The employee (shop owner) is so unfriendly, she can't speak German, and she wants 50 cents for a little extra sauce, even though I've been a regular customer for years. I have to say I personally enjoy the food, but the woman at the cash register needs to change something.

Just ate with my colleague. The food was cold, I vomited all over it, and my colleague is so exhausted.

This has to be a joke, this place is awful! This place is the worst. I was in the intensive care unit for four days with severe food poisoning! I was there with my colleagues, and EVERYONE, absolutely EVERYONE, ended up in the hospital! This place needs to be shut down immediately! The "chicken" didn't taste like chicken, but rather like the smell of the subway! NO!

Warning! Warning! Warning! After eating the chicken from Fresh Tag, I almost lost my life and ended up in intensive care for five days. This food was life-threatening! Anyone who eats here is risking their health – stay away from this place!

The food (noodles with chicken) was cold. The sweet and sour sauce was spicy, and the chicken was frozen. NEVER AGAIN.

Worst Asian food I've ever experienced! Cold noodles...breaded chicken breast fillet, 4 small frozen strips from the deep fryer. Doesn't even deserve a star!!!

I've never paid such a high price for such an old, tough, white-spotted duck. In the end, I was annoyed with myself for not returning it. But I didn't want to stand around with the unfriendly staff who didn't understand German or English. It's a shame, because a year ago, everything looked completely different: delicious food and friendly staff.

If only I'd read the reviews beforehand... Unfortunately, we went there too. The wait was OK, the food was okay but not great. The lady was extremely unfriendly and annoyed with us. First she said EC cards didn't work, but when we wanted to go somewhere else, she conjured up a device... In the end, we wanted my son to pack up the leftovers, but the extra 50 cents wasn't worth it to us.

The Chinese stir-fry was very dry and poorly presented. The employee refused (and was very rude) to pack the Chinese stir-fry for me, claiming he was already overwhelmed with two customers – even though there wasn't a long line. My questions were answered without eye contact.

I think the store only exists because of the new customers who just happened to find it after shopping. This is my seventh attempt since this store opened, but I've been disappointed time and time again. The potion is so incredibly small that you wonder what I'm actually looking at.

Food is okay, the waiting times are just not worth it

Never again! First, I received the wrong order, and the chicken was RAW!!! Absolutely not recommended!

The chicken tasted like rubber boots soaked in pee! Highly recommended! The service is friendly and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. I particularly liked it because the decor reminded me of my handsome father-in-law's house. However, it loses one point because the chicken leg wasn't tasty! I won't be going back!

I'm really sorry but the saleswoman wasn't really cordial, a bit strict and like "finally ordered!". The meal took a really long time, about 20 minutes for one portion of fried noodles. The food was also burnt and the whole portion tasted burnt and the noodles were bland, there were no vegetables really... the Chinese one next to it was great as a replacement!!! But not freshtag, sorry

Unfortunately no fresh ingredients. Salad on the plate already brown and wilted.

Amazing food and great prices it really exceeded my expectations. ✨ You can dine in or take away however be mindful to carry cash with you because it’s a cash only place.

When I ordered and spoke to the lady at the checkout, I wanted to leave straight away! Such an unfriendly thing! I don't recommend it to anyone.

Not paying by card is already a reason for me not to come back again. Additionally, the food is bad. Chicken was ice cold from the fridge and the mini pile of rice was warm. Why so stingy with the rice? Would have liked more. I recommend that all future customers give this snack a wide berth...

The food wasn't good, we ate a PokeBowl and felt very bad for the next few days. The chicken is simply thawed and was frozen when we wanted to eat it. The only good thing was the apple spritzer

hostile to foreigners. They are only nice to Germans. I ordered fried noodles and there was a hair in it. I brought it to their attention and they said it wasn't hers. I wear a headscarf so it couldn't have come from me! It was definitely her hair color. They are just extremely unfriendly. And they just brushed us off. #freshday in the Schultheiss Quarter

Unfortunately I have to give one star. There was hair in my food. I asked her about it and she said my hair was thick and called her male colleagues and he started complaining to me (I was wearing a torban). Mega unfriendly, I'm disappointed by this audacity. This took place in the Schultheiss Quarter. I ordered something to take away and said several times, clearly and explicitly, please have pasta without vegetables. Some were put in me anyway and when I came back they snatched it out of my hand and made a new one with extra little chicken meat. Shame, I'll never come back. All 0 stars.

If you want to wait 25 minutes for a noodle box to-go and then be yelled at by the waitress; go ahead!

I would prefer to give 0 stars, but the food was okay. I actually liked eating here once or twice a week after work, but the audacity of the staff (shop owner) really lost my appetite. According to her own statement, she deliberately made me wait to eat because I sat in the wrong seat (I ALWAYS sat here weeks before) and did so in a rather spiteful tone. It's a shame, I always went here on purpose because it wasn't very busy, but now I understand why. Better to the Asian opposite!

It’s conveniently located next to Walter-Schreiber-Platz U Bahn , there is clean place to sit in cafeteria. Food is very tasty but the usual middle aged lady at counter must improve her customer handling skills, she is very impolite and rude on each interaction , from packing to sauce for everything she creates a fuss. Not good customer service. That’s why I gave food 5 but over all 3.

Very unfriendly staff. Very overpriced, a portion of pasta with 3 pieces of chicken for €7. Afterwards you had to discuss things to get a little more. Absolutely not recommended.

Nudelbox frisch zubereitet, super lecker und bis über den Rand gefüllt. Nette Bedienung. Kann den anderen Bewertungen nur widersprechen :)

Zahl extra für die süß sauer Soße 0,50 Cent. Aber scharfe Soße ist kostenlos wo dort der der Sinn ? Abzocke

Lady at the front was helpful, especially as English is not her first language. Sushi was okay, a bit too much rice and fish wasn't terrific, but as good as you can get for mall sushi

Man zahlt allen ernstes 9€ für 4 Stck hänchen, 5-7 Gemüsestreifen, kalten Reis und "Soße" die eher als Suppe gewertet werden kann! Nicht zu empfehlen

Extrem unfreundliche Bedienung und Service! Schreit die uns vor allen anderen Kunden und Mitarbeitern an weil wir „zu viele servierten“ genommen haben.. (3 servierten) wenn ich könnte gäbe es null Sterne!!

Hühnchen war labbrig und wenig, eckelhaften Nachgeschmack, Nudeln waren nicht gewürzt. Nicht empfehlenswert Bedienung war ebenfalls unfreundlich

Ich wollte mir "schnell" was zu essen holen auf Arbeit und für eine Nudelbox mit drei kleinen Hähnchen Teilchen hab ich ernsthaft 15 min gewartet..dabei war vor mir nur eine Dame. Und das Hähnchen ist auch noch trocken mein Fazit nie wieder

Unglaublich unfreundlich !! Nicht der erste der den Service bemängelt. Solch unfreundlichen Menschen gönne ich keinen Cent und deswegen werde dort auch nicht mehr essen gehen

So sieht das panierte-Hähnchen mit gebratenem Reis aus. Hähnchen nicht paniert, labbrig und das ganze Essen schmeckt fad. Die unfreundliche Bedienung an der Kasse hat mein Erlebnis abgerundet. Nicht zu empfehlen

Es handelt sich hierbei um einen asiatischen Imbiss im Untergeschoss des Steglitzer Schloßstraßen-Centers. Wir gehen hier regelmäßig hin, um mindestens einen Bubble-Tea zu trinken. Bisher wurden wir immer freundlich und rasch bedient. Sofern man etwas essen möchte, kann man zwischen verschiedenen Boxen zum Mitnehmen oder Tellergerichten zum Essen vor Ort wählen. Das Ambiente entspricht dem, was man von einem Untergeschoss eines Einkaufscenters erwarten darf, in dem sich hauptsächlich eine Primark-Filiale befindet... Mir schmeckt das Essen, und die auf einem Foto gezeigte 11 b (Cáry Mango mit Hühnerfleisch) ist sogar sehr lecker. Die Portionen machen satt, es ist Fleisch in angemessener Menge enthalten. Das Essen ist seinen Preis wert.

Es gibt hier gutes, asiatisches Essen. Nichts Besonderes, aber ganz gut.

Während der Bestellung und Zubereitung stritten sie sich heftig, mich vergaßen sie dabei vollkommen. Essen war eine undefinierbare salzige Masse. Nein, danke.

Schlechter und unfreundlicher Service, Essen schmeckt nicht frisch, das Hühnchenfleisch schmeckt sauer

Ich habe innerhalb von einer Woche das zweite Mal versucht dort einen Bubble Tea zu kaufen. Beim ersten Mal stand ich dort mehrere Minuten an - kein Mitarbeiter weit und breit in Sicht. Bin dann wieder gegangen. 2. Mal eine Woche später. Es warteten mehrere Kunden vor mir. Eine Kundenbestellung hat 10 Minuten gedauert. Habe mir das 20 Minuten angetan - dann bin ich wieder gegangen. Ich verstehe nicht, warum die ältere Dame nicht mal kurz eingesprungen ist, um ihrer Kollegin zu helfen und die Kunden zu zweit und damit schneller abzufertigen. Sie ist lieber nach hinten verschwunden. Schade.
