The restrooms were very dirty, and the staff didn't care. Men were sent to the women's restroom because the men's was no longer accessible. The soap dispenser was broken! The baguettes, etc., had seen better days.

Salzgasse 128We waited about 20-30 minutes for our order to be taken (two drinks). Then we had to wait another 20 minutes for a cold drink and a cappuccino. Many guests who had already been seated got up and left. The service itself was friendly. It's a shame, really, because the location is truly beautiful.
