The food at frittenwerk is always very fresh and tasty, great staff

The store isn't for me, but my kids love the fries & churros. I have had positive experiences with the staff.

Food was really nice. Ordering is simple via a screen and pick your food up from the counter. Nice and clean inside. Only downside is that the menu is a bit on the small side.

Waited over 20 minutes for my food. (we're talking about fries here). Bad service

If you like fries. This is the place to go. Crunchy and salty, the way the're suppose to be.

In the entrance area you immediately feel like you are at Mac Donalds, you are greeted with self-service screens. This makes the choice easy if you know how it works. Whoever likes it... The service was ok but professional and the food came quickly. And it tasted good. The real flaw lies in the cleanliness and hygiene of the place. It wasn't two o'clock in the morning, but 3:30 p.m. and the dining room looked totally filthy! The tables were greasy, with leftover food, food leftovers smeared on the floor, some of the tables were not cleared and the garbage can was overflowing! I have attached pictures. Really people, that at Rosenthaler Platz in the middle of the day? It doesn't work at all! Frittenwerk Zero Points 😣

Every now and then it's really great... The food is really tasty (of course it's a matter of taste) it's just something different... the service wasn't that great and seemed rather annoyed and disinterested but the food was still tasty and sufficient...

Unfortunately very boring. The fries are nothing special. For a place that calls itself Frittenwerk, I would say the fries are bad. The sauces (I was there twice) are rather boring or unbalanced - individual flavors dominate too much. I was looking forward to the meal because I think fries with sauce are great. But unfortunately not in this version.

Good evening! Add my two cents too! The atmosphere is really very inviting BUT 1. the service was really underground! I came in, placed my order at the machine and then greeted the female waitress at the counter without any reaction! My Mouse was put into a potty that was much too small and it overflowed! Instead of taking a new container, this one was wiped dry so that your hands stick nicely after touching it! 2. my fries were taken out of the warmer! After talking about how old these were, she said that they were relatively fresh but she could also make new ones! Anyway! When they were ready, they were mixed with the old fries so that I had the tastiest fries of my life! Tossed them in trash after three bites! 3. The currywurst had probably been on the grill for a long time! My result: DEFINITELY NEVER AGAIN

Always friendly service. Food is hot, fresh and nice mix of flavours. Perfect for a casual quick bite.

I go here almost every week but must stop because the food is getting worse, and they keep missing the toppings I order with my fries. Sorry guys. Every other time I get cold potato, it’s not good anymore.

The food is really delicious, you can't afford it every day. I now often come here at lunchtime between 12 and 2 p.m., but unfortunately I repeatedly noticed that there were longer waiting times of 15-20 minutes because there was only one employee on site. It's a shame, a busy corner and an MA stands alone at lunchtime.

After I ordered French fries I waited 25 minutes to have them. In a fast food place. And were cold. Only in the perfect Germany can happen🇩🇪

I was in the mood for fries and especially these Suçuk fries, I rushed there without having any fun, got my box, thought for a moment there was nothing in it, opened the box……, 7 pieces inside….😑€3.90? For nh fart portion of suçuk deep fried with ground cumin on top. Had a “large” portion, also supposedly Suçuk style. Fries were cold and just didn't taste good at all. I definitely won't be coming back. It's a shame that you haven't become worthy of the name Frittenwerk.

After driving past countless times, I finally stopped and entered the “booth”. A fascinating, positive surprise: Huge selection, including vegan options, great taste, very nice service and all at acceptable prices. My “must go” recommendation for every hunger. ... with humor - see photo!

The plump and fluffy French fries served while hot here are hard to beat anywhere else. It's boring and predictable every time I eat it, but it's always so delicious 😭

Fantastic place and great quality choices

This place is specialised in potato chips. I went there with my colleague. I have ordered a normal portion of potato chips with ketchup. You need to pay extra for the ketchup. Nearly 4 € just for potato chips it’s already a bit expensive. After my order the chips were served within a minute. The potato chips weren’t freshly prepared and served rarely warm. It’s a disappointment if you were served nearly cold potato chips in a chips place. The chips should be freshly fried in hot oil and then served. It was the first time and the last time in this place.

We stopped by this place, and wow — what a great experience! Luigi, the manager, was super friendly and took great care of us. The service was so fast, and everyone was really attentive. Honestly, these were the best potatoes I’ve ever had — seriously delicious! And as a person who has gluten free diet, it was really easy for me to find good options. We loved it so much that if we weren’t already full, we’d have ordered even more. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Mi hermano gemelo y yo estábamos en un pub y bar dando vueltas por esta parte de la ciudad cuando pensamos que era prudente conseguir una comida en nosotros y este punto de venta Frittenwerk encajaba perfectamente con la ley. Un gran fan de los puntos de venta de Frittenwerk, este es un interior magnífico, ligero y aireado, gran decoración y mobiliario y un montón de opciones de asientos repartidos por todo este Frittenwerk, es un lugar fresco para relajarse. Pedimos una porción de papas fritas cada una con una salsa picante, el servicio fue rápido y muy agradable, masticamos nuestras papas fritas que estaban totalmente deliciosas y justo lo que necesitábamos para prepararnos para unas buenas horas. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestras patatas fritas aquí antes de seguir adelante y aunque nuestra visita fue solo fugaz nos lo pasamos muy bien, es fácil de localizar a lo largo de Brunnenstraße. El horario de apertura es; Lunes a domingo, abierto de 11 am. Vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona.

I had an amazing experience at Frittenwerk! Their fries are simply the best—crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned. I tried the loaded cheese fries, which were topped with melted cheese, crispy bacon, and a delicious ranch drizzle. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. What can I say, I love poutine and I love Frittenwerk! I would love to eat garlic fries with different toppings here every day. The shop at Rosenthaler is very clean and you always get your food served quickly and fresh. The employees are super nice too! Top!

Hello, when asked: I just didn't think it tasted great. I wonder how high the profit margin is given the portion/price ratio. Tip request with 100% self-service questionable. Tables are all apparently designed so that you shouldn't show up with more than four people.

Frittenwerk has a good ambiance and the potato fries are super delicious. The price is not so expensive.

When the outside temperature was 3 degrees, the door was always open - the shop was cold, loud with music and the fries weren't even particularly good - some of them were still solid on the inside, barely seasoned or salted and that's relatively poor for a company that calls itself Frittenwerk.

We were happy, full and satisfied after our stay at the Frittenwerk. Nice ambience, delicious and visually beautifully presented food. We can recommend: BBQ Pulled Turkey, Tijuana Street, Pistachio white Churros. We'd love to come back.

Super clean restaurant, stylishly decorated, super fast and friendly service. I ate Istanbul style fries, super tasty. Highly recommended if things have to be done really quickly.

I ate the rainbow bowl and was very impressed by the taste. Unfortunately, I found the price a bit steep considering that it mainly included salad and little falafel or quinoa. Otherwise I was very happy that there was so much vegan choice :))

The vegan currywurst with fries tastes delicious and is a good alternative if you feel like a quick currywurst :-)

Far too expensive for what was on the table.

Spontaneous visit. Quite inviting from the outside and the name seemed promising. The hummus balls were quantitatively disproportionate to the price. However, what always annoys you the most is the service. You can walk away from the food. But the annoyed way when the food is served is not acceptable. The way you serve food is usually the most important interface between the customer and the store.

Super friendly staff, great food and a relaxed atmosphere (it should be particularly emphasized that the music was at a pleasant volume so that you could still have a good conversation). I am so grateful that, as an allergy sufferer (gluten intolerance), there is such an uncomplicated shop where I feel safe!

Fries and the rest Hui...... Curry sausage Pfui...... Yesterday I had dinner here with my Dart colleagues, we chose pulled pork and shawarma Sweet potatoes, falafel, chicken sticks and finally another currywurst to try. So first of all, apart from the currywurst, which I'll get to later, everything was delicious The ambience was also cozy and appropriate. The puled pork could have had a little more red cabbage, but that's certainly a matter of taste! In contrast to the puled pork, the shawarma could have been more, but in the end you were still full. So everything is fine. But as promised, now about the currywurst, unfortunately it was so dry on the edges that at first I thought they had given me a piece of bread instead of a sausage 🍞, that could have been the case, but upon closer inspection you could clearly see that it was a sausage should. I can only hope that it was a one-off, because I actually wanted to taste something different next time. I'll avoid the currywurst for now! I'll come back and then adjust the rating if necessary.
