I ordered pizzas yesterday around 5:57 p.m. The stated delivery time was around 90 minutes, it's the weekend so it could take longer, I thought. At around 7:30 p.m. the online tracking/delivery countdown expired and there was no food in sight, so I asked over the phone. I got the information that the meal was on the way. At around 8 p.m. I called again and asked again how the food was going. I was just told that the driver was on the way. Delivery finally took place around 8:30 p.m. Even for a weekend I think it's a bit too much. That's the kindest thing I can write about it. 'Fast, hot, friendly and tasty' wasn't really anything, the slogan should probably be adjusted. The delivery person was friendly. Two stars for the warm pizza, the rest is not really debatable. Addendum: The owner responded quite quickly and I promptly complied with the request for an email. After the email was sent, there were two absence messages, which is ok, the mail is waiting in the mailbox. Even 2 weeks later there was no response, which is probably not planned. Well, I could have given that as a gift, just like the order. 😊

Aman, a very nice supplier. Delivered the food like a rocket and was there in a flash. Really great, employees like this are needed.

I've been waiting for my order for 2.5 hours. It was just a few rösti sticks and nuggets. I've already called twice and the half hour that was promised to me has expired in 45 minutes. This is really not normal.

I have experience with delivery and pickup. Both timely and friendly. Taste like all Freddys.

We ordered from Grimma last night and have both praise and criticism to give. We had two pizzas (Vienna, lucky guy) and fish & chips. The fast delivery and the particularly friendly delivery person were praiseworthy. What we generally have to complain about is the price-performance ratio. The quality of the products is not up to par for the high price. The Vienna pizza was very well baked but sparsely topped. The lucky mushroom was neither well baked nor well topped. We have been eating Vienna for many years and have always noticed that the quality gets worse each time. There is hardly any schnitzel left on it and the broccoli is also saved. The lucky guy looks similar, also with little evidence. What you can really praise here was the quality of the chanterelles, which was really great. As for the fish and chips, the hash browns were great and crispy, but the fish was unreasonable. The breading stuck to the box and tasted like old oil. We had also ordered the bakery strips, which were completely missing from delivery. All in all, we would like to give the order a grade four, although the order described was not an isolated case. We used to always be happy and get a B or even an A. The price-performance ratio urgently needs to be revised, as does the quality of the products. We are pleased that the points just mentioned will be taken into account in a new order.

Waited 2 hours and 10 minutes for the food...that's not possible. on the first call after the delivery time had expired...which was already 90 minutes...yes the food is ready, I'm waiting for a driver...called again after another 20 minutes, yes the driver will be there in 5 minutes ...it then took another 10 minutes....so the food had been ready in the store for half an hour....very rude....can't you get the orders ready as soon as a driver is available?? Or if there aren't enough people, simply don't offer delivery if you can't get it done in the specified time. Snackbox is also incredibly priced at 13.49€ for what is in the picture... and also simply fired into a pizza box.... Pizza was well topped... but was totally soggy due to the long time it took to finish it. ...the chives also looked like they had been dried from a can. The arugula on the other pizza was also past its best, but that could also be due to the half hour that the food was sitting there ready. I want something from Freddy again... but won't be considered again given the delivery time. A pity You could have contacted the store by phone and said...that you can't make it in time...and it will still take a while, but the fact that you as a customer have to call twice yourself is sad. If I hadn't already paid via Paypal I would have let him go again with his delivery after 2 hours 10 minutes.

Ordered 3* pizza again today. Ordered at 5:15 p.m. and confirmation for 7:45 p.m.! Receive. After a call, we decided to pick up the pizza ourselves to save time. Staff very overloaded. Also stopped accepting new orders. Conclusion: here you are overwhelmed and perhaps have too few staff. Fact: Pizza tastes good though.

This has nothing to do with delivery service, every time I want to order in the app, pickup is only possible. But send an email with voucher codes every 3 days if you can't order.

Disappointed again. Ordered ham pizza with extra arugula. For an extra €1.99 for the ruccola, what I got was a disgrace. Next time I'll go to the Losteria for €15.48 and the price-performance ratio and freshness are right there. (See photo) My friend had the Sommerwunder pizza, which also had arugula on it. This one was even more dried out. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced this "quality". I'm really disappointed. Ruccola belongs after the oven.

Delivery of pizzas, Monday lunchtime, took a full 115 minutes and for a whopping EUR 29 for 2 small pizzas, you get them almost cold. You really have it under control FF. Keep it up. Unfortunately the taste has deteriorated considerably. The last time I ate in Dresden was in 2014, and since then it has decreased significantly.

We've never had such bad pizzas. They were dry, tasteless, hard and cold. We are very disappointed and would have liked to return it. What a shame!!!! Never again....

We are very satisfied FF is a must have for us and we often come here with friends after school and eat, the best conversations happen at the tables at freddy fresh, the ambience contributes to the relaxed atmosphere and so you don't get bored when you waiting for the food. Conclusion: Great, always happy again.

I arrived today at 10:30am with a growling stomach. Unfortunately it was still closed. Even 10 minutes later. So the others and I left hungry. Too bad.

The staff this evening was unbelievable 🤬. A young man/employee became very rude when I asked and called me an “old woman”. The finalist then came and seemed solution-oriented. However, people continued to insult me ​​when I left the premises with my partner. The staff probably didn't realize that we knew the following customers. We find the employee's behavior impossible, not to mention the store manager. Hopefully you read these lines yourself. In the team you can talk to each other as you like, but not to customers. With a bill of over €100, you should think about this these days. In any case, you won't see us for a while.

Ordered via Lieferando. 1 pizza was forgotten, call back was not answered, phone calls were simply ended. Delivery driver simply rounded up the price. Delivery over 30 minutes later than stated in the app. For the price quoted here it's a farce.

Everything great. If you only have 20 minutes to get to the train and the nice employee says yes, we can do any dish. That's what I call customer service. If we are in the area again, we would be happy to come back to you. We recommend.

Habe einen Green-Burger bestellt: Burgerbrötchen, dann das Patty, 1 Blatt Salat 2 Tomatenscheiben und Sauce oben drauf. Das wars. 13€ dafür? Nie wieder. Der Lava-Kuchen hatte keinen Lava-Kern (das 4te Mal infolge) und das Knobibrot schmeckt auch nicht mehr so wie früher...schade

Kürzlich haben wir in diesem Restaurant gegessen. Wir hatten eine Pizza Rotterdam und eine Helgoland bestellt. Diese waren wunderbar mit knusprigen Rand und auch lecker. Leider waren wir mit unseren Speisen nicht vollständig zufrieden. Die Pasta Bilbao war nicht vollständig durchgegart und im Inneren lauwarm bis kalt. Als wir das Personal darauf aufmerksam machten, wurde die Pasta noch einmal kurz erwärmt (mit einer Mikrowelle, wie wir anhand des Surrens und "Bing"-Geräuschs vermuteten), aber das machte kaum einen Unterschied. Die Pasta war immer noch im Inneren lauwarm. Es scheint fast so, als würden die Speisen bereits vorgekocht und dann nur noch in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt. Das ist uns jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal passiert. In Zukunft werden wir wohl die Pasta-Gerichte meiden.

Wir waren jetzt zweimal bei Freddy essen und werden gerne wieder mal rein schauen, wenn wir in Grimma sind. Wir haben nur ca. 10 min warten müssen und unsere Pizza, Nuggets und Burger schmeckten sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles super erklärt. Die Auswahl war größer als erwartet.

Great service in the restaurant. Take out is always possible. The personal is friendly und seats and tables there are clean. Pizzas are very delicious and the offer is huge. They don't have just pizzas. They have ice cream and other yummy things too.
