing to do with Italy?? The dark Hefeweizen was so warm that you couldn't drink it. When asked, the waiter simply replied that he was sorry. No accomodation or anything else. Once and never again!!

Went there for dinner with our grandchildren before visiting Winnetou. The four of us were all very impressed by the food and the friendliness of the staff, so much so that we went back there the next day.

I ate and drank something there with my wife and a mutual friend before attending the "Santiano" concert on May 18th, 2024 (I received a Rg. No. 26110 dated May 9th, 2024). Since the concert was very well attended and there was a good crowd both in the restaurant and in the bar car, we were happy to accept a slightly longer wait. The food was also really tasty, although we were surprised by the 4 larger ice cubes in a 0.3 l glass and 1 ice cube in each of the beers that were served. I've seen and experienced (almost) everything when I've visited restaurants over the past few decades, but ice cubes in beer were new even to me. Therefore, I deducted 2 stars overall, but still recommend the restaurant.

We were there when no one was sitting inside and had peace and quiet. The food was very tasty and there was a lot of cheese everywhere. Of course it's a matter of taste, but for me it was great. The portions will definitely fill you up! The drinks aren't overpriced either.

Well, the Kalkberg season is upon us. Our food was still not good. I'm about to look for the bank statements from the card payment.

Me and my partner were here for the first time today. The service was very friendly and attentive. Everything went great from the starter to the main course. Italian music is playing at a pleasant volume. There aren't very many tables and the space is a bit smaller, but an attempt has been made to create a pleasant ambience through wall paintings and plant accents. The antipasti plate for one person is very large and could almost be a main course. Everything delicious and fresh. The main course (Bistecca al Fichi) was also very tasty. The rump steak was between medium-rare and rare. The sauce with figs was nice and sweet and went great with the steak. At the end there was a limoncello on the house.

Tastes. Meat is juicy and vegetables are fried just right. Add Grillo white wine and you're in Sicilia.

An all-round successful evening. It's been a really long time since I've had such a good meal. The dish (beef fillet) was perfectly fried to medium rare and was a delight! The owner is nice and friendly, as are the serving staff. A lovely evening, complete with anecdotes, stories and a tour of the house by the owner. TOP price-performance ratio. Thank you

DANGER! Food poisoning. We ordered dishes there, half of which obviously contained expired products, the other half wasn't visually appealing but was still ok on the surface. After we immediately reported this to the owner, he became very angry and even claimed that no one had ever complained about his food. During this insolence, the rest ate their dishes. Despite everything, the owner made us pay and didn't apologize. Hours later half of us who ate were very sick. When things got worse days later, the doctor discovered that unfortunately all of the “eaters” had food poisoning. We have notified the health department. Be careful of this restaurant, it is bad for your health. Apart from that, the furniture and toilet rooms were very worn out. A pity

Went spontaneously to dinner at Italia today. The food tasted very good, from the bread to the dessert. The desire to share a pizza was absolutely no problem and half a pizza was served on two wooden boards. A cozy restaurant, friendly and attentive service...gladly again

Unfortunately, the spaghetti Bolognese was bad, the sauce was hardly seasoned and seemed as if it had been prepared quickly by someone with no cooking experience. Maybe something in the kitchen didn't go as it should and people improvised, but then you should offer the guest a different dish. (We ate there in summer 2023)

We moved here a few weeks ago and found this sweet Italian place, the pizza is really amazing as well as the pasta. At the beginning of our visit our children even got a little treat to snack on from the kitchen which was also delicious so this is definitely it Locally worth a visit

The two of us were there on a Sunday evening, we were the only guests. The atmosphere is very dated and kitschy. The long menu also made us suspicious. The food was okay for me, the rocket could have been fresher. My partner's pizza was quite cold and didn't taste good either... The service wasn't bad, but it could have been a lot friendlier.

Food on site was super delicious! The salad tastes excellent and fresh! Plus fresh bread, homemade of course. Plus a pizza calzone, well filled and delicious, I'm full and very satisfied. The ambience with Italian, calm music invites you to linger. I will gladly come again. Price wise too! Try it out!

Moin. 🤔 2 Pizzas nach Wahl bestellt, kamen Schell und heiß. Der Preis von 37,20 € hat mich dann schockiert. Der erste Eindruck war OK, aber dann? Essen war zwar heiß, aber nicht durch. Sprich der Boden war ein Lappen!! Für das Geld kann ich auch zum Griechen gehen. Schade 😔

Leckere Pizza, sehr freundliches Personal, ruhige Atmosphäre, Preise waren gut, sehr zentral am Markt gelegen. Kleine Tips: eine Abendbeleuchtung an der außentür macht es einladender. 👍

Wir haben einen sehr netten Abend dort verbracht. Kamen ohne Anmeldung mit 10 Personen , es wurde direkt angeboten die Tische umzuschieben/zusammen zu schieben, weil die Kids nicht “alleine“ sitzen wollten. Wir hatten Pizza,Pasta und Salat und jeder war sehr zufrieden. Es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt bei dem netten Service. Vielen lieben Dank

Went there for lunch today and just have to say the food was offered with a good selection and at a great price. Especially my vegetables with the zander fillet were fantastic. When asked whether the restaurant grows the vegetables itself, the waiter/owner stated that they receive the vegetables fresh several times a week and process them immediately. Been there for the first time and can only recommend it. P.S.: The salami pizza was great too :)

Das Essen war sehr lecker, allerdings haben wir etwas über eine Stunde darauf warten müssen. Außerdem war das Restaurant so voll, dass schon Tische zusammengeschoben wurden und andere Gäste sich umsetzen mussten, damit noch mehr reinpassen. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten mit dem Ganzen leicht überfordert.

Auf das Essen mussten wir sehr lange warten. Die Bestellung wurde dann noch durcheinander gebracht (wahrscheinlich weil der Kellner sich nichts notiert hat). Aber der Pizzateig war gut. Btw wer ist auf die Idee gekommen „rotes“ Alster zu servieren? Ich habe für euch nachgefragt, es ist übrigens ein Alster mit Granatapfelsirup. Kann man machen, wenn man Zeit hat, muss man aber nicht. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir waren zwischen zwei Vorstellungen, Winnetou, in Restaurant, und wie jedes Jahr war es sehr voll. Das weiß man, wenn man regelmäßig bei Karl May ist. Trotzdem war das Servicepersonal nett.

Wir haben nur schnell essen wollen.. Mittagstisch.. Dieser überzeugte durch Auswahl und Preis. Die Pasta und die Kalamari waren frisch, ausreichend und lecker 😋

Wir waren spontan da und wurden leider enttäuscht. Die Pizzen (Margherita, Italia und Diabola) waren fettig, der Teig na ja... Spaghetti sehr aldente und die Bolognese dazu geschmacksneutral... Als hätte man nur Hackfleisch im eigenen Saft durch einen Hauch Tomate gezogen und ohne Gewürze serviert, wurden selbst von unserem eher anspruchslosen Teenager stehen gelassen. Sorry, aber keine Empfehlung.
