I always enjoy having my food delivered and the service is top-notch and it tastes really good 👍🏻

Delivery was very fast and it was super delicious. And incredibly hot.

I had to wait 1.5 hours even though the website says 30-35 minutes. I called and the employee just said, "That's how it is." Outrageous! I'll never order again!

The bowl was supposed to come with chicken kebab. That was missing. But I paid full price. I won't be ordering again in the future.

Addendum to yesterday's "pizza" order. Well, dear people, unfortunately I can't say anything good about this "pizza place" on Heinrich-Schütz-Straße in Chemnitz. I find it a bottomless impudence how consumers are being ripped off here. Point 1. The fact that the "pizzas" in the pictures and in the online shop are packed with food, so mouth-watering that the reality doesn't even come close to that, is, in my opinion, a major fraud, and intentional. Point 2. Intentional because the so-called boss is willing to accept a complaint because he was fully aware of this situation between "is and should" and tried to explain to me that there was nothing he could do and that other customers regularly complain about it. Truly bitter... I handed him this supposedly poorly made piece of dough with burnt cheese and left. If anyone had ever made any effort to get their money back or perhaps make amends... none at all. You should be ashamed of yourselves, a) selling the customer a piece of dough like that as a pizza and b) charging 12 euros for it is the absolute limit. Then I went 200 meters up the street to my favorite Turkish restaurant, Sides Dürüm and Pizza, where you get more for your money. And they're also more industrious than this place. They work until 10 p.m. every day, and the food there is delicious, too. Maybe you should think about it. So, that's it. That dark cave down there has nothing to do with ambiance. But why bother with such bad food....

I'm a huge Freddy Fresh fan, and unfortunately, they don't have it here in Dortmund, but whenever I'm in Chemnitz with my mom, I always order from there. I think you're great. I accidentally ordered twice and they called me right away. I think you're great, keep up the good work. You're so friendly and the food always tastes really good. Thanks again to all of you. Review for Freddy Fresh (delivery service Chemnitz): Simply disappointing. I ordered a chicken pizza – what I got was a salty slice of dough, full of onions, no meat, and cheap, disgusting cheese. No one could eat it – the pizza went straight into the trash. And for almost €15? That's a joke. You shouldn't deliver something like that to a customer. I demand compensation. Never again Freddy Fresh.

Today I ordered pasta and pulled out several strange long hairs. I've lost my appetite. I've always been satisfied so far, but that's a reason for me not to order anymore. In addition, the delivery came a quarter of an hour later than stated.

Ordered Pizza Vienna, I have ordered this many times and always thought it was good. Today I was unfortunately quite disappointed with the quality - not pleasing for the price that is now given.

We've ordered from Freddy Fresh many times and have never really had a problem, apart from one time when the order wasn't completely delivered, but that can happen... But today it was very, very bad. We waited almost 2 hours for our pizza and when it arrived we unfortunately discovered that ALL 6 pizzas + 1 garlic bread were raw. We were then able to negotiate that we would get the pizza again, but had to wait another 45 minutes (a total of almost 3 hours of waiting time). The delivery person was pretty pissed off and wanted to explain to us that it could also be a matter of taste and that it could also be due to the delivery route. But sorry, the pizza was raw and that has nothing to do with a matter of taste or the delivery route... In addition, for some people the pizza was still half raw and didn't taste good. For the price we were all very disappointed/dissatisfied and will no longer order from Freddy Fresh. Very unfortunate...

The type of pizza was clearly visible compared to other pizzerias, you didn't have to guess which was which. It sounds strange for a pizza review, but in this case less cheese was more. There were differences in taste - one was quite weak (Osaka), the other (4Seasons) had a clear taste. Only the temperature was already quite low for both. The slightly higher price compared to I think other pizzerias are justified and we will definitely treat ourselves to the higher price again.

Juice shop, I ordered burgers and pizzas for the third time. Every time something was forgotten. You just get brushed off on the phone. Discount codes are not charged etc. Delivery times of over 1 1/2 hours are not uncommon

Food arrived exactly at the requested time, was delivered in a friendly manner, was still really warm and simply tasted delicious

This was my first time there. (09/12/24) I personally had a Hawaii Large. Taste 5 stars Appearance (browning, bottom crispy yet soft) 5 stars Price 4 stars. That's the only reason for the deduction for me. Recommend? In any case.

Freddy Fresh Pizza Chemnitz-Ost - delivered 40 minutes late. When asked by phone, a voucher was promised - no response, no voucher. Some pizzas were barely topped, a pizza box was massively wet as if it had been lying in a puddle, baked cauliflower was completely overcooked, as soft as porridge. We have often had to accept quality defects at this location. This time it was definitely the last order.

Had 5 dishes delivered for €65, NONE of them were edible and justified the price! All pizzas were extremely soft/moist, they tasted sticky and had no flavor. The topping was also largely tasteless. This quality contradicts €15.49 for a pizza. Everything arrived lukewarm. This delivery service is not recommended!

I ate a Pizza Budapest on site which I can highly recommend! It had plenty of toppings and was extremely tasty. I have to give a big shout out to the very friendly staff. No longer a given these days. Keep it up!

Ordered a pizza and two burgers around 7 p.m. The order came shortly after 9 p.m.! Impudence! Food not even lukewarm! Sauce (Hollondaise) was completely curdled and had hardly any taste! inedible! Then it's better to buy frozen goods from the discounter, which are much cheaper and better, or Dominos as usual. Very unfortunate.

Pizzas weren't that plump. Regular ham/salami were ok. On the other, the “chicken meat” looked like something pressed and tasted like the ready-made meatballs from Netto. Not edible. Unfortunately, out of 4 pizzas, 2 remain. But the pizza rolls were delicious as always, but felt smaller every time. We order once a quarter and become more unhappy each time. I think that was the last time.

Bestellt, sollte ca. 45 min dauern (aus personellen Gründen) und war in ca. 25 min da. Liveverfolgung fand ich super. Weiter so.

Hattet ihr heute keine lust? Ich habe 1 alpenburger bestellt, dieser wurde ohne den Käse geliefert, außerdem war das Fleisch zäh und sehr salzig. Die Nudeln waren gut. Die Nuggets auch ok. Aber ich habe ein Kids Menü dazu bestellt, dies wurde traurigerweise ausschließlich mit einem trinkpäckchen versehen geliefert. Ich war sonst immer zufrieden aber heute bin ich echt enttäuscht.

Essen kam pünktlich auf Vorbestellung, war warm und FAST alles korrekt... Wenn man Gyros bestellt, möchte man auch Gyros! Hatte blanke Knoblauch-Zwiebel-Pasta - ohne Fleisch!!! Absoluter Fail und leider nicht verzeihbar. Hier bestelle ich nicht mehr, Sorry! Schließlich kostet es trotzdem genauso viel und somit, haben sie wieder an uns verdient...

Lieferservice war schneller da, als angegeben. Der Salat war wirklich frisch und knackig, im Gegensatz zu mir ;) Die Pizza total lecker. Der Lieferant sehr freundlich. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Fazit... Alles perfekt. Kann ich nur empfehlen und bestelle auch gern wieder. Dankeschön

Eigentlich immer nur pizza Brötchen bestellt und lecker gewesen. Da es aber keinen Kräuterdip mehr gibt zu pizza Brötchen ist es sehr traurig, da der recht nicht schmeckt an dips.

Die Filiale liefert die erwartete und gewohnte Qualität von Freddy Fresh! Zudem sind die Mitarbeiter super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Pizza insgesamt sehr dünn, ohne vernünftigem Bezug zu den Prospektfotos. Also auch ohne nennenswert Belag. Unsere letzten Pizzen aus dem Supermarkt eingerechnet Energiekosten waren besser und günstiger - deutlich. Der qualitative Abstand zwischen einer aufgebackenen Qualitätspizza vom Supermarkt und unserer Bestellung ist beachtlich - letztere nämlich viel schlechter. Vor wohl 2 Jahren war das bei unserer Bestellung anders und so wird das auch unsere vermutlich letzte Bestellung bleiben.

Online Bestellung mit Lieferung! Vorab : Das Essen war gut. Aber ,zwei Stunden Wartezeit, dass ist eindeutig zu lange. Der Fahrer saß circa mindestens 5 Minuten im Auto bis er klingelte.
