The food is delicious. The service is super friendly. Unfortunately, the restrooms take some getting used to, and the prices are very high. All in all, good.

€33 for a Wiener Schnitzel raises high expectations. I was bitterly disappointed here: The breading was so thin that it fell off the meat in shreds at the first bite. Instead of a crispy coating, all that remained was a sad, dry piece of meat, while the crumbs scattered across the plate like waste paper. This was accompanied by a lackluster potato salad that was more reminiscent of a large canteen than Austrian hospitality. A dollop of cranberries and a wedge of lemon unfortunately don't make this an authentic Wiener Schnitzel experience. Conclusion: For this price, you only get one thing: frustration and crumbs. If you like real Wiener Schnitzel, you should steer clear of this place—and save your money.

The Frankfurter Haus boasts a beautiful beer garden under mature trees. There's also a playground. The service was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Unfortunately, the food doesn't match the price. The Wiener Schnitzel was dry and apparently not freshly prepared. The Caesar salad came with a sparing amount of sauce. The chicken pieces were also dry and apparently fried rather than freshly cooked. Considering the prices, you'd expect more, especially since the preparation isn't complicated. I also missed the classic Frankfurt dishes that used to be available a bit. CONCLUSION: Service and ambiance (both inside and out) were excellent, but the food prices clearly have room for improvement.

I've been to the Frankfurter Haus for the fourth time since the change of tenant. I left once because there were no options for a gluten-free meal and for accommodating other food intolerances. Now there's a chef who understands the term gluten-free. Unfortunately, the rösti (fried potatoes) served with the schnitzel were burnt. And the schnitzel should be renamed creamed mushrooms (lots of them) instead of meaty schnitzel. After I sorted out the mushrooms to give to my husband, there weren't many strips of meat left on the plate. They don't fill you up. Accordingly, the price-performance ratio is too high. They have delicious homemade lemonades. Perhaps they could reduce the (white?) sugar. The staff are friendly, and the playground is a plus. I missed cushions on the wooden garden furniture.

A Wiener Schnitzel for almost 30 euros consists only of breadcrumbs which you can clearly taste of meat, not a trace of side dishes to the meal and were only brought after you asked, after the main course had already been eaten and no apology but just a shrug of the shoulders "it can happen". Service unfriendly... and it wasn't busy, hardly any guests means the staff shouldn't be overwhelmed... a shame the Frankfurter Haus used to be really good but not for a long time now.... Last visit from us

Great location with a lovely outdoor area and playground – ideal for families. Service was very friendly. The Swiss sausage salad as an appetizer was delicious (8/10). The advertised grilled sea bream was unfortunately deep-fried and very small, but tasted okay (6/10). The sauerbraten was a bit dry, and the dumplings were very dry and didn't seem fresh. Sauerkraut was good (4/10 overall). Bottom line: The service and ambiance were top-notch, but the food could be improved.

Service was super fast and attentive. We had Wiener Schnitzel with asparagus. It was at our table in 5 minutes, honestly. Almost too fast. Unfortunately, the asparagus wasn't peeled properly. The schnitzel was okay, but nothing special. The fries were unfortunately rather sticky. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the schnitzel here. But things got even worse with dessert. We had Kaiserschmarrn (sausages). It was so hard because of the glaze that it was almost impossible to eat. Unfortunately, the worst Kaiserschmarrn I've ever had. Sorry, we won't be coming back.

We had a wonderful wedding celebration there, with fantastic food and drinks and wonderful service! Highly recommended!

Reservations are possible, but only as a formality: Only the number of guests is taken into account. Requests, such as a table by the window, are ignored and not fulfilled without comment. The main thing is that it's crowded and loud. Table conversation is impossible due to the noise, and the food doesn't compensate for the lack of flavor.

Nice ambience, the playground for children in the beer garden is great, parking spaces are available, the food is good but the price is quite high. However, the Easter menu was too expensive for me personally and did not represent a good price-performance ratio. Starter and main course for €49. The main course was the Wiener Schnitzel, which costs €28.50 on the menu. Accordingly, the starter, for example a spring salad (small portion) with asparagus and strawberries, cost €20.50. That was definitely too much. We would be happy to come back, but no longer at times when “specials” or “menu” are offered.

Super tasty, modern cuisine. Good portion size, worth the price. Everything was freshly prepared and beautifully presented to the eye. The selection for the Easter menu could have been a little larger, although I understand that the work has to remain manageable on days like this.

I know the Frankfurter Haus from the 90s. We often ate there back then. Unfortunately, the quality of the food no longer has anything to do with what was taken for granted back then.

Very nicely furnished restaurant that leaves nothing to be desired. We were there with a baby, the special request in our reservation was taken into account and we were given a quiet table in a separate room with a bench on which the baby could sleep in the baby seat. The food was excellent, a little higher in price but definitely worth the money. We were served perfectly. Note: there is a changing table in the ladies' room, very practical for families! You can park right next to the building, whether you come by car or bike. We'd love to come back!

The Frankfurt house has been renovated and made brighter. The service staff is attentive and very friendly. The homemade lemonade tastes good. The menu is clear and the dishes match the house, no sophisticated culinary delights, rather good, down-to-earth cuisine. Only the prices are a bit high, and the house is in Neu Isenburg.

Chic Micki store with cult parking lot Grandma. This is already known beyond the borders of Isenburg. There is one star for grandma, one for the beer garden. Although you have to take it off again because you are sitting in the middle of the flight path of Frankfurt Airport. Expensive shop with mediocre cuisine. Arrogant staff.

We celebrated a birthday there and stated this when making the online reservation. We were very satisfied with the service, everyone congratulated us and as a gift from the house there was a great dessert for the birthday child (raspberry cake with cream and chocolate dessert). Very nice and quick staff, you feel welcome. Furnishings are very comfortable and tasteful. However, you might not want to come on Sunday as parking will be difficult and the restaurant will be very full. Apparently Sunday is family day and it can get very loud. The menu is very creative and everything has been tasty so far. Only on Sunday we were unlucky, the meat was dry and the potatoes with the green sauce came at different levels of doneness. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about, prices are pretty decent, but if you leave full and satisfied, everything is fine :-)

What a nice place. The outside does not look as astonishing as it is inside - typical cousy German style restaurant. We stopped for a quick lunch. They offered us a smaller portion as a lunch offer. The sup was full of flavor. The second course was perfect as well. Recommending this place. Try it.

We would be happy to come back. In a beautiful historic half-timbered house from the 18th century you can sit very comfortably in the guest room or the large beer garden. The menu offers a selection of dishes from good home-style cuisine. There are enough parking spaces available. The staff is very friendly and fulfills the guest's every wish. The portions are quite large. If you want, you can have what you can't manage packed up. Thank you for this wonderful evening.

In itself a very nice pub/restaurant. There are parking spaces, but when they are fully booked they fill up relatively quickly. The service is very friendly and quick. The food is very tasty and the portions are really good. The prices are a bit expensive. If you don't have enough sauce on your plate, you'll have to pay extra if you want a little more sauce. The only negative point is that when it's overcrowded, it's extremely loud and you can't hear anything. Otherwise I would definitely recommend it.

Wir waren gestern zu Dritt dort, schönes Anwesen, Parkplätze am Haus, kleine Eislaufbahn und Eisstockanlage im Garten. Innen das Ambiente von einem Landgasthof, es war ziemlich voll und eng bestuhlt und entsprechend hoch war der Lärmpegel. Bei einem Blick in die Speisekarte wurden, ob der Preise, die Erwartungen sehr hoch! Um mich nicht zu ruinieren, entschied ich mich für Fleischkäse mit Spiegelei und Bratkartoffeln und erwartete ein kulinarisches Highlight, selbst bei so einem einfachen Gericht. Als der Teller ankam, fiel mir die ganze Kraft aus dem Gesicht! Eine mittelgroße, ziemlich dunkle Scheibe trockenen Fleischkäse, darauf 1 (in Worten: ein) "Spiegelei", an den Rändern angebrannt und insgesamt ausgetrocknet (auch das Eigelb) und "Bratkartoffeln", die alles waren - nur keine Bratkartoffeln. Keine Deko, wie etwa ein Salatblatt, ein Essiggürkchen oder sonstwas, einfach GAR NICHTS! Natürlich auch kein Beilagensalat. Und DAS für € 17,50 !!!!!!!!!! Das geht schon in Richtung Abzocke, aber wenn die so den Laden voll bekommen, warum sollten sie es nicht machen!? Nie mehr!

We were there for a birthday with the family of five on January 18, 2025 and felt very comfortable right from the start thanks to Lana S.'s great service. Small special requests, such as a reception, were implemented quickly and lovingly. Soups, rump steak, Zurich Geschnetzeltes, Händkäs are super tasty, deserts and café are also super tasty, Primitivo red wine is also a very good choice. The white crement is also recommended. We had a wonderful stay, stayed much longer than we wanted, thanks to the great atmosphere, the special atmosphere inside and outside but also the really nice service team. We will remember it for a very long time. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back soon. Until then, all the best from Cologne!

Das Essen war meines Erachtens nach nichts Besonderes - schlicht teure Hausmannskost. Der Service war recht freundlich. Uns war es entschieden zu laut. Tischgespräche waren schlicht nicht möglich, da es sehr laut im Gastraum war. Eine Erfahrung die keiner Wiederholung bedarf. Bewertungen, die dem Wirt nicht gefallen, bezeichnet dieser als Verleumdung und sorgt so für die Entfernung aus den Medien. Das alleine spricht für sich. Sachliche Kritik dient dem Lernprozess und der Verbesserung der angebotenen Dienste.

We were there last Saturday with a larger group (Eintracht fan club). First outside at the “winter market” and later inside. The ambience was very nice, the mulled wine and food were delicious and the service was really great. It was a lovely evening for us!

Am zweiten Weihnachtsfeiertag waren wir mit unseren Kindern zum Schlittschuhlaufen im Hof. Die Atmosphäre war wunderschön, und die Schlittschuhbahn war toll gestaltet. Spontan entschieden wir uns, danach ins Restaurant zu gehen, und hatten Glück, noch einen freien Tisch zu bekommen. Am Empfang wurde uns jedoch nicht mitgeteilt, dass es während der Feiertage nur spezielle Menüs gab: 2 Gänge für 49 EUR oder 3 Gänge für 59 EUR. Für die Kinder standen lediglich Chicken Nuggets oder Schnitzel zur Auswahl. Da meine Frau und ich Vegetarier sind, hatten wir nur die Option, Spätzle mit einem Salat als Vorspeise zu bestellen. Da wir bereits Platz genommen, Getränke bestellt hatten und unsere Kinder Hunger hatten, entschieden wir uns für die Spätzle. Diese haben gut geschmeckt, doch wie rechtfertigt man Spätzle mit Salat für 49 EUR? Einzelpreis für die Spätzle auf der regulären Karte: 18 EUR. War das ein Weihnachtsspecial der besonderen Art? Ich habe kein Problem damit, für gutes Essen einen angemessenen Preis zu zahlen. Aber die Spätzle waren keineswegs 49 EUR wert. Zusammenfassend: Location und Ambiente: Gut Event mit Schlittschuhlaufen: Großartig Essen zu Weihnachten: Leider enttäuschend und preislich nicht gerechtfertigt Schade, denn ich bin sicher, dass das Restaurant eine solche Preisgestaltung nicht nötig hätte.
