Frankfurter Haus in Neu-Isenburg

Nice ambiance, the playground for children in the beer garden is great, parking is available, the food is good but quite expensive. However, the Easter menu was too expensive for me personally and didn't offer good value for money. Starter and main course for €49. The main course, for example, was the Wiener Schnitzel, which costs €28.50 on the menu. Accordingly, the starter, for example, a spring salad (small portion) with asparagus and strawberries, cost €20.50. That was definitely too much. We'd be happy to come back, but not during times when "specials" or "set menus" are offered.

Super tasty, modern cuisine. Good portion size, worth the price. Everything was freshly prepared and beautifully presented to the eye. The selection for the Easter menu could have been a little larger, although I understand that the work has to remain manageable on days like this.

It is very cozy and nicely decorated, super good food, very nice staff and fast service! The beer garden is incredibly beautiful and large! I'd love to come back!!

I know the Frankfurter Haus from the 90s. We often ate there back then. Unfortunately, the quality of the food no longer has anything to do with what was taken for granted back then.

More than half of our group were not satisfied with the food. The service was excellent. As far as the quality of the food is concerned, today it was clearly not like last time.

Very nicely furnished restaurant that leaves nothing to be desired. We were there with a baby, the special request in our reservation was taken into account and we were given a quiet table in a separate room with a bench on which the baby could sleep in the baby seat. The food was excellent, a little higher in price but definitely worth the money. We were served perfectly. Note: there is a changing table in the ladies' room, very practical for families! You can park right next to the building, whether you come by car or bike. We'd love to come back!

The Frankfurt house has been renovated and made brighter. The service staff is attentive and very friendly. The homemade lemonade tastes good. The menu is clear and the dishes match the house, no sophisticated culinary delights, rather good, down-to-earth cuisine. Only the prices are a bit high, and the house is in Neu Isenburg.

Chic Micki store with cult parking lot Grandma. This is already known beyond the borders of Isenburg. There is one star for grandma, one for the beer garden. Although you have to take it off again because you are sitting in the middle of the flight path of Frankfurt Airport. Expensive shop with mediocre cuisine. Arrogant staff.

After some rather poor reviews, I have to say it was better than expected. The Frankfurt wild herb salad with beef strips was very good. I've never had such a good salad. The price was completely justified.

We celebrated a birthday there and stated this when making the online reservation. We were very satisfied with the service, everyone congratulated us and as a gift from the house there was a great dessert for the birthday child (raspberry cake with cream and chocolate dessert). The food was also delicious and the homemade lemonades... Highly recommended! We'll be back!

Very nice and quick staff, you feel welcome. Furnishings are very comfortable and tasteful. However, you might not want to come on Sunday as parking will be difficult and the restaurant will be very full. Apparently Sunday is family day and it can get very loud. The menu is very creative and everything has been tasty so far. Only on Sunday we were unlucky, the meat was dry and the potatoes with the green sauce came at different levels of doneness. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about, prices are pretty decent, but if you leave full and satisfied, everything is fine :-)

Parking is quite a challenge. The service was really good and quick. The food was okay, but a bit disappointing given the price. All in all, a quaint restaurant and highly recommended for larger events.

The deep fryer is an essential part of preparing almost all dishes. Plus the prices. Overall, more like 2 than 3 stars. But the service was friendly.

That had little to do with a schnitzel. Fries were good. Salad ok. But it was very expensive. I imagine something different when it comes to respectful service. I'm actually disappointed today. Then I'll take a break in the Frankfurt house.

What a nice place. The outside does not look as astonishing as it is inside - typical cousy German style restaurant. We stopped for a quick lunch. They offered us a smaller portion as a lunch offer. The sup was full of flavor. The second course was perfect as well. Recommending this place. Try it.

We would be happy to come back. In a beautiful historic half-timbered house from the 18th century you can sit very comfortably in the guest room or the large beer garden. The menu offers a selection of dishes from good home-style cuisine. There are enough parking spaces available. The staff is very friendly and fulfills the guest's every wish. The portions are quite large. If you want, you can have what you can't manage packed up. Thank you for this wonderful evening.

In itself a very nice pub/restaurant. There are parking spaces, but when they are fully booked they fill up relatively quickly. The service is very friendly and quick. The food is very tasty and the portions are really good. The prices are a bit expensive. If you don't have enough sauce on your plate, you'll have to pay extra if you want a little more sauce. The only negative point is that when it's overcrowded, it's extremely loud and you can't hear anything. Otherwise I would definitely recommend it.

The ambience is great, lovingly furnished with a rustic character. The food selection isn't particularly large, but what was on the menu was consistently delicious. Unfortunately, we were a bit forgotten after eating, which is why one or the other sat in front of an empty glass for a long time.

Wir waren gestern zu Dritt dort, schönes Anwesen, Parkplätze am Haus, kleine Eislaufbahn und Eisstockanlage im Garten. Innen das Ambiente von einem Landgasthof, es war ziemlich voll und eng bestuhlt und entsprechend hoch war der Lärmpegel. Bei einem Blick in die Speisekarte wurden, ob der Preise, die Erwartungen sehr hoch! Um mich nicht zu ruinieren, entschied ich mich für Fleischkäse mit Spiegelei und Bratkartoffeln und erwartete ein kulinarisches Highlight, selbst bei so einem einfachen Gericht. Als der Teller ankam, fiel mir die ganze Kraft aus dem Gesicht! Eine mittelgroße, ziemlich dunkle Scheibe trockenen Fleischkäse, darauf 1 (in Worten: ein) "Spiegelei", an den Rändern angebrannt und insgesamt ausgetrocknet (auch das Eigelb) und "Bratkartoffeln", die alles waren - nur keine Bratkartoffeln. Keine Deko, wie etwa ein Salatblatt, ein Essiggürkchen oder sonstwas, einfach GAR NICHTS! Natürlich auch kein Beilagensalat. Und DAS für € 17,50 !!!!!!!!!! Das geht schon in Richtung Abzocke, aber wenn die so den Laden voll bekommen, warum sollten sie es nicht machen!? Nie mehr!

We were there for a birthday with the family of five on January 18, 2025 and felt very comfortable right from the start thanks to Lana S.'s great service. Small special requests, such as a reception, were implemented quickly and lovingly. Soups, rump steak, Zurich Geschnetzeltes, Händkäs are super tasty, deserts and café are also super tasty, Primitivo red wine is also a very good choice. The white crement is also recommended. We had a wonderful stay, stayed much longer than we wanted, thanks to the great atmosphere, the special atmosphere inside and outside but also the really nice service team. We will remember it for a very long time. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back soon. Until then, all the best from Cologne!

Das Essen war meines Erachtens nach nichts Besonderes - schlicht teure Hausmannskost. Der Service war recht freundlich. Uns war es entschieden zu laut. Tischgespräche waren schlicht nicht möglich, da es sehr laut im Gastraum war. Eine Erfahrung die keiner Wiederholung bedarf. Bewertungen, die dem Wirt nicht gefallen, bezeichnet dieser als Verleumdung und sorgt so für die Entfernung aus den Medien. Das alleine spricht für sich. Sachliche Kritik dient dem Lernprozess und der Verbesserung der angebotenen Dienste.

We were there last Saturday with a larger group (Eintracht fan club). First outside at the “winter market” and later inside. The ambience was very nice, the mulled wine and food were delicious and the service was really great. It was a lovely evening for us!

Am zweiten Weihnachtsfeiertag waren wir mit unseren Kindern zum Schlittschuhlaufen im Hof. Die Atmosphäre war wunderschön, und die Schlittschuhbahn war toll gestaltet. Spontan entschieden wir uns, danach ins Restaurant zu gehen, und hatten Glück, noch einen freien Tisch zu bekommen. Am Empfang wurde uns jedoch nicht mitgeteilt, dass es während der Feiertage nur spezielle Menüs gab: 2 Gänge für 49 EUR oder 3 Gänge für 59 EUR. Für die Kinder standen lediglich Chicken Nuggets oder Schnitzel zur Auswahl. Da meine Frau und ich Vegetarier sind, hatten wir nur die Option, Spätzle mit einem Salat als Vorspeise zu bestellen. Da wir bereits Platz genommen, Getränke bestellt hatten und unsere Kinder Hunger hatten, entschieden wir uns für die Spätzle. Diese haben gut geschmeckt, doch wie rechtfertigt man Spätzle mit Salat für 49 EUR? Einzelpreis für die Spätzle auf der regulären Karte: 18 EUR. War das ein Weihnachtsspecial der besonderen Art? Ich habe kein Problem damit, für gutes Essen einen angemessenen Preis zu zahlen. Aber die Spätzle waren keineswegs 49 EUR wert. Zusammenfassend: Location und Ambiente: Gut Event mit Schlittschuhlaufen: Großartig Essen zu Weihnachten: Leider enttäuschend und preislich nicht gerechtfertigt Schade, denn ich bin sicher, dass das Restaurant eine solche Preisgestaltung nicht nötig hätte.

Very nice beer garden, really excellent service! Food was good and plentiful. We'd love to come back. Above all, the friendliness! Class instead of quantity. Keep it up! Almost forgotten: great playground so that the children can run around in good protection. Relaxes the parents too... 4 weeks later: the food was good again. And the service has at least maintained its friendliness, speed and professionalism, if not even increased it. Great! Our daughter (11) said, completely indulging, "I have never tasted a better green sauce." And our son noticed that the ox cheeks were falling apart on his tongue. Today we also tried cauliflower: bomb. Grandma, a critical trout friend, was also thrilled. Please do not take these dishes off the menu once the kitchen has been renovated! What we remembered again: the portions are really big. Children can easily share the Wiener Schnitzel. And if adults reach their limits, you can easily take the rest home with you and still have some of it the next day. Thank you all!

Located exactly at the exit from Neu Isenburg in the direction of Frankfurt! A nice atmosphere, both outside and inside in the hospitality. A very well-kept house with excellent service, only those who have experienced it can write and talk about it. The food is well balanced and very tasty, I can recommend this restaurant. Parking spaces are at the house.

Loud music sometimes lasts until 6 a.m., you have to write to the people on Instagram and warn them that they will turn off the music. No respect for the sleeping neighborhood. The same thing week after week. Then you want to attract people by inviting us to dinner to apologize. I have enough food at home and we need some rest.

Ordered goose leg 10 days ago. But there was only goose breast and it was totally dry.

The food in the Frankfurter Haus was delicious. The service excellent! What was sobering, however, was that the delivery had just arrived. All side dishes were convenience, red cabbage and dumplings were delivered completely ready. A bit of a shame considering the price.

We ate goose leg. It was extremely tasty and relatively fairly priced. Ambience was great. The waitress, who probably compensated for several staff absences, was super friendly, service-oriented, competent and approachable. That was extraordinary!

Big disappointment, we had ordered a table for a goose dinner and confirmed this several times online. When we were there it was just “no more geese” and everyone was sold out. 1) Then why don't you call? Contact details have been provided. 2) An apology would also be appropriate at this point. Outrageous. Never again.

The Christmas market and ice rink are very nice.

I visited at my company's Christmas party. The appetizer salad is delicious with sweet roasted walnuts. It was my first time eating cancer, but it didn't have the odor or texture that I was worried about, and it was very soft. The sauce that came with it was also very delicious. The overall taste was sophisticated, and the customer service was fine.

In my opinion, the price-performance ratio has deteriorated. The portions are really small despite the hefty price. The taste of the whole thing is quite good, but it doesn't justify the high prices. The table used to be set with cloth napkins and had a restaurant feel. Today it's more like a cider bar, cutlery and paper napkins are already on the table. The seating is now also very tight. At the moment the small one-way Christmas market is set up, which is really nice. All in all good, but too expensive for what you get. Above all, for a meal that costs over 25/30 euros, you have to pay an extra 4.50 for the side salad - well (and this is hardly the size of a fist). Staff nice.

Goose menu: Short description: Tastes really good. Service was friendly and accommodating. Wine selection rather limited and expensive. However, our chosen red wine was very tasty. Overall for the three courses, however, a bit too expensive in my opinion. Detailed: 1st course salad: delicious 2nd course goose: Very good, although we were shown the whole goose at the beginning, but in the end it was almost certainly not the whole goose that ended up on the plates based on the portion size. That doesn't mean the portion was too small - on the contrary. However, in my opinion, if a whole goose was ordered, the whole goose should be served. 3rd course gingerbread tiramisu: Delicious, a little too much cream for my taste, although that is of course very subjective.

There were 12 of us in the Frankfurter Haus and started with a mulled wine/children's punch at the in-house Christmas market. The mulled wine was delicious and the staff was very friendly. For dinner we ordered beef tartare, chestnut soup and smoked salmon with rösti as a starter. All guests were very satisfied with the starters, it was very tasty. For main courses we ordered ox cheeks, goose leg, Zurich Geschnetzeltes, Wiener Schnitzel, Frankfurter Schnitzel and Käsespätzle. The staff had problems with coordination, mashed potatoes were delivered instead of fried potatoes, French fries instead of fried potatoes, Wiener Schnitzel instead of Frankfurter Schnitzel and the cheese spaetzle was completely forgotten, so that one of our children had to wait over an hour for their food. What was also disappointing was that instead of the Frankfurter Schnitzel, they charged for the expensive Wiener Schnitzel and also for the green sauce that was delivered afterwards. The food was very good, we had a nice evening despite the wrong deliveries, but because of the points mentioned above we can only recommend the Frankfurter Haus to a limited extent. Given the prices, you should get what you ordered.

We were lucky and were able to get a table for two without a reservation. The food was delicious, the waitresses were totally polite and accommodating. The atmosphere is rustic and cozy, especially with the ice rink in front of the door and the small booths in the courtyard. Definitely recommended :-)

There was hand cheese as a starter, which was really tasty. The Caesar's Salad was very modest... All in all, the price/performance ratio was not right for us at all.

Ja, schade... nachdem man es aufgrund guter Erinnerungen von "vor Jahren" mal wieder im Frankfurter Haus probieren wollte, wurde man leider herbe enttäuscht. Relativ wenig los für das Wetter (Wochenende, 29 Grad), waren überrascht. Aufmachung eines Edel-Biergartens, Preise hoch, Auswahl mäßig. Bedienung legte uns zwar nach 10 Minuten die Karten hin (was eigentlich schon zu lange war), schaffte es dann eine weitere halbe Stunde nicht mal, eine Getränkebestellung aufzunehmen. Man verweise an dieser Stelle nochmal auf das Wetter... dann halt nicht. Am Marktplatz gibt's auch nette Lokalitäten, dann gings eben da hin. Keine Ahnung was da los war, aber Überlastung wirds nicht gewesen sein. Bitte an der P/L dringend arbeiten, wäre schade ums Ambiente.

There are also vegetarian dishes. The service was great and very attentive. This is exactly how you quickly feel good. The outside area looks good. Here you can enjoy your meal in the open air.
