Freddy Fresh Pizza Chemnitz-West in Chemnitz

We've always been satisfied. But yesterday, October 31, 2025, was unacceptable... We ordered the pizza at 6:17 PM and received confirmation with a 90-minute delivery time. Okay, it was Halloween, a public holiday, payday, and the weekend, so we figured it might take a little longer. The pizza arrived at 8:53 PM (instead of the planned 7:50 PM). When we called to inquire, they couldn't find our order, and the delivery driver (who wasn't at fault) told us to complain to the kitchen. To make matters worse, the pizza was (understandably) only lukewarm by then... Stress and delays can happen during peak times. But you need to inform your customers about this, either through my automated email or some other means. Making customers wait and just giving them empty promises is not an option... You've really upset us...

The pizza was excellent, and everything else was delicious too. Fast delivery...what more could you want?

The delivery took 90 minutes as advertised, which is fine since I ordered during peak hours. What's not okay, however, is that after 90 minutes, I received a lukewarm pizza that was only covered in sauce in spots and was therefore extremely dry. The mac 'n cheese balls I ordered with it were good after I reheated them in the air fryer. Too bad, I'm used to seeing different things from you!

The pizza and pizza rolls were baked for far too long; they were practically burnt. As a result, they were extremely dry and tasted bitterly of burnt cheese. At a restaurant, we would have sent the food back. Since we ordered, we had no choice but to throw it in the trash. The delivery time of almost two hours is probably "normal" for a Friday evening.

Waited over two hours for the food, some of the pasta was burnt, and the Camembert was completely stuck to the package. The quality is getting worse and worse.

I also understand that Freddy's is getting more and more expensive, but quality shouldn't be compromised. The pizzas and the boxes were soggy and lukewarm. The pizzas also taste far below frozen products, which is a shame. I've never experienced anything like it with Freddy Fresh.

The food was warm and tasted very good but the delivery took 1 hour and 30 minutes even though the delivery time should have taken 40 minutes as it said in the app and it took twice as long.

Review for Freddy Fresh (delivery service Chemnitz): Simply disappointing. I ordered a chicken pizza – what I got was a salty slice of dough, full of onions, no meat, and cheap, disgusting cheese. No one could eat it – the pizza went straight into the trash. And for almost €15? That's a joke. You shouldn't deliver something like that to a customer. I demand compensation. Never again Freddy Fresh.

We called about 15 minutes before pickup to place our order. We were hungry on our way to Dresden... Everything was freshly prepared, delicious pizzas... Thank you Freddy Fresh Pizza Chemnitz West... right on Zwickauer Straße. Can't be missed...

The pizzas were delicious and arrived at our place (3 km away) in just 25 minutes, even though the order slip said 50 minutes. SENSATIONAL!!!! My SANTA CRUZ was at least as delicious as the Poncho from the competitor (Domino's). But that one was discontinued, or rather, the recipe was changed, and the alternative doesn't taste nearly as good. Unfortunately, my wife didn't tolerate the fried onions and the somewhat greasy Cape Town pizza very well. But it was still delicious. We'll be ordering here more often.

The food has always tasted good. It's just a shame that there are no more potatoes and fruit juices (if I'm not mistaken!) I can't say anything about the furnishings and ambience from this distance. But I definitely like the red packaging and the extras (plush toys, etc.) for Christmas and other events. The selection and variety of dishes is also really good. Delivery is usually quite quick. Sometimes it takes a little longer on the weekend, but if you know that, you just order a little earlier. Drivers are always very nice and friendly.

Ordered 2 burgers, a pizza and hash browns. Delivery was very quick and friendly, no problem. The burgers were far dry. The hash browns, well, maybe they're supposed to be so limp and wobbly. The base of the pizza shines through. I've never seen anything like that before. Broccoli like it was chopped off, ham totally lean, I think I had hollandaise sauce on one of the 6 pieces. Very disappointing. Doesn't have to happen again.

Delivery is always delayed. On the phone they say that it would be a single trip and that I would be the first. However, it is not the first time that the food arrives cold or lukewarm. When I asked nicely and politely over the phone, I got a rough answer and then quickly brushed off that the good guy had more to do. Simply unfriendly staff! Ordered at 7:20 p.m. and received our food at 10 p.m. There were 2 burgers. We were told that we should order earlier and the driver wanted to rip us off money. It's a shame to have to wait 3 hours for 2 burgers.

I ordered pizza through Lieferando around 6 p.m. She was supposed to be there at 8:10 p.m. but was there at 8:30 p.m. It's stupid but it can happen, I'm not mad about it, But the 2 pizzas were RAW. Mine is completely raw and my friend's pizza is partly raw (at least not through) I also ordered röstis, which weren't quite cooked through either. All in all, very bad for once. The pizzas were lukewarm and tasted like cardboard (apparently they had been in the packaging for a while, as only 4 drivers were available that evening - according to a complaint on the phone). The advertising promise of fast, hot and tasty is far from being met. If you order two children's menus, children will certainly also be waiting for their food. This waiting time and the quality received is not justifiable. When I asked, I was sent a €7.50 voucher. Well, we probably won't redeem this one. We don't want to fall into this anymore. Based on previous reviews, this seems to be the rule rather than the exception (as was stated on the phone). Luckily, there are enough competent providers in the area and also system catering establishments that offer excellent quality and fast delivery times.

I was a regular customer until today, but after this campaign that was it. We ordered online with Google pay. The driver didn't come and said they still had to pay. They didn't have a device either. 20 minutes later they still had to pay, which would have happened if we were no longer there. Essen wurde am Freitag Abed bestellt. (50 Minuten Lieferzeit laut eigener Website!) Es wurde schnell zubereitet (laut Übersicht) und stand zur Auslieferung bereit! (Nach weniger als 50 Minuten). Doch dann musste ich ÜBER 1 Stunde nach dem Anzeigten Lieferdatum (also insgesamt ~2 Stunden) warten, trotz dass das Essen laut Website fertig war. Entsprechend "kalt" kam es bei mir an. Essen war maximal Lauwarm und hat seine Temperatur innerhalb weniger Minuten komplett verloren. Die Beilagen (Röstisticks) kamen kalt und durchgeweicht an. Der Fahrer war freundlich und hat Spezielle Lieferanweisungen befolgt. Somit liegt das Problem hier eher an der Filiale und nicht am Fahrer. Auf meinen Anruf wurde nicht reagiert.

Die Pizzabrötchen allein waren der absolute Genuss, passende Größe, ausreichend belegt. Einfach lecker, so wie der rest der Bestellung. Rundum zufrieden.

Die Pizzen waren ok, jedoch ist es schade wenn man zum wiederholten Mal das falsche Essen geliefert bekommt und dann 30 Minuten auf die Ersatzlieferung warten muss um am Ende alleine zu essen.

"Pizza Ariane", aktuelle Aktion... Habe ich aus der Vergangenheit besser in Erinnerung. Teig ziemlich pappig, auch nicht sonderlich viel Belag. kein Sattmacher mehr in der 27cm Version! Der Fahrer war freundlich, pünktlich und schneller als vorausgesagt da. Das war es dann aber auch schon.

75min Wartezeit angekündigt- 130min sind es geworden 😡 Verstehe, wenn es Personalprobleme gibt, allerdings kann man dann A) keine Bestellungen mehr annehmen oder B) von vornherein eine längere Wartezeit offerieren! Richtig warm war die Pizza leider auch nicht mehr. Ich werde in nächster Zeit erstmal wieder Abstand von Freddy Fresh nehmen🤷‍♀️!

ich bestelle gerne bei freddy aber die fahrer sind auch sehr freundlich aber ich habe heute bestellt und bin ehr sehr entäucht von der bestellung die pizza waren ehr kalt und und die hälft drauf gelassen sonst wo uich die bekommen habe war die immer sehr heis und war zufrieden aber diesen zeitpunkt bestelle ich nicht mehr dort ist eig sehr schade

Sehr lecker, Boden der Pizza könnte, wie man es bei einer Pizza gewohnt ist knusprig sein. Die Lieferung ging nicht sooo super schnell 1h 10 min ist zwar innerhalb der angegebenen Zeit aber ich denke das geht auch schneller.

16.11.2022 Am heutigen Tag klappte es wieder besser. Das Essen war relativ warm (aber nicht heiß) und lecker. Allerdings hat die Lieferung dennoch fast eine Stunde gedauert. Angegeben waren allerdings sogar 90 Minuten. Eine Verbesserung wäre es, wenn in Bestellvorgang angezeigt wird, wie lange es aktuell dauert und nicht erst noch abschicken der Bestellung. Als ich Heute 90 Minuten gelesen habe, war ich kurz davor anzurufen und die Bestellung zu stornieren. Bezüglich der Lieferzeit ist euch die Konkurrenz weit voraus. 27.10.2022 Heute waren wir mit der Bestellung leider nicht wirklich zufrieden. Die Lieferzeit war sehr lang. Für über 35 Minuten wurde angezeigt dass die Bestellung gerade zubereitet wird. Dann noch 15 Minuten zum ausliefern drauf. Ich vermute das Essen war schon viel eher fertig. Zwei Alpenburger -> kalt Chicken Popsters -> Pupslau Käse Wedges Deluxe - Pulled Turkey -> kalt Chrispy Chicken -> das einzige was noch halbwegs warm war. Sorry, das sollte besser gehen.

Ich habe online bestellt. Die Bestellung ging sehr einfach, war übersichtlich und nach Absenden der Bestellung erhielt ich eine Übersicht, wie weit meine Bestellung in Bearbeitung ist. Als die Nachricht kam, dass meine Bestellung in Zustellung ist, hat es nur kurze Zeit gedauert, und das Essen kam an. Der gesamte Bestellvorgang dauerte 45 min, bis ich essen konnte. Es war sehr schnell geliefert, hat auch wie immer sehr lecker geschmeckt. ich weiter empfehlen. Danke für den guten Service.

Man nehme Nudeln (die falschen, denn wenn jemand Spaghetti bestellt, der merkt nicht, wenn es andere sind...), weiter geht's mit ca. 6 gramm Hackfleisch für die Soße, auch wenn man extra Bolognese bestellt, das wird fein ignoriert! Dann liefert man nach knapp 2 Stunden und der Kunde ärgert sich über lauwarmes Essen mit kaltem Käse! Das geht aber doch viel viel besser!!!!

Die teuerste Pizza der Welt! zwei mittlere 30cm schlecht und ohne Qualität für 25€ ??? Und in Größe und Geschmack nicht mit den anderen in der Nähe der Stadt zu vergleichen, aber Sie sollten es versuchen und nicht wiederholen!

Wie immer bin ich mit der Bestellung, Lieferung sehr zufrieden. Sehr sehr freundlicher Fahrer der auch sehr zuvorkommend den Kunden behandelt. Das ist rundum Service. Da bestellt man gern wieder, denn es ist dazu auch noch super lecker. Und hin und wieder muss man sich auch mal ein "Extra" gönnen können.
