Die Lage ist schön. Wir haben drei Pizzen bestellt, aber leider war die Qualität für den Preis nicht zufriedenstellend. Es gibt in der Gegend definitiv bessere Alternativen.

Pros: - aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service - entspanntes Sitzen im Sommer Cons: - ungewöhnliche Preispolitik: insb. Getränke u Nachspeisen extrem teuer - Preis/Leistung stimmt leider nicht; Portionen werden Monat für Monat übersichtlicher - Spritz ist ein Witz - selbst gemachtes Eis besteht aus riesigen, wässrigen Eiskristallen

Mir wurde ein Bier zur Hälfte mit Schaum hingestellt und als ich an der Bar gefragt habe, ob man mir das füllen könnte, hat der alte Mann an der Bar einen kleinen Schluck reingemacht und mich dann angepampt, ob das besser jetzt besser sei. Ich hab gesagt, ich hätte es gerne einfach voll. Er meinte dann ich soll abhauen, er bringt mir das dann raus. Er soll die Gläser einfach vollmachen, dann beschwert sich auch keiner,ist schließlich auch teuer genug. Die Pizza war ganz gut

Nette Atmosphäre, die Pizza hatte aber schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, der Service war etwas langsam. Sie wirkten sehr überfordert. Trotzdem waren sie super nett und die Qualität war hervorragend!

Viel zu teuer für diese Qualität

Die Pizza ist gut und der Service war im Allgemeinen immer gut. Allerdings waren die Preise bei meinem letzten Besuch deutlich gestiegen – ein Glas Rotwein kostet jetzt 10 €. Dieses Mal kam meine Bestellung außerdem 45 Minuten zu spät, was enttäuschend war.

Wir waren zu sechst und etwas spät dran, haben aber trotzdem fantastische Pizza und Pasta bekommen. Wunderbar! Die Gastfreundschaft war hervorragend und der Service unglaublich schnell. Vielen Dank!

Beste Pizza im Kiez, die Caponata ein Traum, auch die Desserts sooo gut! Schöner Laden, auch wenn man ein bisschen länger sitzen bleiben möchte. Draussen wie drinnen schöne Atmosphäre, sehr Sympathisches Personal.

Lockere und gemütliche Atmosphäre, das Essen mit gutem Auge für qualitativ hochwertige Zutaten. Leider preislich für das Gebotene dann bei gutem Willen echt zu viel (aktuell 18€ für kleine Antipasti, 6€ für ein Bier).

Wir warten schon 30 Minuten drinnen und unsere Bestellung wurde trotz freundlicher Nachfrage bei der Bedienung nicht aufgenommen. Absolut kein Kundenservice.

Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Abend, leckere Pizza, guten Wein und der Barkeeper hat mit seiner Vinylsammlung für gute Stimmung gesorgt.

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Außenbereich des Restaurants. Auch innen gefiel es uns sehr gut. Das Essen war lecker, wobei auf die Kinder sehr gut eingegangen wurde und deren Sonderwünsche überhaupt kein Problem darstellten.

Wir waren zu dritt dort und haben alle verschiedene Pizzen gegessen. Alle waren lecker. Einziges Manko, schade das die keine Nudel Gerichte generell anbieten. Wäre vielleicht von Vorteil

Sehr gute Pizza, besonders die Pizza Ortolana war köstlich. Tiramisu auch sehr gut. Der Hauswein war mir einen Tick zu säuerlich. Schönes Ambiente, nette Kellner.

Mein Lieblingsitaliener in Berlin.

Ich war hier mit einer Gruppe von 12 Gästen. Der Service war super und nicht aufdringlich. Das Essen (unter anderem mit veganen und vegetarischen Optionen) war sehr lecker! Ich werde das Restaurant definitiv weiter empfehlen und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Vielen lieben Dank für einen tollen Abend!

Best pizza in Berlin! Thin dough, crunchy and easy to digest. The tomato sauce is great.

The motto: rip-off, hustler... Not much is right here. It started with the order "We don't have it" (even though it was on the daily specials menu), "We don't have it" (Burrata was on the menu), then "The chef only allows melted cheese on pizza" (Hmmm, I have to question the quality of the cheese here), and then the dishes. The caponata consisted of only three ingredients (lots and lots of eggplant, raisins, and two different kinds of olives) for €14.00, a very meager portion of beef cheeks as a starter for €18.00, and a vegan pizza that was supposed to be topped with eggplant, which you had to hunt for (we ended up adding eggplant from the caponata to it)... And all in all, a rather uninspired presentation and atmosphere. Worth a try...

The pizza capricciosa was delicious again. The staff are friendly and reliable. Lovely atmosphere. A truly good restaurant.

Yes the service can be "special" sometimes and yes the prices - especially for some drinks - are a bit high. Some more veggi option on the daily menu would be nice. But STILL food taste great, atmosphere is nice and most of the times even the service ist good. I would give a 4.5/5 rating.

Aggressive service, inedible food.

Incredibly good pasta with bottarga. You sit beautifully in the sun at Marheinekeplatz and the service is super friendly and competent, and they even play records on the side.

Heard good things about this place but was somehow disappointed. We had 3 pizzas, they were all just ok, price seemed a bit too high for the quality. I had the house beer from the tap, it was quite “flat” and missing gas. So all in all, ok place, there are much better pizzas around.

I've been a regular customer for years and can say: This is one of the best pizzas I've ever known. Not a trendy Neapolitan pizza, but simply a really good, solid pizza that tastes amazing. Absolutely recommend it!

My favorite restaurant in Kreuzberg. I've been a regular here for years. I love coming here to eat, alone and with friends. The staff are all super friendly, and the quality of the food is always excellent! Worth a visit ❤️

The pizzas are delicious, but unfortunately, the value for money isn't right. For the price (8 euros for a glass of wine, 15 euros and up for a pizza), the service and ambiance aren't up to scratch – you can find better in Berlin!

Food is mid and the service is bad. Had an ok pizza and a shockingly rude waiter. Would not recommend and will not be going back...

As a good Roman, I dared to try a wonderful carbonara! Chef Francesco 100% and all the staff are super friendly and friendly!! I recommend it without a doubt!!

We have known the authentic trattoria since it opened, but we haven't been there for a long time because we moved from the neighborhood; This gives us a great rediscovery: Italian down-to-earth enjoyment, very good quality, perfect service. Thank you that this Berlin still exists!

Very bad Service 2 hours of waiting for Pizza, we had to take the plates by ourselves and the food is overrated and overpriced

One of the best pizzas in town that we've been going to occasionally for years. Unfortunately the prices are very high, but the quality is top. However, on our last visit we were sold vegetable oil as olive oil and when we asked again for olive oil we were told it was out. Of course, olive oil is extremely expensive right now, but with a pizza for 18 euros, I wouldn't say no if someone wanted to drip some oil on it... and people who go to a restaurant like this usually notice even if it's not real olive oil ;)

Incredibly arrogant service who sometimes refused to give me parmesan just because the gentleman thought it wouldn't go well with my food.. bottomless.. Otherwise the quality was rather average. Price/performance rather at the lower end.

The hype is cultivated, but appearances are deceiving! Excessive prices (140€!!!!! for four pizzas and a few glasses of wine), meager service & ambience and below average quality. Nobody needs it in a city with so many Italians with a good price-performance ratio! Ciao!

I had the pasta alla norma, which includes a sauce comprising eggplant/aubergine, tomatoes and basil. I thought that the dish was a bit bland and lacked a dimension of flavour that I look for in a pasta dish from an Italian restaurant, it was quite mild on the flavour front. Alla norma sauce is typically more mild and more gentle than other sauces, but even with that in mind, I thought the flavour profile was lacking. The pasta was cooked to a good al dente level and had a nice bite to it. I did have a try of some pizza, and that was very good, the base was a nice thickness and had good chew to it, and the sauce was sweet and rich. I would recommend a pizza over pasta at this restaurant. The staff were nice, we were with some German friends when we attended, so I can’t comment on whether this restaurant is good for non-German speakers, but the wait staff acted friendly. We sat outside, which had a nice ambience, but the tables are very close together and I would bump into the person behind me whenever either of us moved. The ground was uneven which made my chair wobble. Overall, it was a nice meal, but I don’t feel the need to come back here again.

I got the mushroom pizza and it was so good! I definitely recommend this restaurant for a good italian feed. I don’t speak German, so I had no idea what the staff were saying but they seemed nice.

I have never dealt with such horrible service and customer care. I called today (Sunday) afternoon and booked a table for five at 9:30pm. When I called to confirm at 9, I was told that the kitchen was closed and the only dish available is pizza. This was never made clear to me earlier in the morning when I called for a reservation. The person speaking to me was extremely rude and unwelcoming. He said that they close at 10 even though it says 11 online, and I was never told about the restrictions earlier. Then he rudely proceeded to say that I should’ve known even though I am a tourist and this is my first time in Berlin and proceeded to tell me not to bother coming at all, which was fine became I did not want to be greeted by such rude and hostile behavior. If you want to deal with rude hospitality and customer service come to this place. Below is a screenshot showing the timings on google maps.

Delicious pizza and pasta dishes, very friendly service.

Disastrous service - we had to wait forever until we could place the order and then the food finally came... Other guests who came after us got their food before us. The squid from one of our group was obviously forgotten - when asked several times, the response was rude (“we are very busy” or “I am not responsible for the order”) instead of apologizing and asking in the kitchen. We had all finished eating and the squid still hadn't been served, and at some point the waiters just ignored us... after we canceled the squid, it was brought - at least at the house's expense and with an apology. Unfortunately, after at least 1.5 hours they hadn't managed to serve the squid... The rest of the food was good, the pizza was delicious. Unfortunately, that was all overshadowed by the service that day. Maybe we just had a bad day, but I definitely won't come again.

I will keep it short: It's not with a visit. I wrote a glowing review some years ago when I was a regular, living in the neighbourhood. Now, after coming back looking for a nice moment of nostalgia I'm disappointed: the atmosphere lost the personal charm, the pizza lost the grandezza, the daily specials lost their originality, the wine offering lost the personal recommendations and willingness to open a bottle and serve specials by a glass. There must be a new owner. Where is the old one?

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it didn’t rise to the occasion. I’ll start with the cash-only service, which is quite annoying at this time. The pizzas were okay; I can’t say they were special, but they were certainly overpriced compared to other high-quality pizza places. The service was simply bizarre and unfriendly. That’s why I’m giving it only 2 stars.

There were 6 of us there and had a very nice evening in a great atmosphere. Very tasty food at reasonable prices. Desserts were terrific. The service team was very funny and friendly. We will be back definitely.

I really like this place. It’s one of the best pizzerias in the city and super cozy. There is a lot of space inside to sit, outside in the summer is absolutely gorgeous. Their Vitello Tonnato is amazing 🤩 Buffala Pizza is absolutely delicious ❤️ I also liked Normanduja pizza, even though not my absolute favorite. Very tasty Aperol Spritz, wines are delicious but quite pricey (4-5e for 0.1 😬).

Essen war sehr teuer und leider gar nicht überzeugend... 17€ für eine Pizza mit Sardellen (4 kleine Stücke) und Pizza orto für 15€. Die orto war gut belegt aber leider überhaupt nicht besonders. Die Kartoffeln haben jegliche Geschmacksentwicklung abgeschlagen, der Käse konnte sich geschmacklich überhaupt nicht absetzen. Geräucherte Zwiebel war einfach nur Zwiebeln. Glas Wein nur 0.1l für 4€ ansonsten die ganze Flasche für 25€. Leider echt gar nicht überzeugend

Didn't get a chance to take a photo of my pizza BUT it was delicious! I got the Sbagliata and I'm still thinking about those confit tomatoes. It is cash only! Will definitely be back.

The dough was good but the buffala pizza had far too little mozzarella for 15 euros... And the service was pretty bad, we ordered 1 glass of wine and still wasser but they gave us 2 glasses and natural wasser instead. I returned the bottle but never got another back

Sehr schlechte Pizza. Schlechte Zutaten und teure Preise. Wenn man Zeit und Geld verschwenden will, ist dies der perfekte Ort. Früher war es eine der besten Pizzen in Kreuzberg.

Also das personal ist Katastrophe.. Überhaupt nicht freundlich leider. Die Pizza Bufala war lecker, aber der Rest total überteuert und geschmacklos. :((

Die Pizza war lecker,obwohl die Champignons nicht frisch waren.Der Service allerdings unterirdisch!Die Preise,dem Kiez entsprechend,ambitioniert.

Pizza Stromboli für € 17,50 bestellt. Bis auf die Tomatensauce und den Mozzarella haben wir die anderen Zutaten nicht gesehen. Man konnte sie aber leicht durchschmecken. Rotwein mit 8 € für 0,2 überteuert. Glas Cola o,4 für € 5,5. laden ist qualitativ schlecht und überteuert.

Overwhelmingly average with a service that leaves much to be desired. Not worth going out of your way, there are much better pizzerias in Berlin.

Früher mal meine erste Adresse für Pizza, dann leider einige Male unfreundlicher Service, weicher Pizzaboden und vor allem: immer höhere (zu hohe) Preise. Hat für mich nicht mehr gepasst.

Die Pizza Salsiccia ist hervorragend. Die Caponata ist sehr lecker! Der Service ist oft grummelig. Aber hey Leute: willkommen in Berlin.
