Freddy Fresh Pizza Mühlhausen in Mühlhausen/Thüringen

This was my first time at Freddy Fresh and I'm absolutely disappointed. At lunchtime, and I was there at 1:00 PM, they have a lunch special. Since I didn't explicitly mention it, I had to pay full price for two pizzas. When I asked about it, I was told it was my bad luck; I should have specifically mentioned that I wanted the lunch special. No apology, no goodwill. The employee could have pointed it out to me just as easily. That's what I expect from service and friendliness. But you can't expect that in Mühlhausen. So I paid over €40 for two pizzas and a burger. That was also my last time at Freddy Fresh. Thanks for the review.

The quality is always excellent, but orders rarely arrive on time, even when placed well in advance.

This is the second time we've ordered from Freddy Fresh. And I'm so thrilled; I've never eaten such a delicious pizza as the one we had on Sunday. The service is impeccable, and the young lady who brought us the food was very nice. Always Freddy Fresh. New favorite restaurant and new favorite pizza ❤️

Delivery times were quick and the pizza was still as fresh as from the oven

Positive: Ordering and paying online works great. Creative pizza variations. Negative: The high price. It's almost 50% higher than the local average compared to the competition. We only ordered because we had a voucher.

A pizza delivery man on his oversized bike (with a pizza box) almost runs over pedestrians on the sidewalk at Blobach and then gets rude! A little tip: Check the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO)!

The pizza was hot and delicious, the delivery was quick and friendly.

The pizzas were absolutely delicious and large. The only reason we only order them occasionally is the high price. But all in all, highly recommended.

I always enjoy ordering from Freddy Fresh and am thrilled by the really large selection of pizzas, pasta, burgers and finger food! The food was still steaming every time it arrived and never disappointed me personally either in terms of taste or appearance! Personal favorite: Pizza Budapest with a cheese crust or the finger food mix with herb sauce.. (Best dip I've ever tried) All in all, if you need something quick in the evening or if your appetite isn't satisfied by the fridge, my choice is Freddy Fresh.

Delivery was on time and friendly. Pizzas were warm and overall tasty. Compared to other pizzas, we found this one to be a bit “dry”. I was missing some cheese. The pieces didn't pull together like you'd expect, and the ingredients were chopped into small pieces and they were a bit dry. Therefore only 4 stars.

We used the delivery service. The young man was very friendly and punctual (across Mühlhausen at lunchtime... we call an arrival 10 minutes different than punctual). The pizzas were all very tasty, well topped and warm.

I chose and ordered a beautifully prepared FREDDYS FINGERFOOD MIX on the website. After a 20 minute delay a pizza box arrived. I was surprised at first and then really disappointed. Beautifully arranged in a bowl on the internet and then this. I definitely won't order again.

As with all fast food chains, the pastes are really a failure, the burgers are the best. The pizzas are quite good and unusual, similar to Pizza Hut. The service is fast and there are always cool coupons and other lots of promotions. For this review you will receive a free snack from Freddy Fresh. Cool thing Definitely recommended. Because the ingredients are of good quality.

I haven't ordered for a while, today for the first time and I have to say that the quality has deteriorated a lot. The pizza is totally tasteless, everything tastes like nothing. I also once ordered garlic on the pizza, but in the end the whole pizza was packed with burnt garlic, making it almost inedible. Unfortunately I'm very disappointed!

Ordered 4 different pizzas online today with an indication of delivery time. Delivery time exceeded 5 minutes and the very nice and polite young lady who delivered it was the first to apologize for the delay. Wow.... For me that wasn't even late. She also told me my order again to make sure everything was correct. So really great class. The pizzas themselves are really very good. Not dry, not soggy, just really good. You're happy to spend a little more on that. The online ordering system is also great.

I'll try everything out. Today I had "Hokkaido Bowl" and was completely disappointed. The price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. 13.49 EUR per meal is a proud price. Most of it was rice! I can use the leftover rice to make a complete meal tomorrow. Little meat and hardly any tasty sauce. I estimate material usage at EUR 1.50. Not recommendable!

In and of itself a great service with a great selection! Something for everyone - fast delivery and always a real culinary delight ^^ But, the WEBSITE... it's incredibly difficult to order ONLINE. Hence point deduction. They probably no longer work with Lieferando - at least you could order online without any problems.

The chezzy chicken and chicken 🤤🤤🤤. The first time I ate this citizen at Freddy Fresh in Nuremberg, it was an explosion in my mouth. Taste buds were confused and thought I wanted more...totally recommended 👌👌

Been here for the first time. Unfortunately, some things weren't so nice. Pizza wants to be like PizzaHut. But it doesn't work. Burgers are OK, the fresh ingredients like lettuce, tomatoes etc. Were not nice. The chicken nuggets were the best. That was nice chicken breast. Yummy. We can also recommend the salads. What's also great is that you can select and deselect everything and therefore personalize your meal But now the big minus of this individual compilation is that people here can also be paid very well. We had 2 pizzas, 2 burgers, 2 salads, 1x chicken nuggets and 1x chili cheese nuggets, all for 112 euros. Very expensive for fast food.

Drei Sterne für den halbwegs guten Geschmack. Die Pizzabrötchen sind lecker. Die Pizzen meist auch, auch wenn sie sehr dünn sind.Normale Fastfood Qualität. Salate sind Okay, kann man aber auch nicht viel falsch machen. 1 Stern Abzug für die unverschämt hohen Preise. Die Konkurenz teils halb so günstig. 19 € für eine 32 cm Käsepizza. Geh mal zum Italiener, da kriegst du 2 große Pizzen in gleicher oder besserer Qualität. Seit der Eröffnung sind die Preise der Produkte teils zwischen 30 und 50 Prozent, manche auch knapp 70% gestiegen. Ein Burger ohne Beilagen 12€, dafür kriegst du bei MCs nen ganzes Menü + 6er Nuggets. 1 Stern Abzug dafür das grundsätzlich die Dips fehlen (die btw. Jeweils 1,19€ kosten), manchmal auch die falsche Pizza geliefert wird. Spricht man das dann an wird patzig reagiert. Schlechter Servicegedanke. Es wird viel vergessen, schlechter ist es in Mühlhausen nur McDonalds, die vergessen auch oft Sachen.

Haben uns liefern lassen. Das ging schnell, aber das Essen ließ zu wünschen übrig. Nudeln mit Bolognese- und Käse-Sahne Soße. Alles extrem trocken und für den Preis (über 10€) definitiv nicht empfehlenswert! Außerdem wäre es schön im Vorfeld zu wissen, was die Gerichte kosten!!!

Nach holprigen Start alles Perfekt gewesen. Wir hatten mehrere Sachen bestellt und als die Lieferung kam hat leider etwas gefehlt und die Pizzen waren kalt, nicht lauwarm sondern wirklich kalt. Das vergessen Produkt wurde schnell nachgeliefert allerdings auch kalt. Uns wurde gesagt es wird sich gekümmert und so war es auch. Nach 15 min hatten wir einen Anruf und wir haben die kalten Pizzen nochmal neu bekommen. Super Kundenservice vielen Dank für die schnelle Problembehebung.

Wollte mich hier nochmal persönlich beim Team von Freddy fresh Mühlhausen bedanken. Sie haben mir im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes den Abend versüßt. Ich hatte heute Geburtag und erwähnte das bei der telefonischen Bestellung. Bei den bestellten Pizzen, war ein kleiner Karton mit einem Schokoküchlein drin. Dieser war sehr lecker!!! Vielen lieben Dank nochmal. Und die Pizzen waren im Übrigen auch sehr schmackhaft. Also macht weiter so. Lg

Einfacher Bestellvorgang in der App. Bei der Bestellung können die Speisen individuell angepasst und erweitert werden. Schnelle und pünktliche Lieferung. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und freundlich. Die Pizza ist schön heiß und schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das erste Mal heute bei Freedys was mitgenommen. Bowl Orientalisch, Burger mit Hühnchen und eine Fingerfood Box mit Käse Sternen und Hühnchen mit Leckerer Honig Senf Sosse. Die Bedienung war sehr nett trotz Stresssituation. Und Preise sind definitiv gerechtfertigt. Fazit, mal was anderes als immer Döner. 👌👌👌

Leckere Pizza , freundliche Mitarbeiter, schneller Service , 1 Stern muss ich leider abziehen weil die Preise echt heftig sind.

Schnelle Lieferung und super Essen

Die Stelle in Mühlhausen sieht von innen sehr gut aus. Die Preise sind für die Abholung vor Ort sehr teuer und dazu ist mir leider zu spät aufgefallen das der Salat gefehlt hat. Das Essen ist ganz ok aber die Preise sind schon sehr hoch.
