The food at the juice shop was more juicy and fat than the juice shop itself

We always enjoyed being here but it gets worse from time to time. A few days ago we were not treated like customers but like unwanted customers. German was never spoken and you felt very uncomfortable. Questions were answered incorrectly and when they spoke to you you had the feeling that everything was too much. The kebab was wrongly topped, the fries were wobbly and both were already cold. The pizza was so greasy that you couldn't even lift it. Dough was horrible. Stomach pain was included in everyone. Staff were asked about cold fries etc. and were fobbed off with a “then that’s just the way it is”. Furat will never see us or many of those around us again.

When you come in you will be treated like slaves instead of customers. You wait far too long for your food, after 15 minutes I left the store immediately, left everything lying there and didn't consume anything and left it lying there. This store is simply a lie in itself

Never again !! Unfortunately, this store has more than slacked off. I was there for a few days. The counter was cleaned with a disgusting dishcloth. Everything that was lying around was wiped into the salads. The dishcloth was hanging in the onions. Disgusting. Apart from that, there are no more tomatoes or cucumbers on the kebab. The order is a complete disaster. Every time you have to repeat the order at least five times and then make sure that everything is prepared the way you want it - it's annoying.

Very disappointed. Food was semi, fries take longer than kebab dishes. Service so-so. Seating is something for the bulky waste, artificial leather is totally torn. !!! Not recommended!!! Only 7% is taxed on the receipt, even though you sat down and ate there. This is called tax evasion! The looks you get when you ask for the receipt are not nice and the Arabic/Turkish words are definitely meant to be friendly.

You can eat better at the rest stop, it's cleaner, just as expensive and just as tasteless. 5 out of 5 men now have stomach problems.

Five of us had dinner at Furat today. And four of us are now sitting on the sofa feeling sick. Furat used to be great, but today it's a complete disaster. Including unmotivated and unfriendly staff.

Cleanliness zero. If you like it sticky, then you've come to the right place. Take a seat, put your hands on the table, better than any superglue. If you are more than two people, the food doesn't come at the same time, but one after the other... so have fun eating alone and watching. And no matter how many times you ask, the bread is always forgotten. Tip from me: Bring your own bread.

The first time it was quite good. The second time it didn't work anymore. The spicy sauce tastes like curry ketchup with a little chili. It's not tasty and they were unfriendly too.

La première fois le « Dönerteller”était plutôt correct mais la salade déjà un peu fanée. Et puis deux jours plus tard un plein canicule, c’est le seul offre, rien d’autre n’est disponible d’un menu qui promet des spécialités turques. Le personnel, si gentil l’autre fois, refuse de préparer des brochettes ou de servir des entrées froides (mezzes). C’est Döner ou rien, très décevant.

Four of us had dinner at Furat. Had 2x doner plates, 1x Iskender Kebab and 1x Tavuk Sis (chicken skewer). The meals were very tasty and fresh. Everyone enjoyed it very much. The drinks are only available in tiny 0.2L bottles for €2.50 each. There is only self-service, no service. When the food is ready, an electronic device vibrates and you have to collect the food yourself from the counter. There is no paper menu, you can download it as a PDF onto your cell phone. Rather impractical for older guests. The toilets in the basement were clean, the glass sink is very cool. What's funny is the breakthrough from the women's to the men's toilet in the sink area, so you can see your partner washing his hands.

Haven't been there for a long time. While I was looking forward to finding a Turkish grill, I was unfortunately disappointed. Nothing remains of the previous ambience and service. A pity. Price performance is ok, but nothing more.

The employees are so unmotivated and don't even look at your face. The customers are probably still talking to each other. Disastrous service. Never seen such rude and disrespectful employees.

As a big fan of kebab and always looking for new taste experiences, I recently visited Furat in Kerpen Sindorf and decided on a kebab with veal and cocktail sauce. And I have to say, it was delicious! Furat has a wide selection of kebab variations and I was thrilled to have the opportunity to enjoy a kebab with tender veal. The combination of the juicy meat and the refreshing cocktail sauce was just perfect. The meat was wonderfully seasoned and freshly prepared on the grill. It was so tender that it literally melted in your mouth. The cocktail sauce gave the kebab a pleasant, creamy note and harmonized wonderfully with the meat and fresh salads. Before my visit, I also found out about the Furat on the Internet and came across some positive reviews from other visitors. Some specifically mentioned the quality of the veal and the flavor combinations offered here. I can only confirm these statements, because my kebab was really a taste experience. The service at Furat was friendly and quick. My order was taken promptly and the food was freshly prepared. The portions were generous, so I was really full and satisfied. All in all, my visit to Furat in Kerpen Sindorf was a complete success. The kebab with veal and cocktail sauce was simply delicious and exceeded my expectations. The quality of the meat, the fresh ingredients and the friendly service convinced me. I can recommend Furat to anyone who is looking for a special kebab experience.

The entire store is dirty, the tables are sticky with grease, the floor is sticky with grease. Large store and self service! Tables are not cleared immediately. Everything is standing there, and there are 6 employees!!!!! Fly everywhere. No cloths on the table. No cutlery. Everything only on request. Never go here again.

Diarrhea immediately after eating. And very strange staff

We ate here randomly while charging our car and was pleasantly surprised. The best donner sandwich we have ever had. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely go back.

The doner bread was very delicious and the doner was a normal doner. The employees were attentive. It's a quiet place. Being close to nice shops is an advantage.

I ate there a few days ago, luckily for the first and last time... The service person doesn't seem to want customers. There are 5 of us standing around, one of whom doesn't know what the other has to do. You have the feeling of not being welcome there. I ordered a special fries and, sorry, I almost vomited, the onions on the fries were more like expired and they smelled so old that I felt bile. We wanted to eat in the store and it only came after 45 minutes. The table wasn't clean and there were stickies everywhere. We ordered a Turkish pizza and a Dürum, both of which were completely cold. The edge of the Düren was connected and hard. Turkish pizza was completely soggy as if it had been lying around for a long time. Furat used to be a really great store, but unfortunately it's no longer there. There wasn't much going on in the store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The shop is almost empty, 3 bored service staff look away. The man at the kebab skewer has "lost" he has to take my order. I order a kebab bag. The spit was turned on (at 5:35 p.m.!!!!) It turns and turns, then suddenly another guy comes and pushes the sandwich toaster down so that the sandwich warms up faster. Speaks to the colleague at the spit in a language that I luckily didn't understand and then tops it with the cold leftover meat that was UNDER the spit. When I asked him about it, he claimed that he had supposedly cut off new meat. What a disgrace!!!! This store used to be good, but that was years ago! Rude service, cold meat is not possible. Every fair stand shows more professionalism. I won't go here anymore and won't recommend it to anyone. I should have been surprised that there were no guests in the restaurant at 5:35 p.m.

FURAT used to be great. I was very disappointed when I was able to dine there again after a few years. The first disappointment was as soon as I ordered the food. Menu XY couldn't be ordered today, there was no veal. With the wait of more than 30 minutes, which wasn't that bad, I had time to look at the interior, which now looked really worn out. Service is no longer available, there is only self-service. Prices have risen, portions have been reduced. Kindness is limited. The food, compared to a few years ago, is more of a snack level. For me personally it's not a restaurant but just a snack bar.

Way too overpriced. There was hardly any meat in the french fries kebab box!! For the price it's a rip off. I spoke to the staff and he said that it is usually expensive and I didn't think that was nice!!!!

Disgraceful behavior by the team, the extra kebab was not a bit bigger than a normal kebab and then you had to pay the higher price. No more tomatoes or cucumbers.

A kebab was ordered without onions, but we received one with just onions. It was described as O.Z, i.e. without onions... simply unbelievable. Another kebab was ordered. You received one with the wrong sauce and untoasted bread. Furat used to be the best kebab far and wide. Unfortunately you have to avoid the store today.

I wish I had read the latest reviews sooner! What's happening here is underground. The food now tastes terrible. The mayo on my fries special was definitely bad! This was denied. I'm really not picky but I almost puked. Instead of responding to it, just a defensive shake of the head. The washroom is dirty, everything seems careless. And then such prices? Sorry but NEVER AGAIN. I used to be a regular customer but I wouldn't want to eat in a shop like that.

If you go here you won't know your way around. Why ride a bike when you can have a Ferrari? So go to the kebab house in horrem❤️ they don't have respect for the customers like these people from furat where you can no longer speak German in the shop 🤙

Burnt food, waited 1 hour. Then served wrong food. The H....S..N thought he had a child in front of him and wanted me to pay for it. His balls deserted him and left without paying. Conclusion: REFUGEES who have no qualifications, HYGIENE is ZERO and DISGUSTING food. FURATE(TE) fits better, last name is a SHAME.

Hallo. Von Bestellung an schon schlechter Verlauf. Dönerteller und türkische Pizza ohne Fleisch bestellt. Bei der türkischen Pizza wurde dann nach dem Fleisch gefragt...... Essen wurde schnell zu bereitet. Erklärung ganz einfach, der Dönerteller: eiskalte pommes, Fleisch war gerade noch lau warm, Soße kaum zu sehen. Nach Reklamation, eine Portion pommes neu, diese war lauwarm. Beim bezahlen dann: ah, 2 Dönerteller.... Nein, korrigiert, getränke in 0.2, aber Preise hierfür viel zu hoch FÜR das Geld ist es definitiv NICHT WERT

Just sad. Years ago, right at the beginning, I was a satisfied guest. Ordered a poultry kebab two weeks ago in the afternoon: just horrible: meat ok, rolls ok. But as a salad only white cabbage and red cabbage. No tomatoes, no cucumbers. Oh yes, there were a few onion rings on there too. Salesman handles food and money without gloves and gives the impression that guests are just annoying him with their orders. Shame on you.

The worst of the Turkish restaurants I have visited so far. The food on offer here is simply brutal. The Mercimek soup was the only thing that was good. The mixed grill plate was a flop. All types of meat appear to have been placed in a salt marinade for several days. Just look at the picture and see how dark some things are. I also only wanted coleslaw and onion for the salad. I got a mixed salad 🤦🏻‍♂️ The highlight… More than 6-7 employees on site. But still self-service. Facility OK. There's a lot of room for improvement here.

The food doesn't taste good anymore, unfortunately the service is catastrophic. The staff looks at each other smoking and as a customer you stand around and don't know what's going on. The very last thing, ahso and women still like to watch them. The staff really doesn't work. Went back today and nothing has changed before it got worse.

I'm sorry for the harsh criticism. Been there the last 3 times and always the same. The employees don't see any work, you are ignored, everyone stands stupidly behind the counter and hardly anyone does anything to take your order. People insult you when you ask when I can finally order. A customer is worthless. I can also waste my time elsewhere. I can't say anything about the food, I didn't even get that far. The boss should be ashamed to sit next to him at the high table and just watch. And I've known the shop since it opened. No recommendation from me.

February 2024 If you know a rotisserie, you all know it. In terms of quality, this was at the lower level. Snack equipment from the turn of the century. If you prepare everything at the front, it should be clean and look that way. You wouldn't have had to cut anything off the skewer, This was spread out in the salad at the front. Very frightening how Furat abolishes himself. Unfortunately no longer recommended.

I've been eating here regularly for years. The quality is always good.

After the whole Corona story, this kebab shop has lost a lot of quality. It starts with the temperatures in the store, it's cold! Service staff were also saved, ok, I can do that Life. BUT the quality of the food has deteriorated extremely. The meat is extremely fatty, and if you're lucky, the fries or rice (no matter what) are lukewarm. There is no issue of friendliness of the employees. I'm not surprised that it doesn't get more than 3.3 stars. It is advisable to try other kebab providers.

Not to be outdone in terms of unfriendliness. This has been a known problem for years, unfortunately the boss sees it differently, otherwise I wouldn't know why nothing has changed. If it was just enough for the job at the kebab skewer, you shouldn't take your frustration out on the paying guests.

There are so many kebab shops nearby. So save your time and go somewhere else. No matter where, it's always better than here. I would have recommended it in the early stages, but not at all now. The decision remains with you.

Schnelle Bedienung und schmeckt lecker.

Wir waren letzte Woche dort essen. Das Essen wurde uns empfohlen und war wirklich sehr sehr lecker. Der Service war plumb fast schon unfreundlich. Das Ambiente war nicht so angenehm da die Tische links und rechts von uns dreckig waren und es lagen Pommes vereinzelt auf dem Boden.

Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Man wollte etwas was nicht scharf ist, es wird gesagt es ist nicht scharf, es war mehr als scharf. Cay bestellt, nach 25 Min. als wir gerade gehen wollten „Ihr Cay ist fertig“. Übertrieben unangenehme atmosphäre es kam ein Typ rein mit Musikbox, hat alle Leute angequatscht und so beobachtet dass man sich unwohl fühlt, die Mitarbeiter sagen nicht mal was und lachen noch mit Einfach unangenehm und ekelhaft der Laden

Döner usw schmeckt gut dort. Leider wenn man dort isst. Zieht es ordentlich und an manchen Tagen ist es sehr frisch dort. Kam schon vor das ich meine Jacke garnicht ausziehen wollte. Sonst im großen und ganzen empfehlenswert

Gutes Restaurant für Döner, Pizza etc., gepflegt, nettes Personal. Im Winter etwas wenig geheizt. Toiletten sind nur über Treppe erreichbar.

Wir waren sonntags mittags dort, als nichts los war und haben für zwei Snacks to go 30 Minuten gewartet. Der Grill musste erstmal angemacht werden, dabei hatten sie bereits länger geöffnet. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, wirkte total genervt und sie standen mit 5 Mitarbeitern hinter der Theke, einer davon spiele zuerst an seinem Handy und begann dann per Lautsprecher zu telefonieren und sein Kollege toppte das Ganze noch indem er mit einer Hand den Grill bediente und in der anderen Hand sein Handy hielt und im videocall war !! Service also absolut unterirdisch. Das Essen war okay.

Das Essen an sich ist wirklich lecker. Aber der Service ist ne Katastrophe. Sie schreiben sich alles auf, vergessen es trotzdem und nach dem man es nochmal gesagt hat , vergessen sie es nochmal. Freundlichkeit ist hier komplett fehl am Platz und alle haben so gar keinen Bock auf ihren Job .

Immer noch der beste Döner im Erftkreis.

Es waren 4 Männer hinter der Theke und wir bestellten 2 Dürüm zum dortigen Verzehr. Wir bekamen einen 'Pieper' mit, und sollten darüber benachrichtigt werden. Alle um uns herum, auch die, die später gekommen waren hatten ihr Essen schon. Allerdings auch nicht in der Reihenfolge wie sie gekommen waren. Das Essen war ok, frisch, aber leider nicht gut gewürzt, und die Portion im Vergleich zu anderen Essen dort und auch zu anderen Dönerbuden in meiner Heimatumgebung entweder zu klein oder zu teuer mit 7.50€.

Laut, lange Wartezeit für einen Dönerteller. (25 Minuten). Essen war okay, aber recht teuer für die Qualität.

Kann die negativen Rezessionen nicht verstehen. Geschmacklich ist der Döner top, ist zwar eher ein Döner Sandwich und könnte etwas größer sein aber geschmeckt hat es sehr gut.

Seitdem hier quasi im Restaurant Selbstbedienung ist, hat es stark nachgelassen. Mitnehm-Gäste und Restaurant-Gäste vermischen sich an einem Tresen um Bestellungen aufzugeben. Die Preise sind aber üppig.

Es schmeckt immer wieder gut. Ich kann nicht klagen. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist nicht ganz so schön, aber man kann dort trotzdem schön sitzen. Immer wieder gerne!

Ich kann die letzten negativen Kommentare hier nicht bestätigen, wie haben in den letzten Wochen sowohl vor Ort gegessen als auch Takeaway bestellt. Dass Essen war immer lecker ob Kebab Spieß, Hähnchen oder Kalb Döner, die Pommes sind gut gewürzt und knusprig. Die Preise sind stark angestiegen, aber dass ist auch das einzige wo ich meckern kann. Die Vorgehensweise, dass es vorgefertigte Zettel gibt, was man auf seinem Döner haben will oder nicht, finde ich sehr gut.

Die scharfe Soße schmeckt nach Ketchup. Billiger geht's nicht. Dafür 6 Euro für einen Döner zu verlangen ist fast eine Frechheit.

Nicht schlecht da aber 2 mal Bestellung vergessen an einen abend und joa Portionsgröße lässt zu wünschen übrig bei den Preisen

Mein Besuch im Dönerladen Furat war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Schon beim Betreten des Ladens schlug mir ein unangenehmer Geruch entgegen, der mich beinahe umgehauen hätte. Es roch nach altem Fett gemischt mit undefinierbaren Gewürzen, und ich fragte mich ernsthaft, wie man in so einer Umgebung überhaupt essen konnte. Die Auswahl an Speisen war minimal. Es gab nur zwei verschiedene Döner zur Auswahl, und beide sahen so trostlos aus, dass ich fast versucht war, den Laden sofort wieder zu verlassen. Ich entschied mich schließlich für den Dönerteller, in der Hoffnung, dass er etwas besser sein würde als sein Aussehen. Leider wurde meine Hoffnung schnell zunichte gemacht. Der Döner war trocken und geschmacklos. Das Fleisch hatte eine gummiartige Konsistenz und schien schon seit Stunden auf dem Grill gelegen zu haben. Die Soßen waren dünn und fade, und das Gemüse wirkte schlaff und unfrisch. Neben dem unterirdischen Essen war auch der Service eine Katastrophe. Die Mitarbeiter waren unfreundlich und desinteressiert.

War das 1. Mal seit 5 Jahren wieder dort. Damals war das Essen mehr als lecker. Aber die Qualität des Essens ist echt nicht mehr gut. Die Preise für das was man bekommt viel zu teuer.

Tja, was soll ich sagen. Sehr unfreundlich, überhaupt kein Service. Das Essen war eher durchschnittlich. Serviette zum Besteck, Fehlanzeige. Also für mich war es der erste und letzte Besuch. Es gibt definitiv bessere Döner Läden und da freut sich das Personal wenn man zum Essen kommt. Ach noch was zum Schuss, nicht jeder weiß das man erst an der Theke bestellen muss. Ein Hinweis darauf wäre echt von Vorteil gewesen.

2023 Leider gar keinen Besuch mehr wert. Das Aushängeschild des Restaurants der "Döner" ist nur noch im Pita Brot; das reguläre Kebab Brot scheint es nicht mehr zu geben. Davon ab sind die Preise, abgesehen von dem Döner, völlig überzogen; auch angesichts der allgemeinen Preissteigerungen wurde hier zu sehr der Preis nach oben gedreht. War das letzte Mal für mich. Sehr schade. 2020 Das Essen ist immer sehr gut, in vielen Jahren war daran nie etwas auszusetzen. Die TischBedienungen sind auch fast immer gut gelaunt und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jetzt das 'Große Aber'. Das Personal hinterm Tresen lässt viele Jahre hindurch jegliche Bereitschaft meinerseits Trinkgeld zu geben augenblicklich zum erliegen kommen. Die sind immer, wirklich immer unterdurchschnittlich unsympathisch. Häufig auch unfreundlich, immer etwas desinteressiert an Allem. Selbst wenn man nur bezahlen möchte, bekommt man einen Blick (weil Sie gestört werden) als wenn man deren Lohn verlangt hätte. Fazit: Es ist zum Haare raufen, das Essen ist immer so gut, dass das Personal hinterm Tresen verschmerzt werden muss. 🤔🙌🙌 Es bleibt dabei. Super Essen, gelangweilte Mitarbeiter hinterm Tresen.

Früher gab es hier mal den besten Döner der Stadt, heute trifft das leider nicht mehr zu. Die Bedienung ist unterirdisch. Die Herren hinter der Theke machen den Eindruck, dass sie absolut keine Lust auf ihren Job geschweige denn auf Kunden haben. Die Soßen sind weiterhin gut, Döner schmeckt meistens auch gut. Die Preise sind jedoch ziemlich hoch. Allerdings lässt die Hygiene zu wünschen übrig. Einmal habe ich beim Essen vor Ort eine Maus durchs Restaurant huschen sehen. Ein anders Mal wurde ich Zeuge, wie Reis von einem Teller wieder zurück in die Auslage gekippt wurde. Ob der Teller vorher bei einem Kunden auf dem Tisch stand oder sich darauf nur Reis befand, der erwärmt wurde, kann ich nicht genau sagen. Für mich allerdings ein Grund mehr, hier nicht mehr essen zu gehen.

Leider nicht mehr so gut wie es mal war. Schon bei der Bestellung wurde einem vermittelt eher lästig zu sein und nicht sonderlich freundlich bedient. Ein einfaches "Ja" symbolisierte das man nun bestellen darf. Daraufhin wurde einem wortlos ein Pieper in die Hand gedrückt der signalisiert wann man sein Essen holen kann. Keiner Erklärungdazu oder Frage ob man es kennt. Nach ca. 15 Minuten vibriert es auch auf dem Tisch und auf der Theke standen mehrere Essen inkl. verschiedener Salate. Auf die Frage welches davon nun meins ist, deutete man wortlos auf einen Teller. Den zweiten Teller habe ich mir dann so genommen und bin zurück zum Tisch. Leider hatte ich noch kein Besteck, so dass ich an der Theke nachfragte wo ich das finden kann. Wieder nur ein kurzsilbiges "da" und ein Fingerzeig in eine grobe Richtung, danach wand sich die Bedienung wieder von mir. Da ich es aufgrund der "detaillierten" Beschreibung nicht finden konnte, fragte ich nach, und man stellte fest, dass keins mehr im dafür vorgesehenen Tablett auf der Theke lag. Zum Essen: geschmacklich gut und frisch, daher 4 Sterne. Für 15,50 jedoch sehr viel Reis und nur recht dünne Spieße. Ambiente: modern wirkend, aber einige Tische nur oberflächlich abgeputzt (Sauberkeit hat im Gegensatz zu früher stark nachgelassen) Service: wie bereits beschrieben katastrophal. Selbst 1 Stern eigentlich zu viel. Ich gehe sehr gerne beim Türken Essen und denke sehr gut vergleichen zu können da ich sehr häufig in Köln als auch in Berlin mit türkischen Freunden und Kollegen türkisch Essen gehe, aber so unfreundlich wie hier bin ich noch nie bedient worden.
