I took some poke, it was a little dry, the rice was strange and not very good

Creepy, old chicken, no sauce in Bun Bo. Really not recommended, not even for a mall snack bar. When asked about it, they didn't care and showed no response.

Very tasteless. The food is dry, like instant noodles. I do not recommend.

I should've checked the reviews before i ordered. I got a poor quality of service by one of the staff members who was serving food. She threw me dishes and forgot to give a spoon and fork. When I asked for them, she threw me them again. I still don't know why she was mad at me. I won't go there again.

I can't recommend Noodle Box. It doesn't taste good and the hand wasn't cooked properly. Unfortunately too expensive for the quality. Unfortunately we got a stomach ache.

In der oberen Etage im Foodcourt hatte ich Appetit auf Chinafood. Bestellung ging schnell, Eierreis mit Ente, war gute Portion lecker Ente, Reis etwas langweilig und ein bisschen trocken. Die Tische im Foodcourt nicht sonderlich einladend

The food was very bad, sauce was way too sweet and way too overpriced for this quality.

Not sure why general ratings low. Food was very good and fresh and portions are good for the price. The only issue we had is the general food court can become very busy and finding a seat difficult. All eateries in this area of Berlin seem to have last orders by around 8.30pm or so (including McDs!). Sate better than my own at home in UK and I was pleased to finally be served a variety of vegetables within the chosen meal (crispy duck, noodles, chicken spicy sauce). Spicy sauce not too hot, just a nice little kick of chilli.

It tasted very good and service was great considering the circumstances (no one is perfect)

They forced me to pay for my entire menu with cash, and the next guest was allowed to pay with a card. Totally wrong. Food is so-so. Drink wasn't what was ordered either. Service is bad. No recommendation.

Buenísimo. Precio razonable y plato abundante y muy rico. El pedido fue despachado muy rápido también. Lo recomiendo !

Horrible place. Do not come here. Staff is rude, inhospitable, unhelpful, and unfriendly. The food is unworthy of its high price. The tofu in the poke bowl I ordered was stiff and the vegetables were not fresh. It did not taste appetizing in any way. Please go to another place in the mall for food.

Short version: Bad. Long version: Asian fast food at a restaurant price. Bland taste, garnished with poorly cleaned cutlery (at least not plastic) and unfriendly counter staff.

The shop is located in the Foodcort in LP12. The food is miserable and the prices are salty too. The rice was a single lump. Everything tasteless except for the teryaky sauce.😬 The salmon in the bowl is supposed to be organic. Can't imagine. I left half of the food and went to the competition.

We really enjoyed the Duck Bolw. Ingredients all fresh. Service was good. Ambience ok. Free choice of seats is also good. Recommended 👌

We ate very well here. The ambience is of course not as nice as in a real restaurant, but that is due to the concept of the shopping center. The food was fresh and tasty and the staff was very friendly.

Fast service and still good food. The portions were justified for the price and filled me up very well. You can't complain about the ambience because the store is in the center and you can feel the typical center atmosphere.

Orribile… Poke pagato 11 euro e non c’era incredibilmente niente, letteralmente solo insalata. Cassiera scortese.

Essen war ziemlich eklig. Ich habe gebratene Nudeln bestellt und die waren matschig. Für süß sauer Soße muss man extra 50cent zahlen.

We were 2 people that ordered 2 different salads with avocado as one of main ingredients. Only after paying for the salads we've been told that there are no avocados left, and we should choose from other, cheaper ingredients. That was frustrating. Also, not related to the place itself, the mall's floor with all the food was really hot and missing oxygen. They should probably take air conditioning more seriously

Viel zu kleine Portionen für viel zu großen Preis!! Personal dazu sehr unhöflich und unfreundlich!! Kann ich nicht empfehlen, auch wenn die Bowl recht lecker war.. aber einfach nicht für den Preis..

Super schnell und lecker immer frisch.

Der veggie Bowl war frisch und schnell zubereitet, allerdings auch etwas langweilig mit zu wenig Soße. Außerdem ist Kartenzahlung erst ab 10€ möglich und es gab eine Plastikgabel anstatt Holz - daher 2 Sterne Abzug.

Die Tom Kha Suppe ist sehr lecker.

Was bitte machen Erbsen und Möhren (‼️) in einer Mango-Sauce zu ‚kross gebratener‘ Ente❓Ich beneide gerade die Mädels am Nebentisch um ihren ‚ehrlichen‘ Mc Salad😵‍💫… Die Ente war alt und hat mehrere Frittiervorgänge hinter sich. Die Sauce … s. o. Jeglicher Kommentar erübrigt sich. Die Nudeln waren nur nach Zusatz von Sojasauce genießbar. Ein totaler Reinfall für 10,50€.

Expensive (doesn’t worth this salad for 11 euros), not friendly staff, plastic fork was awful, My salad bowl was big, but there was not too much inside.

I ordered a salmon poki bowl here and was disgusted at the food I was given. The salmon was rock solid and frozen, a tiny amount of rice coveredj in salad leaves and sweetcorn. Definitely not what I ordered and when I asked why the salmon was frozen he told me to wait for it to defrost before eating it and they wouldn’t refund my food. I had to buy my lunch from a different restaurant as I could not eat what they gave me. Rude staff and vile food. Do not waste your money and time

현금만 가능하다고 해놓고 주문 안한다니까 대뜸 카드 결제기 꺼내네요. 쌀국수 맛은 조미료 맛입니다. 한국의 베트남 쌀국수보다 못합니다. 옆에 베트남 음식점을 발견했더라면 옆의 베트남 음식점에 제 운을 걸었을 겁니다.

Super bad!!!!! If I could give no stars I would. I’ve eaten there a couple of times and none of them were good.. Today was the last chance I gave them. I ordered a noodle box asked them for spring rolls instead of chicken and they charged me 2 euros extra (from 7,50 to 9,50)!!! No sauce for the noodles but they poured chilli without asking me which I did not want. The other reviews are correct the staff is just rude and the whole place is a scam. Be careful don’t waste your money.

Got a salmon poke bowl. Don't waste your money - there's barely any rice in the serving, most of the volume is from iceberg salad, barely any salmon or other sides. The size overall was very small, for 11€ it is a rip-off, after eating it I don't feel like I ate anything at all.

In der Bowl ist viel zu wenig drinn und schmeckt nicht wirklich. Für den teuren Preis einfach nur schlecht. Personal war richtig unfreundlich. Empfehle ich nicht weiter. Wenn ich könnte würde ich null Sterne geben.

Staff very rude and not friendly and not helpful. Absolutely a rip off. Ordered salmon poke bowl. It had only two pieces of 1x1cm salmon pieces and zero avocado. We asked to have what was on the picture. Specifically the salmon and Avo which was no where to ge found. Staff rude and just shouted at us defending their cheating ways. Left the bowl of food on their counter and they didn’t even try to remedy. Unbelievably shocking. Would rather not recommend at all. Picture one the Rip off, picture two what we asked for.

We just ate at vina town. Paid 11 euro for salmon poke bowl. One piece salmon and no Avo whatsoever just lettuce and rice. When we took back they show us on menu saying theirs pictures only for illustration. So rude. Not resolved. Not refunded basically took hard earned money from us without care. So terrible and rude and disgusting attitudes.

Everything was amazing . How fast they cooked and everyone were so friendly . 5/5 for food and for vina staff

Die Bowls sind ganz lecker, außer das vielleicht etwas zu wenig drin ist um richtig satt zu werden. Aber trotzdem sehr lecker und schnell zubereitet man musste nicht Mal 5 min warten und hatte sein essen. Man muss allerdings über 10 Euro haben um mit Karte zahlen zu können.

Schlechteste Bowl, die ich je gegessen habe. Vorsicht, wenn man mit Karte zahlt, machen sie dir weniger auf den Teller. Insgesamt definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

Unfreundliche Bedienung, keine Kartenzahlung möglich, und die Nudelbox hat absolut fad geschmeckt.

So good we came back 5 times. Lots of choice for the family, noodles with chicken, chicken satay and spring rolls. Very nice food, helpful staff, they seem to work all day.

there was a bug in my salad, and the leaves clearly hadn’t been washed. when i told them and asked for my money back, they just insisted the bug wasn’t from there and just threw 3 euros at me. it was like 10 euros for the poke bowl.

Pfannengemüse das nur sehr kurz im Wok war, nicht angebraten und kalt. Es sollte leicht scharf sein, aber eher fad und langweilig. Die Sauce war warm. Wahrscheinlich aus einen anderem Topf. Das Essen war auch nach einer Minute fertig. Kann nicht gehen. Fazit: Kann man essen, muss man aber nicht.

Ordered take away-box of noodles with chicken to ease my hunger a little. It only took about 10 seconds until I got my food(as they gathered the food inside the box in front of me), and paid with cash. The chicken was sweet and tasty, and so were the noodles. 5,50€ for a whole mobile meal. I am sure that the bigger meals will taste so much better, I recommend this for all noodle-lovers!
