When we ordered, it showed us a waiting time of 90 minutes, which is already borderline for a pizza delivery service that is located in the same city. Unfortunately, even after more than 2 hours, we still didn't receive any pizza. When asked, the only explanation was that the system was giving incorrect times. I would at least have a nice: "We're sorry it's taking so long!" desired. Very bad customer service when it comes to the delivery service! There is definitely no emphasis on customer satisfaction here, it's a shame Freddy Fresh!

I have always been satisfied so far. Quality is good, the staff are friendly, the service is good... Gladly again!! We'll wait and see whether Putin :-))) will increase the prices in 2025....?

We have been ordering again for a long time through the Advent calendar. We ordered at the time we requested and the pizza arrived almost hot and on time. Still delicious, the winter/Christmas specials are a hit. I can't say anything about the ambience. I haven't been to the new branch yet.

Pizza only lukewarm, 60 minutes preparation plus 67 minutes delivery time according to order status.

Ordered pizza after a long time, it arrived warm. The box smelled unpleasant and the pizza tasted and smelled like pizza box and its color. The response to my complaint request: “the pizza has already been eaten, there’s nothing we can do.” After further inquiries on my part, I was sent a €5 voucher. Great for being able to throw away the pizza. Never again!!!

We ordered our food on site and took it home to eat. We had 2 pizzas with cheese crust. These were very tasty. However, I think the price is too high overall. In addition, the staff on site was not very nice and I had to claim the self-collection discount. You could also see on site how the staff smoked and went to the toilet, but did not practice hand hygiene afterwards. The on-site furnishings are modern, but somehow not comfortable and therefore do not invite you to linger. Overall, I am so disappointed with this Freddy Fresh branch that I will not be visiting it again. Very unfortunate.

Food ok tastes good but the citizens are just a disaster! Meat was dry and hard and for the second time there were bone-hard spots on the roll that you couldn't eat. Half the citizen was thrown away 😠 thank you. Wasted money pointlessly, would have to ask for the money back! I took a picture of the Arrow roll hard and the small piece too. The food wasn't even worth 5 euros! I don't order citizens anymore, I also charge so much money for 1 slice of tomato, a bit of cucumber and I don't think a touch of lettuce on it is okay either. At least the pizza is ok.

The service was good! Unfortunately, that's the only thing. Unfortunately the pizza didn't taste good at all! Price-performance doesn't fit here at all!

Food is good and is usually quick when picked up. Today's order was partly delivered incorrectly but we have found a solution to this problem. It can happen and I didn't starve. In addition, the delivery service is usually late but all the food is still hot 👍

There were no plates or cutlery on site. Furthermore, it was warm inside and the smell of the kitchen could be heard in the dining area. When providing a dining area, you shouldn't do it half-heartedly. The statement "that's how it is in the catering system" is an impertinence. The quality of the food was ok but absolutely overpriced. I see no reason to eat there again.

When it comes to burgers for almost €12, I expect something like what is shown in the photo and not a soggy and unsightly pile of meat with vegetables pressed together between two small bun halves. The taste was okay until you chewed on something hard at some point. Sand, bone fragments, no idea what it was. After a few bites, the rest flew into the bin. Never again. There is an extra star for the friendly driver.

So I wanted to order pizza again today, July 27th, 2024, but when I saw the prices I lost my hunger. You're not serious about the prices of 15 euros for my pizza and that's for a normal size. Thank you, I won't be ordering from you anymore, especially since the taste has deteriorated We ordered here on January 1st, 2024. I was shocked at what we paid for two burgers and 8 salami pizza rolls that were totally salty. I understand the staff and other costs have to be paid but that is really too much

Basic sauce is very sour and dominant, masking the taste of the other ingredients. Unfortunately, a topping was forgotten on a pizza (chicken breast). Staff was very friendly.

We ordered on Saturday at 6:30 p.m., then received our food at a whopping 8:45 p.m. Unfortunately, it wasn't even really hot. A restaurant shouldn't allow that and shouldn't meet the demands of a delivery service. Staff shortage or not. You can't write a 90 minute delivery time. 7/23/24 Ordered again, displayed again for 90 minutes, waited again for over 2 hours. It just doesn't work that way. The unsubscribe button should be added to the app here. Because it just doesn't get any better

We have ordered from Freddy Fresh for a long time and have always been satisfied, but today we were extremely disappointed. Today, after a lovely afternoon, we wanted to order a delicious pizza in the evening. Nothing bad. 2x pizza, 1x pizza roll and 1x salad so nothing big. It already started that somehow the order was sent online twice. But I was able to correct this with one phone call. But then still 2 hours. Waiting was really crazy. We were totally disappointed. We called after 1 hour because it seemed like a long time. They simply said on the phone that everything was ready but the driver hadn't left yet.!! What's the point, we're waiting for another hour just because the driver hasn't left yet? Nobody believes that. Unfortunately we will order somewhere else next time. It's a shame.

The food tastes great. The staff is also super nice, but I still won't order from this company again! Because the app is the biggest piece of crap and doesn't work and now coins have been deducted from me without ordering and real money has been lost. If this company treats customers like this, you shouldn't be surprised if customers stop ordering. The food always tasted good and I was always happy but what happened now was too much. Even if the people here in Bautzen can't do anything about it, I will still no longer order from this company (it's all about the company now!).

We ordered for pickup: a pickup discount is advertised. Unfortunately we did not receive this, supposedly a system error. Couldn't be changed on site. On the employee's advice, we should contact you again by email with the receipt. However, you don't get an answer to that. We won't be ordering anymore. Bad service. Not recommendable.

Ordered at 6:12 p.m.! Have now ordered again. The order took over an hour again. That's a disaster for a delivery service! Called 5 minutes after ordering to see if the order had been received because the website wasn't working properly. The employee assured me that he was preparing the pizza now. I called again at 7:20 p.m. and was told that the driver was leaving now. The pizza arrived at 7:32 p.m.

Hello, I ordered a clogged bowl of Hokkaido. I have to complain because the cashews are missing, the sauce instead of mango there is pineapple and hot rice. Other than the hot rice, I don't accept any changes without my knowledge. I don't eat pineapple. Do you call the customer and say you don't have any of this salad? It should be owed to the customer who pays and waits for dinner.

Pizza cold and toouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu expensive!

Pizza arrived on time with the chef salad! As far as pizza goes, food was also hot. Salad was cool, as you would expect. The dressing was as ordered. I thought the delivery was really cute! First I saw a woman running up the stairs in a hurry, then when she handed over the pizza, another person came up and added the salad. She was much smaller! So it was really a successful surprise that employees were allowed to take their children with them! I was a bit surprised myself, but I think it's really cute that you can take your children with you before they do anything stupid at home! I know it from myself: when the cat was out of the house, the mice danced on the tables! And back then I was the mouse, the cat was my parents! :D As an orderer, I can't say anything about the ambience! Therefore only one star! If this is OK in the rating system!

I don't want to rate the food here. The pizza is OK. This review is aimed at anyone considering working for Freddy Fresh Pizza (on Bautzner Street)... DON'T START HERE UNTIL YOU HOLD A CONTRACT IN YOUR HANDS! I delivered pizza here for over a week and kept asking for a contract (which I was promised several times). The boss was very unfriendly! I didn't feel comfortable and canceled after two weeks... He said that we had a verbal contract and that it was legally binding, but despite repeated requests I still haven't received the money (it's been 4 months now 😅). so it would be a miracle if it still comes) So it's best not to even start here! Or if so, then only with a WRITTEN CONTRACT! and don't let anyone tell you anything! ;)

The move to the new building finally meant that a bistro area can now also be used. Bright, large, modern, purposeful. Interesting for those who pick up and eat there: There is still a 10% discount for pick-up. Good decision! This is not the case in every branch. This is at the discretion of the franchisee.

Quick and uncomplicated... Tasty and hot... always a pleasure

We ordered on Friday (online), honestly when it's that expensive, I expect a lot! Otherwise you are simply not worth the money! There was a pizza that was more like a children's pizza, for around 11€.... Emmental stars 9€ approx, and that's where it starts, more breading than cheese.... Hey guys, the breading is the cheapest thing about it entire. For the Emmental stars I would pay a maximum of €4 for this quality... It's not worth more, so I had to throw it in the trash. Then pasta, nothing special. Still a proud price. Food would also be good if it arrived hot and not lukewarm. Our order was rounded off with Camembert donuts (again, more breading than cheese) and a bowl. If I feel like breading, I can also go to KFC..... Conclusion: I won't order what I saw and tried again. Then I'd rather go to the Italian restaurant! Or cook yourself.

Nettes Personal, saubere Toiletten sowie ein kleiner aber feiner Raum. Das wars mit dem guten. Das schlechte: Die Zwiebelringe waren trocken sowie nicht knusprig. Die Pizza war aufgeweicht und nicht ein wenig knusprig. Die beigelegte Pesto war viel zu stark und hat kaum den Geschmack der Pizza durchgesetzt. Das Geld war diese Pizza und die Zwiebelringe nicht wert👎

Bock auf Pizza in Bautzen? Hier macht ihr nichts falsch! In gewohnter Freddy Qualität wird alles geliefert und oder ist pünktlich abholbereit. Nette Mitarbeiter und leckeres Essen.

Leider war die Pizza fast kalt und kam 30 min zu spät.

Meiner Meinung nach die beste Pizza in und um Bautzen herum. Qualitativ besser als Dominos und co. Nutzen gute und vor allem viele frische Zutaten, der Boden immer perfekt und der Lieferdienst hat uns durch so manche Krise und manchen Sturm hin gerettet. Der vergleichsweise etwas höhere Preis ist durchaus gerechtfertigt. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der relativ kleine Umkreis für Lieferungen. Hochkirch wird zb leider nicht mehr bedient.

Ein sehr schöner Laden Essen schmeckt super kann ich nur empfehlen ☺️

Wir hatten gestern (Sonntag) bestellt. 18:48 riefen wir per Telefon an und bestellten 3 Pizzen und Pizza Brötchen. Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir in einer halben Stunde es abholen kommen dürfen. Wir kamen an und uns wurde gesagt, dass die Pizzen noch nicht im Ofen sind. Im Endeffekt haben wir weitere 30 min gewartet. Wir sind mit hungrigen Bäuchen nachhause gefahren und sehen das eine Pizza falsch war. Angerufen und eine neue wurde zeitnah geliefert. Dafür den einen Stern und der zweite, für die freundliche Bedienung, trotz Stress.

Hallo, heute als Gastesser vom Campingplatz Bautzen telefonisch bestellt und leider wurde die die Lieferung nicht vollständig gebracht, Nachlieferung ca 30min war auch noch ok. Rechnungsnummer bz_130. Wir hatten Nudeln mit Hühnchen bestellt und die Nachlieferung war mit Gyrosfleisch. Service auf jeden Fall ausbaufähig, bei Nachlieferung fehlt ein Rabatt, betriebswirtschaftlich die Mitstreiter zusätzlich auf Tour schicken rechnet sich bestimmt nicht und verschleißt die Fahrer im Außendienst, nur mal so. Solide Einarbeitung erspart Fehler und steigert die Effizienz Das wichtigste Kapital sind ihre Mitstreiter 😉

Leckeres Essen...schneller Service...und freundliche Ausfahrer.

Als erste und als wichtigstes: Die Pizzen sind bisher immer lecker. Ab und zu fehlt mal der Rucola oder das Pesto, aber hey ... Was soll :) Was irgendwie nicht ganz so cool ist und nicht so viel Sinn ergibt: Warum können nicht zwei Menschen mit je einem Gutschein, der per Mail kam, mit zwei Bestellungen an eine Adresse bestellen? Wir sind eine WG, jeder hat sein eigenes Geld, jeder hat seinen eigenen Namen, jeder hat seinen eigenen Gutschein. Dann kommt ein nicht ganz so netter Anruf: "wir lassen es nicht zu, dass Gutscheine ausgenutzt werden". Was genau wird da ausgenutzt? Seid doch froh, wenn ihr an einer Adresse, auf einmal, zwei Bestellungen los werdet. Und was ist wenn ich zum Fußballabend 10 Freunde einlade? Dann verkauft ihr lieber 10 Pizzen weniger oder fahrt an 10 verschiedene Adressen? Hmm. Die Bestellungen habt ihr dann storniert, immerhin habt ihr es beim Anruf mitgeteilt.

Essen okey ,zum Glück wieder was dabei was Monate weg war. Aber wenn man schon 3 Stunden vorher vorbestellt und das Essen dann trotzdem nicht pünktlich da ist ,ist es sehr unprofessionell. Unmöglich sowas.

Sorry Leute, die Pizza war leider matschig und den Ruccula den ich bestellt und bezahlt habe war gar nicht da. Die Zwiebelringe waren auch kalt. Schade bei euch nicht mehr👎

Hatte kurzzeitig Angst das meine Pizza nicht ankommt. (Sie kam überraschender Weise doch an)

Haben vor Ort gegessen, Einrichtung ist sehr spartanisch gehalten, war aber das nötigste vorhanden 😄 sehr sauber, auch die Toiletten. Die Pizza war vorgeschnitten mit zwei großen und 4 kleinen Stücken. Die Pizzen haben wir in Kartons bekommen mit Frischesiegel, fand ich gut. Es fällt dadurch das abspülen weg. Die Pizzen waren allesamt sehr lecker, da zahle ich auch gerne den etwas teureren Preis.
