Super delicious food, especially vegetarian options. Great recipe ideas and well seasoned. We are very sad that lunch will be closed from July 1st. is set.

The FuH also knows how to impress at its new location. Fabian passionately cooks creative menus that inspire in the long term. A must for everyone who appreciates good food in a friendly and familiar environment.

We were often at the previous location in Ottensen for the gourmet weekends at FUH and were now able to enjoy a very tasty and well-prepared 5-course menu on a gourmet Saturday at the new location in the town center of Rissen. We were able to reserve 2 places at short notice because, luckily for us, other guests had canceled! The chef de service was very friendly and answered all of our questions and requests. The wine recommendation went very well with the main course. The vegetarian main courses were in no way inferior to the meat version (I swapped plates with my wife every now and then ;-)) and it was a great culinary delight and all in all a very nice and pleasant evening in the "new" FUH. In this way: Many thanks to Mr. Ehrich and the entire team for continuing to maintain their cooking at such a high level even in difficult gastronomic times and, in particular, for being committed to extensive sustainability in the products and vegetarianism itself!! PS: I would like to point out in another post that the oat milk for coffee can sometimes run out and that doesn't necessarily mean "there is still a lot to improve (in terms of vegetarian and/or vegan)!" Sustainable sometimes also means that something is used up and not that it has to be replenished or maintained for better or for worse...;-)

Already an absolute top address in the “old” location in Ottensen! Excellent and creative cuisine with regional products without unnecessary chi-chi. The products themselves are skilfully presented and the result is incredibly delicious food. But without having to stay in a stock-still atmosphere, as is unfortunately too often the case in Hamburg restaurants that have similarly high standards of cuisine. Simply very good food in a relaxed atmosphere. Also worth highlighting is the professional yet warm service. The drink selection is on point and the wine recommendations go perfectly with the respective menu. I also think it's great that you get your money's worth as a meat lover as well as a vegan/vegetarian, without any dogmatic approach being pursued here. Everything is prepared with love and passion and you can taste it. It is an enrichment that the Fuh will now be preserved in a new place of work

A delicious restaurant in itself. What's a shame, however, is that they advertise that vegan cooking can be a good thing, but at the same time no oat milk is offered. Very unfortunate. There is still a lot of catching up to do!

Exzellentes Drei Gänge Menü, frisch, sehr schmackhaft, kreativ. Außerdem gab es vorweg hausgebackenes Brot mit Dipp, als Zwischengang einen Gruß aus der Küche, aufmerksames, zugewandtes Personal. Der Weg ins FuH hat sich gelohnt.

Lockere Atmosphäre. Leckeres Essen. Nettes Personal. Geheimtip!!!
