Good evening , We ordered the same thing twice this evening loud and clear. In the end we only got pizza rolls once instead of twice and they had to come here the second time and we had to pay €0.50 more, that's a complete disgrace so they have to listen better.....

Addendum today: November 15, 2024 Even after 4 years nothing has changed! You wait forever - you lose your hunger! I won't order here anymore!!!!! The pizza always tastes great. But the waiting times at the moment are not possible!!!! So if you have the time, please do, but after 2 hours you won't be hungry anymore.

Was briefly in the kitchen to pick up pizza, everything was dirty, employees weren't wearing gloves. Pizza is often not cut, it's better to go to Domino's.

I'm mostly the person who orders food and has it delivered, but I've also been there to pick it up. Everything was always to the greatest satisfaction. I am therefore a loyal customer and can recommend the Freiberg branch 100%!!!!

After we moved and in the first week in the new apartment, we found an offer from Freddy Fresh Pizza (from Freiberg) in our mailbox. At that time we had no idea how delicious Freddy Fresh's pizza was and simply looked at the offer or ordered two pizzas straight away to test it. But... after that first order or pizza from Freddy Fresh, we became regular customers! We think the food from Freddy Fresh (Freiberg) is really good! We have also registered with Freddy Fresh via the app or online and are happy to take advantage of the discounts. If we had any questions, we also sent an email to support. The answers from Freddy Fresh Support have always been reliable, friendly and very quick. When switching to the "new" Freddy Fresh app, we had a small problem logging in. This problem was also resolved super quickly. We are very satisfied with the quality of Freddy Fresh Pizza. Unfortunately, some of the pizzas are a bit expensive, so you can't place an order every week, but we treat ourselves to one or two orders from Freddy Fresh or just order the smaller version. So far we have only had Freddy Fresh deliver to us. Therefore, no review can be given about the store. The delivery by Freddy Fresh was reliable and the various employees who delivered the pizza are always very friendly. So far I've only had good experiences with Freddy Fresh. The delivery is relatively quick. The food is nice and warm. The burgers and pizza are very tasty and can only be recommended.

The pizzas are great, but the service leaves a lot to be desired - at least if you want to pick up your order yourself on site. Even if you don't have a price advantage like other providers when you pick it up yourself, you can still expect that the order is ready when it is displayed as "ready for pickup". Instead, you stand in the store for 30 minutes and wait for your order - I don't need to pre-order!!

I use the delivery service. The food is delivered on time and the drivers are all friendly. The pizzas and salads and also the bowl taste very tasty. I also really like that you can add e.g. the cheese crust or extra ingredients. Price-wise, it's also completely okay. Clearly recommended and worth 5 stars.

Wir haben nach langem mal wieder bei Freddy bestellt. Also sehr schade is ja, dass der Aioli Dip nicht mehr der selbe ist, hat uns früher besser geschmeckt. Dafür waren die Pizza Brötchen perfekt. Dass die Pizzen teurer und weniger Belag haben liegt auch an den steigenden Preisen und wie bei jeder Lokalität in Kauf zu nehmen. Service war super, eine Zeitbestellung die 5 Minuten eher geliefert wird, halt typisch deutsch:-). Macht weiter so

Sorry, aber den fatzel Schinken und das halbe krümmelchen Ananas, dafür gefühlte 150kg teig rechtfertigen weder den Preis noch die Bezeichnung"Pizzabrötchen mit Schinken und Ananas gefüllt". Hätte gern ein Foto hochgeladen Lieferung war schnell. Dafür 1 Punkt

Geschmacklich wars wieder lecker, wie gewohnt. Essen hat gut über ne Stunde gebraucht, vielleicht war ja viel los. Aber ein Lieferfahrer der behauptet nicht wechseln zu können, nur um Trinkgeld einzustreichen is ne Frechheit. Ebenfalls zu bemängeln haben wir, das unsere Burger keine Sesambrötchen hatten, wie bestellt.

Wir waren wiedereinmal sehr zufrieden. Die Pizzen und auch die Burger waren sehr lecker, außerdem kam das Essen heiß zu uns. Vielen Dank.

Ich habe hier schon verschiedene Speisen bestellt. Für mich die beste Adresse in Freiberg. Es ist immer lecker, wird warm geliefert und dazu immer schnell. Mitarbeiter bei Lieferung oder Abholung super freundlich. Einfach nur zu empfehlen.

Leider muss ich zwei Sterne abziehen, da ich innerhalb von drei Monaten zweimal die Pizza Osaka bestellt habe und bei beiden Bestellungen der Sesam vergessen wurde. Ansonsten waren wir bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten immer zufrieden.

Ich hatte einen Gutschein (2 Burger zum Preis von 1) und nur deswegen dort zur Abholung bestellt. War zur angegebenen Zeit dort und musste mehr als 20 Minuten warten um mein Essen abzuholen. Dafür war es immerhin noch warm... Optisch war es nicht unbedingt ein Highlight, aber geschmacklich ganz in Ordnung. Trotzdem sehr preisintensiv, ich habe für 2 Burger, 8 kleine Pizzabrötchen und ein paar Rösti-Sticks trotz Gutschein fast 23 € bezahlt.

Haben wieder bei Freddy bestellt und waren diesmal sehr zufrieden. Die Pizza war reichlich belegt, frisch und warm . Der Salat war auch sehr frisch und abwechslungsreich, nicht nur grüner Salat. War appetitlich anzusehen und hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Lieferzeit war auch in Ordnung. Weiter so😀
